Come turn moments into memories in this three-bedroom, two-bath home in Waikoloa Village. Enjoy a fenced backyard with a BBQ grill and views of Kohala Mountain and a chef's kitchen. This home is in a residential neighborhood.

Upon entry, you are welcomed by a great layout of the living areas and kitchen. Relax on the couch and stream your favorite show from the television or play some games. Enjoy the open design of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Cook dinner on the grill outside and enjoy dinner inside or out. The kitchen is fully stocked with upgraded stainless-steel appliances and all the gadgets.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Enjoy the split air conditioning in the primary bedroom or open your lanai doors to the private backyard.

The two guests' rooms have queen-sized beds, a split air conditioning system, and a bathroom located off the hallway, so all guests have access. One of the rooms has its own lanai entrance, and both have a great vibe.

The backyard is very private and features fruit trees, a meditation fountain, and a BBQ grill for guests' use. Enjoy the use of the garage with a full washer and dryer for guests' use. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Waikoloa Village, this home's extra amenities include the use of the community swimming pool and tennis courts and easy access to grocery, banking, restaurants, and the post office. You are only a short drive from Hawaii's best beaches, 5-Star resorts, and opportunities for shopping and dining.

Please note: This home has four split air conditioning systems, located in the primary bedroom, living room, and guest bedrooms. This is in a residential neighborhood.

Overall decent stay

The place was very peaceful and safe. Close to some beaches, but still a drive from some of the other attractions. The entire house was not air conditioned, just the two bedrooms were air conditioned, which was uncomfortable at night.

When opening all windows and doors, the house tends to cool down in areas where there is no air conditioning. Mahalo and we hope to see you again soon!

Amazing Hawaii Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Waikaloa Village is a great area, peaceful, close to shops and a short drive to some amazing beaches. The host was amazing, we only had a few quick questions during our stay but they got back to us with answers very fast. The house had everything we needed and provided an awesome experience for our family vacation.

Sunny and relaxing

Clean, spacious and well equipped. The yard and front patio with fish pond are beautiful. Access to the pool at the golf course was appreciated. For three bedroom rental the 32 inch tv needs and upgrade.

Sun Fun and a great place to stay

What a nice place to stay on the island of Hawaii. Very comfortable, clean, good communication with our host. Our good friend, who happens to be in a wheelchair stayed with us, this house was perfect for her.

Hawaii Ironman experience

1st time staying at Waikoloa village. And it did not disappoint. The accommodation was wonderful and the letting agency we’re super. There was a local power outage affecting the whole are, the letting agency were straight round for check everything was ok and provided us with torches until the power came back on.

Quiet, beautiful

Everything was great and as described. We enjoyed our stay on this quiet neighborhood.
It was centrally located to be able to travel to Kona, beach, and Hawi. There are not many food choices close by, but there are groceries. We loved that the house had all the accessories for a day at the beach except snorkel gear - we brought our own - umbrellas, chairs, towels, sand toys, etc. Perfect Hawaiian vacation.

Great house for a family

This house was great for our family of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, the fresh fruits in the yard were a great plus. Lots of space and all the toys needed for the beach were there: chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrellas.... You would need a car to stay there as it is about 20 to 30 minutes away to the beach.

Waikoloa surprise

When my husband was called to come to Hawaii for a job, we didn't know what to expect. However this home was perfect. We loved it, there was plenty of room and the yard was so nice with fresh fruit trees and a lovely view. We found that its location was also wonderful for Beach time or siteseeing.
Easy drive to Kona, Hilo, or Waimea and a great farmers market! The job was extended and CBIP Vacations was very helpful, and oh so nice! The whole Experience was wonderful! Thank you
