Feel the charm at this newly remodeled cottage on Ali'i Drive at the Kona Islander #341. This studio has a new queen bed and sleeper sofa. There is a kitchenette, desk area to work, and smart television. Sit out on the lanai and listen to the birds.

This studio is newly remodeled and has an excellent cottage charm. The kitchenette area is by the entry and has a small refrigerator, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, and more. The bathroom has a stone-tiled shower and a rain shower head.

The living area has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, desk area to work, and smart television. Enjoy the box air conditioning unit in the studio or open the lanai doors and let in the Hawaii air. Have a cup of Kona coffee on the lanai and listen to the birds.

The Kona Islander has a swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and lush tropical gardens. There are coin-operated laundry facilities for guests' use. You will be in the heart of Kailua-Kona on Alii drive.

Please note:
- There is no elevator, and the unit is on the 3rd floor.
- There is no central air conditioning.
- There is an air conditioning box in the unit.
- There is no stove or oven.
- There can be a shortage of parking at this complex, and guests may need to park on the street in front of the property if no parking spots are available.

A Perfect Condo!

I had a wonderful stay at Kona Islander 341. The check-in was effortless and the unit was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was efficient and the wifi was fast & reliable. Although I didn't use the television, it was a nice touch to the space. The location was ideal as it was situated off the main drive, offering easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and boutique stores. If you're in the mood for a short walk, you can also find grocery stores and Kona Brewing nearby. The kitchenette was perfect for reheating leftovers and I especially appreciated the stylish wood shelving. The condo was also quiet and cozy, making for a relaxing experience after a day of adventure. I would highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future. Perfect place for us

We had an amazing time on Kona side. The rental property was easy to find and check was a breeze. The unit was super clean and comfortable. We will definitely book again.

Great Location

The location can’t be beat...only a few feet away from the ocean! The Kona Islander is located in the center of downtown Kona. You can walk or take the free trolley to explore shopping, restaurants, beaches, and other attractions on Aliʻi Drive. The grounds, pool and hot tub are well maintained. The unit was clean and comfortable. A suggestion would be to add a microwave.

Good Place to Crash

Condo was cutely decorated, very clean, and had all of the beach essentials for us to use - beach chairs, snorkels and flippers, cooler, towels. It was perfect for us because we barely spent time there, and it was a great location - walking distance from many bars and restaurants. Only issue we ran into was the parking- there were not enough parking spots for the number of units (about 50% according to the desk attendant). We had to park along the highway 2 out of 4 nights and that was annoying.
