As you enter, you'll be greeted by a spacious kitchen, fully stocked to allow you to prepare your favorite island cuisine. Off the kitchen, you'll find a full bathroom. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventures, with a comfortable couch that can be converted into a bed. Head to the bedroom to rest on a king-size bed. The lanai provides an inviting space to lounge and take in the sunset or enjoy a meal at the table.
The condo is conveniently located just a block away from all that Kailua Kona has to offer. Quaint shops and eateries are within easy reach. You can stroll along the iconic Ali'i Drive, watch the surf, take a boat tour from the pier, or attend a luau at a nearby hotel. Fun and adventure are never far away.
Please note the following:
- This home is ADA compliant.
- While children are welcome, please be aware that the lanai is not childproof.
- The condo does not have central air conditioning, however newly installed remote controlled ductless air conditioners provide quiet comfort in both the primary bedroom and living room..
While the property managers strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that differ from the original pictures. However, the functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may have improved.

Super place!

Great location , walking to town is easy. Close to nice restaurants/bars. Room in bldg E 600s, had everything ! Great kitchen appliances, wine bar, beach stuff to borrow, small things like cleaning, laundry supplies, first aid kit, bath products ,and a super veranda with best chairs. Lots of thoughtful small touches. Beautifully decorated , artistic, and hand painted tiles in shower.

Seven days sunset
It was our 50th celebration and enjoyed every minute. We loved the location of the condo and being able to walk to restaurants and sites in Kilauea. It was so much fun I think we go back.

Perfect Location & Ocean View

Perfect Location and Ocean View. We were given a gate code for exiting and entering from the backside of the property which allows you the convenience of easy access to Kuakini Hwy. We could not use the rear gate because they failed to give us the remote gate opener to enter the code necessary to open the gate. But, over all it was a perfect stay. We would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice with a spectacular view of the ocean. We enjoy walking and the location was very close to downtown Kona. Nice and quiet for good nights sleep. We would definitely stay again there

Had a wonderful time on the Big Island and enjoyed this condo very much. It came loaded with everything you need to make your vacation enjoyable. Great kitchen with all the utensils, beautiful lanai to enjoy outdoor dining and located conveniently close to lots of great places/attractions.

Everything you need!!!
We chose this condo because it was close to University of the Nations which runs the program, Youth With a Mission. 5 minute walk!
Sunset views from patio were magnificent!
Cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and icemaker were great!
Plenty of towels for bath and pool!
Parking spot was easy to access.
Very quiet and peaceful ambience!
Having 2 bathrooms was a luxury!

Kona visit

The location was very convenient, the condo was very stocked and comfortable, the pool was out of service which was a real bummer, we got is visit from manager for being too loud, we were laughing, so that wasn’t fun, couldn’t be on deck, it was 8 pm, so if you want to use deck make sure you don’t talk! Overall very nice place!

Stellar vacation stay!

My children and I were fortunately enough to stay in this beautiful condo!! Our vacation was a wonderful experience and it was made more special by being able to retire each evening in this slice of heaven! Minutes from the ocean and shopping, it was breathtaking! A beautiful place with a unique Zen vibe

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful property which had unique artwork and beautiful colors. It was so clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with beautiful China, silverware, and everything you need. The Lanai has a wonderful tall excellent quality bistro table for four. You could view 2 different parts of the ocean. A large pool is available along with lounge chairs for relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home and plan to stay again. It came with a parking spot too!

The Perfect Home Away from Home

This unit is why I love vacation rentals so much. There is so much character, so much love and attention to detail, and fun extras like a Keurig coffee pot combo, electric wine bottle opener, comfy outdoor furniture, and hand painted tiles in the shower. The location was great, Ali'i drive is within walking distance, and while I didn't have time to enjoy the pool- it was uncrowded every day I passed it. It was summer time so I was very grateful to have cool AC to return to. The CB Team was so helpful with info before I even arrived, and checked on me during my stay. I will be back, and consider this my new home away from home in Kona!
