Kona Plaza unit #220 is the perfect getaway for your next Hawaii vacation. Here's what you can expect from this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo:
As you enter, you'll feel right at home with the Hawaiian atmosphere and welcoming vibe. The main bedroom features a comfortable California king bed adorned with Hawaii-inspired decor. The bathroom is located in the hallway for guests' use and comes with a bathtub-shower combination.
Enjoy the open layout of the living area, dining area, and kitchen. There's a pull-out sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare your meals, and you can choose to dine either inside or on the screened lanai.
The living area provides a great indoor and outdoor living experience. Inside, there's a table with chairs, and the lovely Hawaii vibes extend to the lanai, which offers ample seating and is screened in. It's an ideal spot to enjoy the refreshing Hawaii breeze with a cup of Kona coffee.
Kona Plaza offers two sunset decks with a large lanai and BBQ grills for guests to use. Additionally, there's a pool on the property. This condo is conveniently located in the heart of Kailua Kona, just off Ali'i Drive, giving you access to all the amenities and attractions of the area. You'll even find beach chairs and a cooler for your use.
Please note the following:
- This unit has split air conditioning.
- There are no stairs to access the unit.
While the property managers strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that differ from the original pictures. However, the functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may have improved.

Great location
clean.
large screened in lanai w/ comfy futon.
easy access via elevator.
underground parking kept the car cool - nice feature.
residents and visitors alike were very nice.
2 sky decks were great for bbq and watching the parade - great vantage point.
great central location to town - everything is walkable
in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher is a nice bonus.
kitchen had most everything needed and starter pack of coffee and filters was nice.
Air conditioning and fans kept the unit cool.
Would stay again. Priced accordingly for location and amenities.
pool was not usable due to regulation issue, but ocean is a block away.
street address/directions misleading to enter the complex and parking. you actually go down hanama place until it dead ends into the parking deck of the complex - you don't actually need to turn onto Alii with a vehicle. Easy enough if you know the area a bit. there is pedestrian access out to Alii via the parking garage or stairs from main parking deck level so you don't have to walk around the building/block to get to the main drag. just don't forget your key that opens the door access. your key also gives you access to the underground parking via the elevator.
if you are a light sleeper you might want to use ear plugs on Sunday as the church bell next door does ring for services.
no real dedicated workspace, but the kitchen table worked out fine and internet was fast and solid the entire stay.
