Upon entering the property, you will be welcomed by a quaint Hawaii feel throughout the property. The primary ensuite has a king bed with large bay windows and a smart TV. Enjoy the AC or open the windows to see the golf course and enjoy the sunshine. The half bath located near the entrance is separate from the bedroom, which is great for other guests staying with you.

The layout of the living space is open and has terrific lighting throughout and lots of windows. The kitchen allows you to be a part of the conversation even when cooking. This property has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The dining room is open to the kitchen and living room as well. Enjoy dinner at the dining table or dine outside on the lanai. Have the option of watching a movie in the central AC from the living room or reading a book. The living room has ample seating with a smart TV and good WIFI. Great experience!

Great place

Nice place, loved the amenities, including umbrella, wagon, snorkel gear. Quiet hours were a challenge with jet lag and a grumpy neighbor. There is a long list of rules which can be intimidating, but once we got there everything was smooth.

The shores

We had a great experience- the team was quick and responsive when strong winds blew the lanai furniture over and broke the glass tabletop.

Everything was clean and well stocked. Our only issue is that the living/dining carpet is very stained and dirty looking.

The bed is very comfortable and loved the soaking tub!

I inadvertently left behind a small jewelry bag and the crew found it and is mailing it to me. Overall a great stay ��

Beautiful Views of the volcanoes

This condo was located in a lovely setting and had gorgeous sunrises over the 3 volcanoes we could see. Nice area to walk in and close enough to walk to both Kings and Queens markets. Beaches close by.
The main complaint was that the unit had extremely stained carpeting which made the whole unit feel a bit dingy.

Fantastic First Visit to Waikoloa

We really enjoyed our stay at 207. The room was beautiful; very nicely decorated in Hawaiian themed art, clean and supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and shopping bags. This unit is a very short walk from the oceanfront beach walk and easily walkable to the Kings and Queens markets. The pool area is nice and the bbqs were available and in very good working order each night we used them. In summary a very nice unit with a good view of the volcana, also very nice and quiet

Relaxed Comfortable Experience

We were very satisfied with our rental. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked. Laundry facilities came in handy and we appreciated that a few detergent pods were provided. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, which was very relaxing. Great location close to beaches, shopping, resorts.

Excellent Stay!

We had an amazing experience, this was our first time visiting Hawaii and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. The location, proximity to all places, safety, quiet with amazing views. Thoroughly enjoyed waking up everyday to the sunrise at the condo. Enjoyed sunsets on all the beaches nearby. Highly recommend. The A/C was not working properly in our unit and the customer relations were extremely approachable and did everything they could to ensure we had a comfortable stay.

Quiet comfortable apartment in the perfect location

This property offered us a perfect stay on Hawaii. It is located near a number of beautiful beaches,hiking and snorkeling sites, and the pool, gym, and BBQ areas were likewise delightful. Kona and Waimea were both within easy driving distance. There was a problem with the air conditioning shortly after we arrived, but the management responded right away and we were happy with the solution.

Great Trip!

A really relaxing trip! The apartment is large, clean and comfortable. One thing that is not perfect is that the AC was not working when we arrived. But the host fixed it later.
