Welcome to White Sands Village, # 216! Enjoy this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully air-conditioned condo. Located just across the street from Magic Sands beach, along the iconic Alii Drive, this new, completely remodeled condo has all the amenities you could need! Smart TVs, high-speed internet, workstation, ocean and beach views, and more!

Conveniently located across the street from Magics Beach Grill, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magics Beach Shack, or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.

Upon entering unit 216, you will see the bedrooms on each side. To the right, the guest bedroom with brand new twin beds (can be made into a king bed, upon request), smart tv, and plenty of room to unwind. The primary bedroom features a stunning ensuite, a brand-new king bed, smart tv, and a tranquil bathroom and shower. From the bedrooms to the communal area, you will love the beach-chic serenity. After the guest bathroom in the hallway, you will reach the open floorplan of the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, dishes, and cookware. It opens to a breakfast nook and the dining area. Unwind while on the couch after a long day or run your business remotely from the workstation. You will want to spend your evenings watching the sunset on the private lanai. Watch the waves crash on the beach and enjoy the shade after a long day of adventures.

Please note: There are a few steps up to the elevator to take you up from the ground floor. There is also a set of steps to take you from the elevator to the unit making it not fully accessible for those with disabilities. While we also welcome children, the lanai is not childproof.

Don't miss this gem - Great property and CB is awesome!

1. AWESOME location - right across from the most beautiful beach, 12 mins from Walmart, 20 mins from Costco, walking distance to Magics grill, 10 mins to downtown Kona - the most happening place
2. GREAT views - the view is even better than the pictures. You will thank yourself for picking this place. This is my main criteria and I was so glad I chose this place
3. BEAUTIFUL condo - very clean, well furnished, neatly kept with all the essentials
3. WONDERFUL host - CB was great to work with. We had an initial minot hiccup with the washer not working (not under their control). They apologized, compensated and still serviced it within 3 days. Very responsive with all the questions.

Overall, a wonderful experience for our first time in Hawaii. Will definitely pick a CB property again in a heartbeat! Thanks CB team for making this a wonderful memory for our family of 4 (2 adult kids).

Pleasant stay in a well-equipped condo

Despite the A/C being out (more on that later), we had a very nice stay in White Sands #216. The location is close to Ali'i drive and the beach, and it has a nice ocean view from the large back deck. The building layout is a bit odd, with stairs required when using the elevator. The inside is nicely updated, and very well equipped for cooking, bathing, laundry, and going to the beach. Beach gear includes plenty of chairs, a nice umbrella, small and large coolers, two snorkel masks, and more. The beds are decently comfortable and there are many fans available. The pool/hot tub area is very nice. The complex is very peaceful and quiet, which we loved.
We were notified a few days before our stay that the A/C would be out for our entire stay. There was some time-consuming haggling about the discount we would get, but we agreed to stay here and it was a pleasant stay. With working A/C, I'd give it 5 stars.

Great Vacation Rental

We recently stayed in White Sands Village with our two young children and the rental was perfect for our needs. So nice to have a kitchen well-stocked with cookware and utensils and to have a washer and dryer available. Was so happy to find a reasonable supply of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. We enjoyed walking to the beach across the street (although the surf is quite rough for little ones there so make sure you check out the keiki beaches) and loved using the pool. It was a great home base for our exploration of the Big Island.

Great location!

Condo was as pictured in photos. Clean, well kept and stocked with necessities (detergent, shampoo, etc). Quiet location but close enough to Kona shops and restaurants. Teenagers loved the quick access to Magic Sands beach. Always plenty of room at the beach, a volleyball net if you play, lots of turtles and a smooth sandy beach entry (many beaches are quite rocky). The property manager was super helpful, responsive and accommodating (we had a package delivered over the July 4 weekend). Highly recommend.

Met All Our Needs

Accommodations very clean and had everything we needed, w/ host even providing snacks. Location was very near stores and restaurants and right across from very nice public beach. There's Walmart, Target, big box stores and many local business as well w/in 5-10mins. The driveway to parking is narrow and can be easily missed from beach front road.

Sunset and sand

This location is fantastic with an amazing view of the sunset and waves and on the beach. The patio is perfect for having everyone together at the end of the day and palms that give just a little privacy. Inside is clean and recently remodeled with everything you need for a day on the beach waiting for you. Would highly recommend this second floor unit and location.

Great location!

Our family of 4 had a great time at this condo! We live on Oahu so it was more of a staycation and it was the perfect place for us to relax. Everything was as cute as the pictures. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Next to the beach right outside of the condo is a cute outdoor cafe with tastes breaks fast items and delicious coffee called the Beach Shack. Just a heads up, at the time we stayed due to covid we had to sign up for pool use. Only 4 guests at a time or one family. The only negative was there were some pretty dirty dishes so we just threw them in the dishwasher before using.
I would definitely recommend this condo.

A nice condo,great location,freshly remodeled

I spent 6 weeks in this unit and enjoyed it a lot. The beds are great, well equipped kitchen and great laundry facilities. It sits above the pool and can be a bit noisy. The AC works well and is quiet.The appliances and TVs are new and upscale. Internet is about 60mbps and the desk is appreciated. Parking is close and under roof. Ws village is a very well run complex in a high level of maintenance

Amazing

We had a wonderful experience working with the agency. The communication was fast and the responses were great. They matched us up with everything we wanted. A great view of the ocean, close for walking, a pool. The Lani was awesome. We were close to the flea market and the restaurants. The rental we stayed in was beautiful and met all of our expectations and beyond. It was well stocked with everything we expected it to be.
