Honua Kai Konea 250 offers luxury at its finest! As you enter, you will be in awe of the breathtaking direct ocean views from this luxurious villa located at one of the most exclusive resorts in Kaanapali. Note the sizable gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, and grand lanai with a gas grill. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors seamlessly blend into one magnificent indoor/outdoor living space. Enjoy al fresco dining while taking in a mesmerizing Maui sunset!
The fully equipped kitchen offers the best of the best. Beautifully built-in refrigerator, microwave, oven, and a separate wine refrigerator. This kitchen lacks nothing the home chef would need.
This exquisite villa offers two primary bedrooms and an additional guest room. The primary suite features access to the lanai; relax while taking in breathtaking ocean views. Complete with a King bed, en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub, shower, and double vanity. The second guest suite offers a King bed, en suite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and shower, and a large walk-in closet. The third bedroom is perfect for guests with a King bed. Guest bath with a walk-in shower.
Washer/dryer allows for lighter packing.
The Honua Kai Resort is a beachfront luxury resort with dining at Dukes Beach House Restaurant, Aina Gourmet Market, three Swimming Pools, Hot tubs, 24Hr Fitness Center, and Whalers General store in the lobby. Located at the northern end of Ka’anapali Beach overlooking the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Additional Restaurants, shopping, golf, and beaches all within minutes.

Definitely Recommend!

Our family of 5 adults stayed 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the villa. RESORT - well maintained grounds and an assortment of pools – no zero entry pools, all the entry points have steps. We had no problem getting pool chairs any time of the day. Ate at Duke's our first night and the food was fresh and delicious. Also convenient to have Whalers store on site. VILLA - HKK 250 is ocean front with ocean and resort pool views. / Happy hour sunsets from the spacious lanai. All furniture was comfortable and well kept. Both master bedroom bathrooms are gorgeous and hall bath with shower also nice. Ample dresser and closet space and hangers. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with an abundance of plates, bowls, glassware and cooking utensils. Exceptional pots and pans. Wine / beverage fridge a bonus (because we had more space in our main fridge for everything else). Hall closet with ironing board, iron and beach chairs, cooler. Overall - the villa was thoughtfully appointed and well stocked throughout, which we very much appreciated. Washer and dryer worked great - we had no issue with its size or drying time. COLDWELL BANKER ISLAND VACATIONS - It was our first time renting with CB Island Vacations. They were very easy to work with - good communication prior to our visit and they stayed in touch by text all week. OVERALL we were very happy. Based on our experience, we would not hesitate to repeat with CBI vacations or this villa in the future. Note: the villa lanai has been painted since the online photos were taken - no more orange trim or smoke stains over the outdoor grill. Minor issues - wifi went in and out, we had to reset the tv a few times but it never took long. Also we had to purchase a sharp knife for cooking - the kitchen knives needed sharpening.

Family Trip

The property was perfect! We stayed from 7/9/23-7/17/23. We were 4 adults and 2 teens. More than plenty of space for us. Extremely clean property. The Lanai was fabulous, 6 of us could sit out there and still plenty of room for people to move around. The view from the property/Lanai was 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

Perfect Place for Family Gathering

My husband and I met our two grown children and their spouses here! It was PERFECT for the three couples! We enjoyed the condo (especially the views!), its amenities, and the beaches. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we made use of the grill outside. We’d come back AGAIN and AGAIN!!

Excellent Condo Great Location

The condo was the perfect choice. Location, location, location. Dukes Brach House Maui restaurant is on site. Great food there. Beach right outside the balcony. Pool right ouside the balcony. Also, the balcony folding doors open up completely to give the condo an open air feel. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Spectacular Place to Stay in Maui

My family of 5 adults and 1 toddler made the trek to Maui for the Maui Invitational Basketball Tournament. We had an awesome time staying at Honua Kai Konea. The views from our lanai were amazing. The place was clean, spacious and beyond our expectations. The views all day long were amazing. We enjoyed the beach and the pools.

Vacation stay at Honua Kai, Konea 250

Undoubtedly this was the nicest condominium unit I have ever stayed in, or will ever stay in; spectacular views from the inside the unit and outside on the wrap-around balcony, gourmet kitchen, well appointed rooms, convenient underground parking, and a well stocked market-merchandise store in the Lobby set the tone. Also there is the benefit of Duke's Restaurant on site serving excellent island fare (I recommend Hula Pie for a family dessert). Close, across the street, is Times Supermarket and Slappy Cakes,(kids get to make their own pancakes at this restaurant). Maui Fish Market is just up the road for fresh seafood and prepared takeout dishes. My 11 year-old grandson and I grilled many dinners on our balcony gas barbeque. A car trip to Lahaina takes less than 10 minutes for more waterfront dining and shopping. All of the elements that account for a memorable trip were present for our eight days on Maui. Fantastic location!
We rented Konea 250, a 3-bedroom unit, with king beds, 2 w ensuite bathrooms and bath w shower just down the hall from the 3rd bedroom. Beautiful, spacious with glorious views just as photos show!

Great location, comfortable stay

Very much enjoyed this rental. Space was great for both sets of grandparents and toddler who slept in a crib in the closet. Few maintenance items needed and CBIP mostly very responsive.

Wonderful Stay at Honua Kai Konea 250

This place was absolutely beautiful! Everything in the description is accurate, lots space to relax and unwind! The views from the patio were breathtaking, sunsets are stunning! Close to stores, restaurants and food trucks. Pools were warm and relaxing! Friendly staff, easy access to parking! Laundry, towels, comfortable beds, beach chairs, basically everything you needed was here. We would definitely book this home again! Thank you for making our stay so memorable! Well done!!!
