This top floor corner unit offers amazing ocean views! Enjoy radiant sunsets from your private lanai overlooking Ma'alaea Bay. Light and bright as you enter, this beautifully designed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit features fresh paint and new wood flooring throughout. The primary bedroom offers an adjustable Tempur-Pedic Cal King bed that allows each side to individually raise and lower the head and foot of the bed. New split AC offered for those warmer Summer nights.
For convenience, both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with porcelain-tiled walk-in showers. The guest room has a brand new plush queen bed and jalousie windows that easily allow the cooling Tradewinds in. Moving to the glorious living area, the view is phenomenal! You may find yourself wanting to use the queen sleeper sofa or the brand new couch just to be able to soak it all in a little longer.
When you get tired of looking at the ocean, there is a large flat screen TV available for your use. Set your drinks on either of the new end tables or brand new coffee table while enjoying your favorite shows. The condo is loaded with all the comforts of home, including new ductless air conditioning in the living room and primary, high-speed internet, and a fully stocked kitchen with stone countertops. To make your stay even easier, there is a full-sized washer and dryer, a supply of beach towels, and even beach chairs. Enjoy a great night's sleep in this spacious 2 bedroom after an adventurous day on Maui!
Island Sands is located in the heart of Maui near Ma'alaea Harbor and is the perfect starting point for exploring the island. All of our managed condominiums are one or two-bedroom oceanfront and ocean view with large private lanais, air conditioning, washer and dryers, and fully equipped kitchens. The beautiful grounds feature an oceanfront swimming pool and barbecue area for sunset grilling. Ma'alaea Bay is the perfect spot for winter whale watching and for hopping on a snorkel boat adventure at any time of year. From your Island Sands condo, you can walk to the bay shops, restaurants, the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, and the mini-golf park. If you head South, in the opposite direction, you'll find a 6-mile white sand beach ideal for morning walks.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Wonderful

Wonderful place to stay! Plenty of room for my family of 5 and very centrally located so everything is easy to get to. Very quiet and nice pool and bbq area. Clean and well take care of. Bed was AMAZING! Fully stocked with everything that we needed for a weeks stay! One of my favorite things was having coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean every morning. Would most definitely stay here again! Mahalo!!

Wonderful stay

Clean, comfy, centrally located condo with a beautiful view! Everything was stocked well! Had plenty for our 7 day stay! Beautifully kept grounds with a nice pool and bbq pits for our use! Spacious bedroom and bathroom, with very comfortable beds (pretty important in my book)! One of my favorite things was having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean!! Will Definitely stay here in the future!

Clean and well equipped

The condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. We had beach chairs we could use as well as beach towels, ice packs and a cooler! The swimming pool on the property was clean and very well maintained with BBQ grills available for use. The condo had a great view of the pool and the ocean, and it was awesome to have breakfast on the patio and whale watch. Overall it was a very positive experience, with a nice public beach as well as the Aquarium, and a terrific restaurant and shopping all within easy walking distance. The evenings were quiet and we never really heard any noise from the neighbors. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Island Sands #600

This condo is in a central location on Maui. Most destinations can be reached within a short distance. Access to miles of barely populated beaches just steps away. A perfect place for those who wish to avoid crowds and overpopulated resorts. This condo provides spacious comfort with two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The a/c works great but isn't needed with all windows open. This top floor corner unit has a lanai in the living room and another in the front bedroom that provide views of the property and the ocean. Comfortable beds as well. The only thing this condo lacks is living room furniture. A flattened futon and a worn out, very old filth-stained couch are the only things to sit on. Not a comfortable space to relax in. We covered the couch with beach towels. This is the only reason we wouldn't refer this property to a friend. Surely the high price on this condo allows for a simple furniture upgrade.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views. Great upgraded showers. Bathrooms could use a fresh caulking job but I do not live in a humid state so I'm not sure if it's normal for that to get dirty quick. The air conditioning was amazing! Really appreciated the coolers, Beach chairs, Beach towels, and ice packs that were supplied! The assigned parking spot was close to the elevator which made things easier. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful View

Overall, I was the location was great for shopping and activities to both sides of island. However, the unit lacked garment storage and lighter weight blanket in guest bedroom. Maintenance was called to secure blinds to close and create a quieter environment with louvered windows for sleep. Maintenance needed to reattach pneumatic closer on storm door. Living room furniture could be updated or covered and throw rug should be discarded as it is dirty and worn out.

Great little place

Amazing views and energizing sleep

The place was super clean and very well stocked. The views from the lanai were breathtaking there were xtra large beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and a small ice chest to use on our adventures. The master bed is a Tempurpedic adjustable and was perfect after a long day of Hawaiian adventures. The property is well kept and everyone was very friendly.

Gorgeous view, comfortable stay!

Fantastic location, in between Kihei and Lanai/ Kaanapali, and next to the harbor for boat trips. Condo had an amazing view, was mostly clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the floors, while nothing visible on them, still had quite a bit of dirt (noticeable when walking around barefoot for a few seconds and feet turned black). The rental agency was fantastic, super nice and accommodating. One of our guests left some clothing in the condo, and they kept it for us to pick up the next day.

My daughters and I stayed at Island Sands 600 for Spring Break 2020. The unit was just wonderful..well equipped and just as the pictures depict. Who needs to go on a whale watching tour when you can sit on your own balcony with a cup of coffee and watch them in the bay? We also saw green sea turtles!! The pool and BBQ area were super clean and the nearby beach was very nice and provided really nice walks. We would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

We loved the location of the condo, it was centrally located on the island. We could whale watch from the balcony. The unit was clean and had recently been remodeled. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The washer and dryer in the condo were a bonus. The staff was helpful booking our vacation and helped when we had issues with the tv. There is reserved parking and an elevator. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Condo with Ocean Front View

Condo was in fantastic updated condition. The complex is well maintained with a mix of owners and guests. Pool was nice and beach access was a short walk. Condo complex is off the beaten path so you felt secure without mass of tourist trudging around. Within walking distance to a few nice restaurants but within 10 to 15 minute drive to bigger grocery stores. Would recommend to friends.

Overall great experience. Master bedroom mattress was so comfortable. Great open space. Corner unit very quiet, but close to road side.
Enjoyed the Tommy Bahama beach chairs to take to the beach.

Amazing location and view!

We absolutely loved our week at 411 Island Sands!! What a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The nearby beach was beautiful and the condo was tastefully done with everything we needed! The beds and furniture were so comfortable. The aquarium of Hawaii was within walking distance, and we loved being able to hop in the car and have everything so close. We probably each took about 20 pictures from the lanai of the amazing view of Haleakala. We are thankful for such a memorable trip!
