Kamaole Sands 9-310 is the perfect spot for your Maui Vacation! Located centrally to all resort amenities and across the street from Kam III, you're just a short stroll from pool time, beach access with great snorkeling, a playground, and a huge grass area perfect for sports activities, and ideal for flying a kite.

This condo with light wood throughout and tasteful island décor offers a great little beach house ambiance. The newer kitchen provides plenty of space to prep meals and comes with all appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for cooking. You can enjoy dinner for 2 at the inside dining table or move out to the lanai for a romantic meal al fresco with views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Keep an eye out for Humpback Whales during Winter months!

After dinner, unwind with your favorite shows streamed on the Smart TV. There's AC in the living room and bedroom to keep you cool if you find you're a little warm after spending the day in the sun. There's also a bonus sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests.

The bedroom features a King-Sized bed and an en suite full bathroom, along with its own TV for movie nights snuggled up in bed. A second full bathroom makes getting ready for dinner or a beach day easy for you both. There's a washer and dryer in this condo for your use to make packing light an option.

The Kamaole Sands complex is situated on 15 tropical acres, meticulously landscaped with many fragrant and beautiful trees and flowers. It's just across the street from popular Kamaole III beach and park with primo sunset viewing areas and a nice playground and facilities. Property features include a Fitness Center with Weights/Treadmill, Swimming Pool and Showers, Kiddie Pool and Hot Tub, Adult Hot Tub, Snack Bar Plus Poolside, Wednesday Pool Party, BBQ Grills, 4 Tennis Courts, Visitor Parking, Near Beach, Near Golf Course, and Close to Town! Excellent communication and explicit instructions for check in made it easy to know where to go. Unit was clean and well equipped for my needs. The TV situation was confusing and some written instructions about streaming and other options would have been helpful.

Great condo in a great location!

The condo was very clean for the most part (the walls in the bathroom could use a good wiping down). The AC was so nice in the bedroom and living room. It was quiet with a nice view of the ocean. We loved the chairs and towels for the beach, but it would be nice to have an umbrella, snorkel gear and maybe some boards for the water. Kitchen had everything we needed and living room was comfortable. The lanai table and chairs were great!

Gorgeous View and Great Location

This vacation rental was an excellent experience. It is perfectly located directly across the street from a great beach with beautiful sunsets. It is near great restaurants and a general store.

The place was extremely clean, well maintained, and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable with a great mattress and clean, fresh white sheets.

I really enjoyed the balcony and the fabulous resort amenities.

When I return to Maui, I will choose this place again.

Great experience

We checked in and the people were great! They gave us lots of information and recommendations since this was our first time in Maui. The place was clean. The view was amazing! The beach was close. The pool was beautiful even though we didn't have time to use it. The only thing my husband complained about was the bed was too firm for him. Otherwise a perfect place. We would stay here again!

Great Vacation Rental

We booked this unit for 2 weeks over spring break and couldn't have been happier. The location is perfect, check in was easy, the condo itself was well appointed and had everything we needed!

We just got home and I already miss having coffee while watching the whales out on the lanai! Would book this unit again for sure.

Location is hard to beat

Overall we were happy with our stay. This unit is nicely furnished and outfitted with everything you need for cooking. Bed is a bit firm for our tastes but at least it's a king. Big bonus having beach chairs and an ice chest to use. In order to get the air conditioning unit to work more efficiently, open the storage door on the balcony as it was super hot when I discovered that's where the unit was located. Biggest issue we had was with the elevator which was hot and stuffy and had moving blankets hung up in it for the entire week. That made it extra claustrophobic. Most of the water features were not filled while we were there and the pool leaves something to be desired. Very small pool for that size complex.

Swim, snorkel, surf in the sun

Our stay at the Kamaole Sands was excellent. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The pool area was excellent. The hot tub was warm. The extra surcharges on the rental were astronomical, more than fifty percent more added to the rental. That’s a shame as it will certainly make it difficult to stay again at those rates and fees.
