Aloha and welcome to the sunny south shore of the majestic island of Kaua'i! Relish 35 acres of lush tropical grounds, orchid gardens, and beautiful Kiahuna Beach - a golden crescent known for its calm clear waters. Enjoy complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club to lounge at the swimming pool, play a game of tennis or pickleball, and dine at the Cabana Bar and Grill.

This beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style "beach house" features a dramatic view of the Moir Botanical; Cactus Garden from the spacious lanai and living areas. Beach House #304 features the ultimate in comfort with a brand new multi-zone split A/C system and new upgraded living room furnishings.

The fully renovated, well equipped kitchen and well-maintained community grills make it easy to have your island favorites on hand. Two dining areas, one indoors and the other on the lanai, provide ample room to relax and enjoy. The living area features cozy seating, a new queen-size sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a landline phone for free local calls.

The bedroom features its own split A/C, a comfy king-size bed, and a second smart TV.

The bathroom features two spaces separating the vanity area from the walk-in shower area for additional privacy and functionality.

Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are all provided in the home for guests to use during their stay. Surf school, snorkeling, paddle-board rental, and more are all available right on the property. The Beach Hut can get everything you need for the beach - towels, chairs, sunscreen, snorkel gear, even sandcastle building supplies. Picnic areas and community grills are located throughout the resort.

The home can comfortably accommodate four people with the use of a queen-size sleeper sofa located in the living area. While #304 is a ground-floor unit, guests must be able to comfortably walk up and down stairs to access the home from the convenient free parking area. While you can relax endlessly just enjoying the resort, we do recommend renting a car to enjoy the island more fully.

Laundry is not available on property, but there are laundromats in the neighboring area.

Shopping, art galleries, golf, hiking, beaches, and a variety of dining options are all located within a roughly 3-mile radius. Ready to explore more? Helicopter Tours, Sunset Sails along the breathtaking Napali Coast, Kayak Adventures to Waterfalls, Deep Sea Fishing, Zipline, Horseback Riding, Waimea Canyon, and Spouting Horn are all waiting for you on the Garden Isle.

Great location!

From the moment we walked into the room, it felt like a vacation. Very, very happy with the room and the property. Where it’s situated made everything easy for food, beaches and excursions. I will definitely be staying there again! Thank you for making our vacation a great ey!

Wonderful location

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The condo is an easy stroll down to Kiahuna Beach, where we enjoyed snorkeling and relaxing each day. It's also possible to access Poipu Beach from Kiahuna Beach, which is an added plus. We also enjoyed the walkability to restaurants at the Sheraton resort next door, as well as the restaurants in the shopping center across the street. We would stay here again if we return to Kauai!

Great Location and Amenities

This unit is gorgeous and the lanai looks out to a beautiful garden. This is a bonus for sure to see wildlife every day from your private space. The unit was spacious, clean, well stocked and conveniently located to the beach, shops, restaurants and aaccessible to other locations on the island. The A/C unit came in handy on the warm days when we arrived. The new sleeper sofa had a tempurpedic topper that was comfortable for two teens. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful Condo

Would book through CB Island Vacations again - responsive and friendly staff! Spotlessly clean condo with recently added A/C and new living room furnishings with a coastal beachy vibe. Kiahuna grounds are beautiful and the condo is a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai overlooking the Moir Gardens and watching the birds. Lanai has a peek of the ocean which is an added bonus! Bed and new living room furniture are super comfortable. Don't hesitate to book Kiahuna Plantation #304 you will love your stay!

BEAUTIFUL VACATION

This was our first winter vacation, and it did not disappoint! Our condo was within walking distance of the beach, you could sit out on the balcony and hear the ocean and the birds.

Perfect location! Would stay again.

We loved how central this property was to everything. We walked across the street to restaurants, shops and to the beach every morning and night for sunset and sunrise! All of those are about a two minute walk from building 38, unit 304.

The outdoor fitness club is amazing and we had full access to it. Yoga, weightlifting, basketball, pickleball, tennis and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with a slide and sand area for kids. No extra charge for any of these Fitness Club activities. The fitness club even had a bar and grill The Cabana!

There are 2 cons to this unit that weren’t a big deal to us ....but may be to some people: No air con, we stayed in February so we were comfortable at night and rarely in the unit during the day...it is totally open air with window and door vents and 2 fans in the bedroom. Appliances worked well, but older style. The bed was comfortable updated mattress we slept awesome, but the living room furniture is so uncomfortable, The unit had an old Hawaiian feel and just a few updates like furniture and appliances would’ve made a big difference.
The lanai was so comfortable and a great place to get afternoon sun or have your morning coffee overlooking the Moir Garden.

Great Stay at #304

I've stayed at Kiahuna Plantation on two previous occasions. The layout of most condos is the same, so I have no comment on that. There will be differences between the quality of appliances, but those things don't really matter to me, though we ate most of our meals there. Our stay at #304 was fantastic as far as what's provided. The beach chairs were an absolute necessity. I'd recommend getting a Tommy Bahama umbrella to provide for future guests. The only real concern for Kiahuna, unless you're getting one of the beachfront condos, is location. The location is okay. It's rather out of the way from the rest of the complex, and relatively far from he beach. That said, it's also far enough from Poipu Road that the location is quiet and peaceful.

Perfect location!

I loved how walkable this property is and it's location to the beach, restaurants and shops! The unit is stocked nicely, the shower is remodeled, and the bed was comfortable! The staff at Coldwell Banker were so helpful and made me feel like I was home! I would definitely stay here again.

Kiahuna is great

The condo unit was as described. There is a large dining table that was very helpful for having others over for dinner and games. The murphy bed was used for a couple of nights was appreciated. The bathroom is separate from the master bedrooms so it works well if someone is in the living room.

CB representatives were pleasant and helpful.
The unit is farther than most from the beach but closer to the athletic club and dining. Parking was never an issue. Kiahuna staff does an excellent job maintaining the grounds.

This is a ground floor unit and we could hear footsteps from upstairs (reminder to take off shoes).

Access to the Poipu Athletic Club was a big perk, excellent pool, gym, tennis, pickleball, and cafe is good as well.

Kiahuna Plantation, Bldg. 38, Unit 304

Unit served our needs. Coldwell Banker staff was very responsive to questions. We were able to check in a bit early. Unit had a toilet that ran which is an easy fix. The Murphy bed hinges need to be fixed. There could be more coffee cups supplied. There were only 4. Overall, it was good.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay!

The Kiahuna plantation is a massive bungalow style resort that seems timeless. I loved how despite the lack of AC the ocean breeze was felt through our entire unit was was very comfortable. The beach is very close, and the cactus gardens are nice to walk through. Only complaint would be that laundry is quite far away...you’ll have to drive to get there on the opposite end of the resort. Food options across the street which was convenient but some places closed on certain days. We would recommend staying here again!
