E komo mai means "Welcome"! This contemporary vacation home features tropical garden views, central air conditioning and a spacious open floor plan with all the modern conveniences.
This unit includes access to the coveted Poi'pu Beach Athletic Club!
The large sunken living room with plenty of comfy seating and a Queen-size sofa sleeper features a smart TV, games, puzzles, and lending library for relaxing evenings after a busy day in the Hawaiian sunshine. The adjacent tropical garden lanai is perfect for enjoying morning sun and afternoon shade.
The granite and stainless-steel kitchen with double ovens and the adjacent dining area provide plenty of space to savor being together over a favorite meal while planning your next island adventure!
The primary suite features a comfy King-size bed, smart TV, and a roomy private lanai. Its en-suite bathroom boasts a travertine walk-in shower, separate jetted soaking tub, a large dual-sink vanity and a private water closet.

THE RESORT:
Regency at Poipu Kai is nestled half-way between Brennecke's Beach and Shipwreck Beach along a verdant garden walking path. Hawaiian plantation architecture, lush tropical gardens, and a 6 minute walk to the beach make this location a favorite in all of Poipu!
THE LOCATION:
Welcome to Poipu on the sunny South Shore of the Garden Island of Kaua'i. Enjoy a string of golden sand beaches, coastal nature walks along the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail, a wide range of dining options, boutique shopping, National Tropical Botanical Gardens, a Robert Trent Jones II designed golf course, snorkeling, surfing, and beachcombing, turtle spotting and Winter whale watching all within 8 minutes of your accommodations. Willing to adventure a BIT farther? It's just a 20-minute drive to board a boat tour of the spectacular Na Pali coast. An hour by car will place you on the edge of the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific" at Waimea Canyon State Park. Just a bit farther is Koke’e State Park- covered in forest, wildflowers and 45 miles of the state's finest hiking trails.

Under the boardwalk, down by the sea...

My recent stay at a vacation condo in Koloa, Hawaii, in September 2023 was nothing short of amazing. I had the pleasure of enjoying this tropical paradise for four unforgettable nights, and every aspect of the property exceeded my expectations.
The general condition and maintenance of the condo were immaculate. It was clear that the owners take great pride in their property, as everything was in excellent shape. The condo was well-maintained, and it felt fresh and inviting from the moment I stepped inside. The attention to detail was evident throughout, showcasing a commitment to providing guests with a top-notch experience.
The quality of the furniture and amenities in the condo was outstanding. The living space was tastefully decorated with comfortable and stylish furniture. It struck a perfect balance between luxury and homey comfort, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring Kauai. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials, allowing me to prepare meals with ease. The condo also had a beautiful lanai with comfortable outdoor furniture, which was an ideal spot to savor my morning coffee while enjoying the lush surroundings.
One of the most outstanding features of this property was its exceptional location. The condo was conveniently situated near Poipu Beach, making it a breeze to access this stunning stretch of shoreline. Poipu Beach is known for its golden sands, crystal-clear waters, and fantastic opportunities for snorkeling and swimming. It did not disappoint and was just a short walk away.
The cleanliness of the property was top-notch. The condo was spotless, and it was clear that it had been thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained before my arrival.
I must also commend the exceptional property management provided by CBIP Vacations LLC. Their professionalism and commitment to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay were remarkable.

Kauai Regency

When we arrived on Kauai we received a text message saying our unit was ready but that the air conditioning was not working. I called the property manger when we got to the unit. She informed me that they had called a service company to service the air but the earliest they could get it scheduled was for a Thursday (we arrived on a Sunday). They had placed fans in the unit and had opened all the windows. We got lucky in that it turns out that the prior renters had turned the setting down too low and the unit was frozen. By the next morning the unit was working fine and did so for the next 8 days. The only other issue was that the bathrooms were not cleaned very well. The showers and the jacuzzi both had hair in them.

Amazing stay in Kauai

We had an incredible experience during our stay in Kauai! This property met many of our needs. In addition, our host (Shannon) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort as well!
The accommodation itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves in the distance and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony, surrounded by tropical greenery. The location was perfect - walking distance to stunning beaches, and local attractions. This condo is loaded with all the beach necessaries such as chairs, umbrella, wagon, etc.
Ultimately, I can't recommend this condo enough. It was a truly unforgettable experience, and we are already looking forward to returning to Kauai and potentially staying here again. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

Beautiful Kauai Stay!

Our time at the Kauai Regency Poipu Kai was wonderful. The two bedroom condo was spacious and well-appointed. The master bedroom mattress and both bathrooms,filled with towels, were very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. There was also a beach wagon filled with everything needed for the beach which was a 10 minute walk. The two tvs had streaming services built in which was a nice perk. We highly recommend!

Perfect weather perfect stay
This condo is well equipped and an easy walk to beaches. Beach chairs, snorkel gear, plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Property mananger was responsive and available.

Really happy with Poipu Kai #711

The condo was perfect for 2 adult couples. There was plenty of room, with a well equipped kitchen, and beautifully decorated. Definitely walkable to beaches, but also has a pool & hot tub just steps away. Parking was super easy and close by. We also loved staying in Poipu in the winter, which made it easy to get to Waimea, or to the airport & north shore. Would happily stay again!
Final callout - major kudos to Shannon! Our smoke detector battery died and it started chirping loudly at 5pm on a Friday. Shannon battled ugly traffic from Kapa'a to pick up a battery and drive it out to us. Amazing and thank you!!

This place is great. All you need for a comfortable, relaxing, fun time on the south side of Kauai. And bonus for the curly haired people out there: there is a diffuser attachment for the blowdryer! First time I've ever seen one in a rental and it's not the most important thing but I was pretty happy about it. 🙂

Beyond expectations

Family Fun

Regency Poipu is ideal location for our family vacation, walking distance to beach. Super convenient the condo comes with all the beach gear and a handy wagon for transport. Unit 711 is ground floor, spacuous, and quiet.
The kitchen is well equipped, however it could use large storage containers. Would highly recommend both this rental and the property management company was great also.

Upscale, comfortable condo with close access to beautiful beaches

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is actually larger than it appeared in the pictures with plenty of room for me and my adult children, and we all slept comfortably. The condo has high-quality furnishings and decor, and we particularly loved the plantation-style shutters and two lanais! Everything we needed for the beach was available with a wagon filled with beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling gear. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beaches in the area along the paved path. There are also two lovely swimming pools right near the unit. It is a 5 minute drive to a shopping center with a variety of restaurants. Historic Koloa town is also close by with shopping, a few restaurants, and food trucks. The location on the south side was convenient to Waimea Canyon and ~30 minutes to airport. We were able to explore the east/north side conveniently too as the island is small. We loved our visit and hope to return again someday! Mahalo.
