Whales breaching, waves lapping, and amazing oceanfront views all await you at this cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Start your day with coffee on the lanai, then walk straight out and lounge by the pool or head to Haycraft Beach right out front.
Centrally located on Maalaea Bay, you can quickly reach Lahaina, Kahului, or Kihei from this complex. You'll also find fun shops and great restaurants at the Maalaea Harbor Village. The Maui Ocean Center, located there, was recently voted one of the top 10 aquariums in the world. The harbor is close by for early morning snorkel adventures or lovely cocktail cruises. You'll also find the Maui Golf & Sports Park with mini golf, bumper boats, an X-treme trampoline, and rock climbing nearby. The King Kamehameha Golf Resort is a short drive away, as well as the Maui Tropical Plantation.
After your adventures, come home to this cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit on the ground floor. Wander right out to the beach or sip coffee or cocktails on your lanai. Great stay away from the hordes of tourists

The condo we rented via CBIP vacations was perfect for two people. We had a ground floor (which we required); the condo was clean, well stocked and the instructions were timely and concise.

An excellent get away. The building, grounds, and management team all met or exceeded our expectations. We were slightly disappointed in that there were absolutely no staple items in the condo for our use. Salt and pepper were it.

Perfect stay in Maui

Amazing stay and can't wait to come back again! Perfect spacious condo for couples to vacation in south Maui with a breathtaking view of Maalaea Bay. The condo was clean, modern and had adorable coastal decor! The bedroom was very comfy, and easy access to the shore. The condo came with beach gear which made visits to the beach a breeze. They thought of everything. The property management staff was super helpful too. Mahalo!

Great place to stay, ideal location!

Really lovely spot with a great location, access to everything Maui has to offer! We loved seeing turtles in front of the condo in the mornings! Lots of space, very comfortable and had a great back deck area to drink coffee in the mornings.

Honeymoon in Maui

This unit is conveniently located and easy to get to. We arrived late at night and woke up to the most amazing view, absolutely beautiful!!!
We never used the pool facilities, however they did appear well kept.
The ocean/bay front here is rocky so we choose to drive to a beach that was near by, on the plus side we did spot turtles literally 100 feet from our lanai.
I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family, we were their on a honeymoon, so just the two of us, I think this unit would accommodate a family of 4, providing the two kids wouldn't have an issue sharing a pull out in the living room.
In the closet by the kitchen we found, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and a cooler that really came in handy!!!
Gas station and Carl's Jr. Fast food was less than 1/2 mile away, marine area less than 1 mile away that has multiple restaurants and a general store that also serves food.
Overall, great experience!!!

We loved being able to sit on the lanai and catch a sunset (or sunrise) while listening to the crashing waves or to walk over to the water and watch the turtles swimming. The location was perfect for us with easy access to both Lahaina and Kihei. It’s also within walking distance to the marina for happy hour or dinner or to check out the Maui Ocean Center. We have already booked a longer stay in December and can’t wait to get back there!

Great location, beautiful condo

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and the condo was nicely decorated and furnished. The ONLY reason why we can't give it 5 stars, is because there isn't an air conditioning unit in the bedroom. We stayed here at the end of June, beginning of July and it was pretty warm. We opened the bedroom window at night, but it really didn't provide much relief. Unfortunately, the trade winds were non-existent the time we were there. We were only able to sleep in the bedroom once during our 5 night stay. Otherwise, we stayed on the fold down couch in the living room, where the air conditioner was. The good thing was that the couch was actually comfortable to sleep on. If an a/c unit was added to the bedroom, we would stay here again. Perhaps it is better during non-summer months.

This is a very clean and quaint unit with everything you would need for your stay from the kitchen to the beach. Lots of little things provided too like laundry soap and bathroom needs. Well worth the price and a great place to stay for two who want a nice quiet getaway with the perfect amount of room and great views. Close proximity to the beach and a very adequate pool.

Wonderful condo!
We love this condo! Decorated nicely and very clean. The extras made the stay perfect. Used the chairs, coolers and the binoculars, great for whale watching! The condo grounds are so nice and really quiet! We are excited to come back.

Great quiet location with beach nearby, turtle and whale watching

We were very happy with our stay at the Maalea Banyans. The condo was perfect and had all the extras we needed including beach towels, chairs, etc. A nice local beach (which wasn't busy) was a 5 minute walk from the condo. We went during whale mating season and could see whales breaching the water. Turtles were also near the shore which we could get to from the lanai. Overall, we were very happy qith our stay and would stay again and recommend to others.

The Perfect Beachy Condo
This little condo was everything we could have asked for and more! The decor ans furnishings were beachy and comfortable. The floors were wood (not tile) and we loves this as it really added to the beachy feel. The bed was large and soft. There was a dishwasher and convenient! They suppied everything for the kitchen including laundry and dishwasher soap and had shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and lots of extra towels. Also beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. The lanai opened up to a beautifully landscaped property with a fenced pool (great for safety w/kids), the pool was lovely and clean and the hot tub was perfect to relax after a long day of fun. We saw huge sea turtles sunning themselves on the beach in front of our building and whales jumping in the ocean. The owner provides binoculars to view the whales and they were amazing to see! There is a beautiful beach ‘sugar beach’ a 3 min walk down the road, if you want to swim. Location is a 2 min drive or 10min walk to the marina, ocean centre and resteraunts in Maalaea. It was absolutely devine! We wouldn’t change a thing and we would absolutely return to this littyslice of heaven!!!! Thanks so much to the wonderful owners for sharing your beautiful home with us!!
