This beautifully upgraded 2bd/2bath is perfect for families or couples traveling together. The living area is perfectly appointed with beautiful furnishings and a comfy queen sofa sleeper to relax while watching a show on the large flat-screen TV. This unit can accommodate up to six. Open directly to the kitchen fully equipped with everything any home chef would need, providing indoor dining for six with ocean views!

The Beachfront primary suite is located right off the living area with a King bed and luxurious linens. There is no divider from the living room area. Stunning ocean views and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves. The en-suite bath offers a luxurious walk-in shower and large vanity.

The Guest suite is very spacious with a King bed, luxurious linens, a flat-screen TV, high-speed WiFi, and an en-suite shower/bath combo and a large vanity.

For added convenience, complimentary high-speed internet with WiFi in the living area and guest suite, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. This condo stays cool via ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms. On those days without a cool breeze, three Split AC units keep this beautiful condo cool and comfortable all year long. Mana Kai 508 offers the perfect Beachfront Resort Vacation! The resort atmosphere includes Beachfront pool, two propane BBQs, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, fitness center, activities center, general store, and business center.

**The full dining restaurant on property will be closed for renovations until late 2024-early 2025. Renovations have been delayed. When they commence, there may be noise heard from 8 am-5 pm, Monday thru Friday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.


Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an ''open concept'' and is not closed off from the living room area.

Great Condo!

Mana Kai 508, Maui - just perfect

This is an incredible location, what a great view! The beach is so picturesque, just an ideal Maui location. This unit is high enough you miss some of the pool and downstairs activity out of your sight lines. It was big enough for us, with separate room for our 2 children. The kitchen was good for what we wanted and we ate out on the lanai often. The on site staff was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this spot!

Absolutely great place to stay! Great view and beach. The condo was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. We would stay here again!

Amazing beachfront views

I would definitely go back to this rental. The location, unit and building are great! Exactly what you see in the photos. It was really nice that they had beach towels, chairs etc. for us to use.

Maui Kihei Beach Front

The condo is in good shape. What is not evident by the pictures or the description is that the primary bedroom and living room are actually one room - like a studio apartment. There is no door between the living room and the primary bedroom. The description says the bedroom opens to the living room - but we didn't realize that meant that the bedroom has NO door. The kitchen had most of the basics. The view was incredible - Lanai and Molokini. However, the balcony had seating for just two people at the table. There was a big lounge chair that took up space that could have been used for two more chairs around the table. Also - the laundry is a pay laundry not in the unit. You will be assigned a parking space but if someone is in it - the management will not do anything about it. Another car was in our space duirng our stay. We reached out through the app and was told to track down a security guard and see if they could help. We replied that we didn't want to spend our vacation tracking down a security guard and that this was something we shouldn't be expected to handle. It was not addressed during our stay so we parked in the public spaces. The sofa is very very creaky and I can't imagine trying to sleep on it (little kids would probably be okay on it but remember it is in the primary bedroom).

Mana Kai 508

We stayed in Mana Kai 508 for 8 nights. The view is spectacular and the location is convenient for easy access to a fun beach with great grass, sand, waves, and snorkeling. We would definitely stay here again.
Aloha Ms. Stai, There are not too many building that are as close to the water as Mana Kai is. It also helps having such a great beach right outside the foot door. We are so glad you enjoyed this visit. Hope to welcome you back to 508 next year. Mahalo for booking with CB Island Vacations.

Our family enjoyed our stay here- gorgeous sunrises over the mountain and epic sunsets!! The condo was clean and the appliances and supplies provided were great. We really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella...and left our beach ball for future guests! 🙂

Mana Kai 508

We are returning guests of the Mana Kai and we were not disappointed.! The location is perfect and the spectacular view from the lanai can’t be beat. Our unit was clean, kitchen well stocked and beds comfortable. The chaise lounge on the lanai was also a hit! Being right off the elevator and laundry room was very convenient We also liked having a keyless entry.
We will be back! Just love it here!

The Perfect Hawaiian Condo

We LOVE staying at the Mana Kai. It's our 1st choice over any others for staying on Maui. Unit #508 was fantastic. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms are very nice. It's easy to access as it's near the elevator. Highly recommend!
