Mana Kai 805, Newly Remodeled, top floor condo with stunning views! It doesn't get any better than this! Mana Kai is one of Kihei's most exclusive resorts, located right on Keawakapu Beach! This beautifully remodeled 2bd/2bath is perfect for families and couples retreats!
As you enter you are immediately drawn to the amazing ocean views from this top floor condo! Spend your days relaxing on your private lanai. Watch whales breaching, during the Winter season, and dine al fresco with a gorgeous Maui sunset as your backdrop!
Full remodel April 2023!! The open living area features a large flat screen TV and a new sleeper sofa to allow for additional sleeping for up to 6 guests. Newly updated kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, grey stone counters, and new stainless appliances and is fully equipped with everything any home chef would need for meals prepared at home. Enjoy dining indoors or out, both offering seating for four.
The Primary suite functions as a studio and can be separated from the living area by push back shoji style doors. This room features a California King bed, luxurious linens, and access to the huge lanai. The en suite bath offers a walk-in shower and a large vanity ideal for getting beach or dinner ready.
The Guest suite is spacious and offers a queen bed, flat screen TV, AC, and an en suite bath along with a built-in desk area. The perfect setup for couples traveling together! Additional amenities include beach chairs, beach towels, and ductless AC throughout the condo.
The resort atmosphere includes an oceanfront pool, 4 propane BBQs, onsite coin/credit card operated laundry facilities on each floor, a fitness center, 808 Deli and General Store, and open-air dining and full bar at the ground floor Restaurant coming late 2025. You can also rent beach gear and bikes at the Surf Shack Maui, conveniently located on the ground floor.
Enjoy favorite Keawakapu Beach, a long sandy beach that fronts many luxury homes and resorts. You can admire the sunset, be delighted by Humpback Whales in the winter months, and access beach activities such as snorkeling or paddleboarding and kayaking. Outdoor showers and restrooms are located on the beach level.
**The full dining restaurant on property will be closed for renovations until late 2024-early 2025. Renovations have been delayed. When they commence, there may be noise heard from 8 am-5 pm, Monday thru Friday. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your understanding.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Location!!

Loved our ocean front condo, the beach access was right outside our Lanai . Close to shops, restaurants and markets. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful unit and location. We spent a week and wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was clean, well appointed and just right for our family of 4. Views and location couldn’t be any better. Will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Maui!!!!!!

Beautiful location

Awesome location on the top floor facing the beach. Everything was clean. Local real estate listings suggest this is a $3 million unit. The Andaz hotel and other expensive resorts were nearby. Be sure to keep the screen doors closed even if you don't see bugs. Strange that there was a coffee maker, but no coffee in the unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, quiet, well-appointed condo in Kihei. It had everything we needed to cook, enjoy the beach & relax. I would definitely go back!

Nice location.Nice beach and swimming pool. We contacted management about needing 2 extra sets of towels. Only had 6 sets for a 2 week stay for 2 couples. Was told there were 8 sets and to look in draws. We had looked before contacting them. Told them there were only six sets. Never heard back from them and never received additional sets.

Perfect Kihei location

The pictures and description are very accurate. The view and location are actually more incredible than the pictures show. You can't do much better on Maui for location.
That said, when considering value, Mana Kai is an older property and is undergoing a lot of renovations. It's on its way to returning to its original glory, but guests should keep in mind when figuring value that it's not perfect. There was a lot of construction going on while we visited. The store, restaurant, and fitness gym were all closed, the basement is under renovation (fitness gym and yoga room), many condo units are being renovated and can be loud near them, and the water was shut off for an entire night. The unit itself could also use some updating, but it has everything you need and is very clean. The write-up and pictures are accurate and you'll spend most of your time looking out on that view.
The noted inconveniences didn't affect us, so no complaints, but might be considerations for others. The positives of Mana Kai far outweigh any negatives. The on-site staff was friendly and great; the lobby, pool and other facilities are beautiful, excellent options for renting beach toys from the on-site rental company (boards/kayaks/snorkels/etc). Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

Great condo

This condo is lovely and has the best view of the beach. Convenient and clean condo. Everything worked except the air conditioning in the front bedroom. The thermostat said 60 but it really didn't keep it cool at all. We opted to sleep in the bed near the balcony and most nights it was cool enough to sleep well with the sliding doors open. Would be nice if there was a way to allow the breeze to come through from the entry door direction, like a transom over the door. The restaurant and sundries shop were both closed for renovation, and only one of 2 elevators worked. On the morning of our departure Thursday June 2nd at 9:45 am, our car had a nasty sign saying we were going to be towed. I brought it to the desk to ask why it was there when we were still guests. The man at the desk made a very inappropriate joking comment about "being violated at the Mani Kai" and laughed. Not okay. Sensitivity training is needed apparently. Women don't need to hear things like that, and I bet he would never have said it if my husband was there.

Our stay at number 805 was very nice and beautiful view. Highly recommended. The property had issues with one of the elevators and to be refurbished soon. My son got stuck in between floors. We will always revisit Mana Kai resort. There is a more local and family vibe in this area

Home in Paradise
Mana Kai Maui is an amazing location to be a home base in Maui. The views are spectacular. Close to everything we wanted. Unit 805 is a top notch condo, except that it had no air conditioning. The ceiling fans made it comfortable given the mild weather during our stay.

Beautiful view from top floor!

Unit 805 is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Beautiful view! The only problem was the rental company not calling back for 2 days after leaving a message that we had to use most of the towels to clean up the floor from the storm. After they knew about the towel shortage they were very quick in replacing them. I would recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Paradise
The unit and view was every thing and more than what I expected from the pictures on line. Phenomenal view from the room and Lanai. Very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely return! Nice beach and snorkeling right in front of resort. Great location close to restaurants, stores and activities. The only negative I would list is the fact that the king size bed could use a new mattress.

2nd visit to Mana Kai
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Mana Kai. We love the location, view and amenities. The rental shop, restaurant and mini store are located on the property. There is a Yoga studio that we took a class from and it was amazing! I highly recommend making time to do at least one class. The pool is a nice change from all day at the beach. We love the grass area for the kiddos. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. Pans, dishes, glassware, kitchen ware were plentiful. Each evening we went to sleep with the doors open to let in the ocean breeze, it was lovely! My only suggestion would be that housekeeping should be part of the price for a 10 days stay. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Condo, view, beach is great, no AC in front only the back bedroom

The condo was great, it feels very bright and airy, the view is incredible just like in the pictures. The beach is great. The beach views are great on both sides of the building. The only issue we had was with the fact that there is no AC in the front kitchen/dining room/bed area. There is AC in the back bedroom. It is worth noting that it never got too hot for us, and opening the doors really got a draft going but the fact is that there isn't AC in the whole condo. If you're okay with that then this place is recommended. We would stay here again.
