Amazing Stay at Maui Banyan H205!

Our 5-night stay at the Maui Banyan Resort's unit H205, starting February 23, 2024, was an unforgettable experience. Perfectly situated just steps from the beach and close to local restaurants and shops, the condo's location made exploring the island effortless and enjoyable. Each morning greeted us with sun-soaked beaches, while evenings offered leisurely walks to nearby attractions. The condo itself impressed with its beautiful design and comprehensive amenities, ensuring our utmost comfort and relaxation. Nestled in South Kihei, opposite Kamaole Beach II, the resort is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and features amenities such as swimming pools, jet spas, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. The convenience of having ocean activities, dining, and shopping within walking distance, coupled with the condo's clean, well-appointed interior, made our stay truly special. The Maui Banyan Resort embodies a perfect mix of Hawaiian charm and modern convenience, making it a highly recommended destination for a memorable Maui vacation.

Awesome stay at Maui Banyan

Maui Banyan was a great experience! It became our comfortable home for two weeks. The condo was spotless with a very well equipped kitchen and beach accessories provided. The resort was maintained impeccably was very friendly and welcoming staff. And the location was right across the street from a beautiful beach, one of the recommended for viewing sunsets and snorkeling. It was also very centrally located, but not right in the thick of Kihei, which was nice. We look forward to returning!

Maui Banyan
Location excellent for beach-lovers. Descriptions accurate. Cooked at home a lot and was surprised at variety of utensils, both for grilling and home use. Also, attention to detail was above and beyond - down to colored washcloths for makeup removal! Impressive. Yes, we would recommend with one proviso - the lanai has both air-conditioners vented there against the glass (plexiglass?) so the hot air swirls and never leaves. You cannot enjoy being outside unless you turn the ACs off and wait a few minutes for the heat to dissipate. But a) you don’t spend a lot of time in the room and b) the owner probably doesn’t have a choice of location. Just something to be aware of.
Yes, this is a beach-lover's paradise especially if, like you, they like to make their own meals! Thank you so much for the glowing review, its always good to know our guests are enjoying their stays and we do acknowledge and apologize for the lanai A/C venting system causing an inconvenience for you enjoying the lanai. Lovely stay at the Maui Banyan H205
Had a lovely stay in unit H205 at the Maui Banyan in Kihei. Unit was clean, fresh, nice garden view as advertised. Amenities were used and appreciated especially the nice washer and dryer. We made full use of the cooler and beach chairs. Owner provided extra towels and a nice welcome gift when we arrived. Beach across the street was great and we even got some volleyball in.
Minor recommended upgrade is the bedroom AC unit which was bit loud but we didn’t need it at night with the ceiling fan available.
Would recommend this property for sure!

Home away from home!
Everything was perfect about my stay. The condo had everything that I needed and was located conveniently next to shops and beaches. I loved being able to wake up, get a tea from a local shop and walk down the beach. Everything from booking, checking in and departing went smooth. I highly recommend this unit.

Great stay, exactly as described

Check in was easy, and communications went well. The apartment was clean and the kitchen well stocked and organized, And there were some free local goodies. The AC was nice and strong as was the wifi. Parking was plentiful. I would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay in H205 at the Maui Banyan.
The unit was well equipped except for a few small things such as No beach Umbrella (we bought our own at Costco rather than rent one from Guest relations),having stayed at the Maui Banyan a few times before as well as many other properties we were surprised. Purchase a Salad spinner, having no telephone was a surprise and should be an essential communication item in case of an emergency.Clear printed instruction for operating the Washing machine. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately we were unable to take our trip to Maui. While we were on our way a valve exploded on our water softener and sprayed water for 20 hours into the garage, laundry room and my office. We had to return urgently and take care of the situation. Fortunately we have great neighbors. Hopefully we will be able to take this trip of a lifetime in 2023

Great Maui Condo
This condo is in a great location. It's a short walk to the beach with plenty of dining and morning coffee options within walking distance and many more just a bit further. Inside the condo, everything is modern and in good repair. There's plenty of room for a couple. It's quiet in the evenings and mornings. The building is also in good condition with nearby parking and a nice pool area. I would happily stay in this condo again.

Perfect Location!

The condo was clean, had everything that we needed and was located in a perfect location. We walked to the beach every day, walked to a couple of restaurants and a coffee spot and the little general store down the street.

Higly recommend!!
This condo was perfect for our family of 3! The condo was stocked with everything you would need for cooking, bbqing, beach etc. Beautiful condo with plenty of space for our family of 3. The jetted tub made for a relaxing end of the day after a long day road tripping. Everything is walking distance which was awesome. The elevator was very convenient and parking was so close and conveniently stocked with shopping carts! The pool and pool area had plenty of bbq's to use. Highly recommend Maui Banyan. The one thing I would suggest management to add are coasters & placemats. We bought some to take home and actually used them at the condo. We will be returning and hope to book this condo again.

Paradise Found
Beautiful condo unit . It had everything we needed . It's in a great location across from beautiful beaches. Our only suggestion would be that there are screens installed on the sliding doors, we don’t like to use air conditioning but couldn’t keep them open in the evenings because of the little visitors that came in.

Lovely Modern Apartment, Close to Everything

The apartment is perfect for a family of 4. Kitchen is well stocked. The place is spotless. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable and gave my daughter a backache but the bed in the bedroom was perfectly fine. It's really nice to have 2 bathrooms. Highly recommend. Property management company responsive and reply promptly when we emailed them.

An Excellent Choice
The well-appointed unit was perfect for a one-week getaway and I wish that I could have stayed for longer. It is current, clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed. Easy access to the beach, close proximity to stores on South Kihei Rd., and a great location from which to travel to all parts of the island. I'll surely stay there again in the future.

Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed this condo. The furnishings were really nice. We especially like sitting on a REAL couch and not wicker. Having an addition chair would have been great....something other than a dining room table. The table seems way over kill for the size of the condo. I'd put some bar stools at the Island and get rid of the table and add a recliner or soft sided chair. Kitchen was really great, the King size bed was VERY comfortable! We loved having the two bathrooms as well.

Garbage disposal and dishwasher door need repair...other than that, this condo was very well equipped with beach toys, sand chairs, mats,snorkeling equipment on the deck, kitchen very nicely appointed and bed & linens high grade as we're all the kitchen pots and pans etc.

Maui Getaway !!
We had an incredible holiday back on beautiful Maui.
The condo was exactly as described. Super comfortable - close walking distance to the Beach and many restaurants and places to grab a snack/coffee.

Beautiful Condo

Our stay was amazing. The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. We had everything we needed for cooking including some basic spices and a blender. Everything was brand new. The location was perfect with the beach a 1 minute walk. The A/C was nice at nice to keep us cool. The BBQ and pool area was extremely clean and looked new. The BBQs were deep cleaned every morning and looked like they hadn't even been used!

Amazing Stay In Maui

We had a wonderful experience at this newly renovated Maui Banyan condo. It is exactly as pictured in the posting. This condo is on the second floor and overlooks beautiful Maui greenery. It is just a 2 minute walk from the pool and the BEST PART, a 7 minute walk to the beach of Kamole Park II. Every day, we were able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset while taking a dip in the warm water and feeling the soft sand of the Maui beaches between our toes. This condo is located just 30 minutes of the OGG airport, a 45 minute drive to Lahaina, and 10 minutes to Wailea. The inside of the condo was clean and organized. It was included with two AC units (1 in the bedroom and the other in the living room), a full kitchen (stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, utensils, glassware), 2 bathrooms, a cali-king bed, a cot, a comfy leather couch, ample amount of bath towels, extra linens, beach toys, and, beach chairs, and the best part; a washer and dryer! I'm sure there's a lot I missed, but those are the highlights I can remember on the top of my head. This condo would fit a family of 3 comfortably. We were very pleased with our stay! Communication was clear and after we received the arrival instructions we never had to call for further assistance. The only issues I would like to bring up are: - the lock on the sliding door is hard to maneuver (open/close). - the parking instructions need to be a clearer. The spaces are all numbered. We thought each condo has a designated space. Turns out we can park in any space that doesn't have a "reserved" sign over it. - we wanted to use the bathtub so bad, unfortunately the plug didn't work. - since shoes are prohibited from wearing inside the condo, we would like to recommend a swifter wet jet to be included, especially for stays of 4 nights or more. Nonetheless, we had a great time and Mahalo for the hospitality!

Holiday stay
Me and my fiance stayed for 1,5 weeks and had a great experience. Very clean and well equipped property.

Maui
My husband and I stayed week of 10/28 for a wedding. Condo was very clean and excellent location! Kitchen was very well equipped (Knifes need sharpening) good quality linens and very quiet building. would definitely stay there again. One thing I would mention is when you have a very late flight, check out is at 11:00 and there are no amenities to shower prior to your flight. We used the pool area
