Maui Parkshore 408 offers one of the best locations in Kihei with beach access directly across the street! Dining, shopping, and golf all within minutes! Enjoy a gorgeous Maui sunset from your private lanai. The expansive floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living.
This open and inviting condo is what Maui getaways are made of! Relaxing living space is a great place to unwind after a fun-filled day on Maui. Complete with a sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything any home chef would need. Seating for 3 at the spacious kitchen island, and the lanai offers seating for 6 with an amazing view!
This charming condo offers two bedrooms with AC and cozy queen beds. The primary bedroom offers an en suite bath that has been beautifully updated with a walk-in shower. The guest bath is located adjacent to both bedrooms. Washer/dryer allows for lighter packing.
Maui Parkshore 408 is a great option for a small family or couples traveling together.
Maui Parkshore is located in the heart of South Kihei and minutes from the Wailea resorts. There are a dozen restaurants within walking distance, and three of Maui's incredible beaches: Kamaole II, Kamaole III, and Keawakapu nearby. You'll find great snorkeling steps from Maui Parkshore. The property features a sparkling pool, an elevator, and one designated parking stall.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Great Stay at Parkshore 408

Our stay at Parkshore was great. The Residnet Manager Lisa Sue was super nice, and very helpful. The condo building itself is a bit dated, but the unit was nicely updated and had everything we needed for a great stay. Air conditioning is ONLY in the bedrooms which was not entirely clear on the ad on VRBO. It was a little hot in the living area and kitchen during the day and evening but it was managable with the large sliding door to the lanai and the ceiling fan. The location was perfect and the view was amazing. The pool was nice and the four BBQ grills were amazing. They were by far the most well kept, immaculately clean grilles i\'ve ever used. They are cleaned every day and they made dinner making super easy. Overall i thought this unit was a great value, and great location and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great stay!

This was the perfect location for a home base to explore the island and to just relax! Easy walking distance to cafes (and Gluten free Cinnamon rolls!) as well as great swimming, snorkeling, and tasty food.

Great week in Maui
We had a great time at Maui Parkshore. The location is perfect for getting to the beach at all hours of the day and being close to Wailea, shopping, and good food. The perfect spot for a laid back vacay.

Beautiful Maui Parkshore #408

We came to Maui Parkshore to spend my hubby & daughters birthday, both 3/31. I met the owners Christmas of 2021. We stayed next door. They were leaving & I asked if I could see the unit. They showed me & let me tell you this place is a home away from home. Seriously. This was a smaller version of our home in Spokane. Neat, clean, updated & the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a Godsend! Our daughter (28) wanted to thank you for all the hangers. She loves clothes!!
Maui Parkshore has parking & is centrally located to everything. The washer/dryer in unit was great as well.
There would be just a couple constructive ideas to say. Both beds sloped in the center, which led to sore backs. Even when we made the bed you could see the dip threw the bedding. The other thing we noticed that most units had drapes inside. The outside shade/pull-down was nice but the afternoon sun was so hot.
This unit was a bit more costly but not like we do this very often.
Also a shout out to the rental company. The freezer wasn’t making ice so I had to call them. Someone came out immediately & fixed the problem. (Someone had put the ice bin in backwards). Go figure. Thx for having us! ��

Stay at Maui Parkshore 408
Overall this is an amazing property. The unit is nice and modern, even if the building is older. The lanai is very large and the view couldn't get much better. I do however have a couple of thoughts regarding the unit and building itself.
1) This is out of the rental company's control, however we had no hot water for the first 2 days as the building relies on solar panels for hot water. They have a backup system, however it is unclear how long it was/will be out of order. For the first two days of our trip there was unfortunately very little sun and as a result, there was next to no hot water. Again, not something that is the rental agency's fault, but something of note.
2) The kitchen could be a little better stocked. The pots and pans are quite dated, other general kitchen/bbq utensils could be better stocked and a few more cutting boards would be helpful instead of just the 1.
3) Better beach towels would be nice. They're on the older side
4) The beach chairs have a few that are starting to look to need replacing. A small cooler to take to the beach would be a great addition
5) A beach umbrella would be nice to have as some times at the beach you can not find shade
Overall this is a great rental option and would recommend to a friend.

Nicely updated unit with an amazing view and location. Directly across from the beach! Elevator access to the 4th floor unit Would have lines some nicer beach towel and a small cooler for day trips but overall a great place
