Great vacation
Great family vacation and the CBIP baby rental products made the trip easier as a family and convenient. Not having to pack, and having confidence in having a crib, monitor, etc.. for a reasonable price was great.

Marvelous Maui condo
This condo met all our needs and had a great location. It was quiet and easy to find, and only minutes from Kamaole 1 beach - a great place for families and snorkeling.

My place of refuge

Unlike others that visit Maui for a wonderful vacation, I go to visit family. Though we all have wonderful intentions, it can all become trying after a few days. What I’ve learned is to have a place of refuge. The Maui Vista provides such an opportunity. It’s a great location as it’s walking distance to the Cove Beach Park, Charley Young Beach as well as Kamaole 1. Additionally Foodland Grocery Store and numerous restaurants are walking distance in either direction.
The units are comfortable. The only thing lacking for me was an on site gym. Otherwise, there’s tennis courts, pools, barbecue grills as well as the close proximity to everything described above.
The fourth floor units have high ceilings giving a greater sense of spaciousness along with great views.
The grounds and units are well maintained. There was a row of tall monkeypod trees just off the lanai (balcony). They were in full bloom adding to the ambiance of the grounds.

An onsite gym would be ideal but the proximity to such great areas certainly makes up for it. Kalama Park has a great little paved area to jog around and is absolutely amazing for a sunset jog. Great Kihei Condo

This condo is great! It is a short walk from the beach, very well maintained, and a convenient location in Kihei. There’s lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. A local grocery store is nearby and the condo kitchen is well equipped. There are beach chairs towels and a cooler to use. The A/C works great but we mostly just used fans and the wonderful island breeze to stay cool. I have no complaints at all and am already looking forward to a return visit.

Great condo. We have 5 adults in our family, and it was cozy and perfect for us! The little welcome pack of coffee was SO appreciated. We were missing the few starter items (trash bags, dishsoap, laundry pods), but we received a call in the morning from you, and it was all made right immediately. The beach items (coolers, chairs, sand toys) were great! Kitchen was well stocked.

Awesome Maui Vacation

The condo we rented in Kihei was clean, comfortable, and in a great location (a short, 1-block walk to Charley Young Beach)! There were beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys and plenty of towels for the 5 of us. We had 1 issue with the washing machine leaking. But it was fixed within a few days and, in the meantime, we were provided with complimentary laundry service. We were very happy with the rental and would stay there again.

Perfect getaway

Enjoyed our experience at your condo. Amazing amenities I have not encountered at other condos I have rented within the Maui Vista complex. Would stay in this unit again. Great air conditioning system. Well furnished, beds comfortable, well maintained unit. Maui Vista is a good location with close proximity to the beach and walking distance to Foodland and restaurants. Bus service good as well.

Wonderful clean condo. Complex has plenty of parking and wonderful grounds. Short walk to all the attractions on the complex grounds. Condos are a short walk either direction to restaurants, stores and a nice beach.

Perfect place in Maui

We absolutely loved this rental. It was exactly what we wanted to our trip to Maui. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and right across from a beautiful and reasonably quiet beach. We could walk over to watch the sunset at night or easily go for a run in the mornings.
The unit was spacious and clean and had everything we needed including a cooler and some beach chairs. We sat on the little patio for breakfast and enjoyed the beautiful weather.
If we go back to Maui, we will 100% choose to stay at this location again. Completely worth it.

Nice top floor unit with efficient split A/C

Well maintained top floor condo with excellent air conditioning. The view from the lanai is mostly of the parking lot which cannot be seen from the pictures but we still highly recommend this unit.
The split air conditioning system is extremely efficient and quiet. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
Since this unit is in the middle building, it's a little bit farther walk to the beach but it's much quieter than being right on the road.
Complex is older but has nice tennis courts, pools and BBQ's. Security and property management were friendly.

Great family condo!

We had a great stay! My husband and I travel to Maui every year, and we love staying at the Maui vista. This unit has everything we need, and is great for sharing with another couple. We cook in a it, and the kitchen was fine for our needs. We had a large family group all staying at the complex and often did group dinners. It was great! The BBQs are always clean and maintained well. This unit had enough seating for us to visit and play cards at night. The beach is a short walk away, and its so nice having chairs and coolers available for our use. We didnt have to buy anything! There are lots of great restaurants nearby and good shopping for souvenirs. We hardly used our car this time. This unit doesnt have a water view, but the big tree outside is pretty to look at. It also provides great shade for sitting on the lanai. We didnt even need to use the A/C often because the unit kept cool most of the day. Opening up the windows create a refreshing cross breeze. We really enjoyed this condo and will definitely be back!

Great home away from home
Our family stayed here for a week and had a lovely time! The condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach and all activities. The condo itself is clean and served perfectly for our evening card game competitions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Love Maui Visita!

I am not sure how you can give this a one star reviews. I loved this little condo and loved the location. It was clean and well stocked. When we needed something like dish soap, the property manager was on it and brought it to us swiftly. My only complaint is there isnt a king sized bed in the main bedroom, but thats hardly a complaint. Youre getting a home in Maui!!! If you are coming for the pool, I could see how you may be a tad disappointed, but my kids LOVED it. We came for the ocean tho. We didnt care too much about the pool. I would live in the condo in a heartbeat. This was our second trip to Maui Vista and definitely not our last. We love it!!
