We enjoyed our rental very much, a couple of things to would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies example Lysol wipes and Mr Clean.
We went to barbeque one night, I opened the barbeque and it was quite dirty, I'm assuming from the previous guest. So we did not use it! The WIFI password was not in the unit, so I had to contact the owner. Other than that we had a lovely time there.

Loved our stay
Loved having the second floor lanai with a terrific sunset view.The condo is large, clean and convenient. It's within 10 minutes of state parks, beaches, golf, and restaurants of all types. The complex is quiet, beautifully cared for and the pool area is gorgeous. I'll stay here again.

Wonderful accommodations!
Highly recommend! Everything was perfect. Property was very clean and as advertised. Especially enjoyed the first impression upon arrival, the lights were on and the a/c was on, which a nice welcoming surprise!

A restful abode

Our first rental in Kihei ended up being a mess with bugs and no AC. We got lucky that this location was available. The house was very clean, spacious and quiet! The rental company very friendly and responsive! We loved our stay and definitely recommend!!

I’d Return in a Moment If I Could

This is a great place. Our family of four found it perfectly clean and fully ready for us upon arrival. The arrival treats were a nice surprise. The view is ideal. It is accessible to the beach and parking is a breeze. Beach and pool gear are great amenities. So what is not perfect? Hard to say. I had a small trouble turning the TV on, but blame cable company (I have routine cable problems at home). There was — and maybe still there — a loud mouth below us our final morning doing a 5 am Zoom call. That guest was selfish and rude. I mention these to boost credibility of this review. The hosts of this unit could not have done better for us. Thank you.

Maui Retreat
Overall, the condo was great - well located, nicely appointed and met our expectations based on the photos and descriptions. We had some minor issues on arrival, but they were dealt with promptly by the manager whom we contacted by phone. In all, a good stay.

Palm at Wailea 304

This is a very nice unit. It is clean and tastefully decorated. I love the triple sliding glass doors and the large lanai..it made the indoors seem more outdoors. The living room could use more lamps as there is only one there. We would love to stay there again sometime.

Beautifully decorated condo, had everything we needed. I especially appreciated having coffee filters, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and basic spices (some condos don't). Very clean and pretty quiet. I would stay there again. Great location.

Our Stay at Palms 304

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palms, Unit 304. This is our third stay at the Palms and we preferred this unit over the other two. It was very clean and well appointed. All appliances worked well. It was cool enough that we did not have to use air conditioning and simply relied on the fans. The welcome basket was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.
