Polo Beach Club 502
Wailea
Start your day with a stroll along the world-famous beachfront path, which ends right in front of this property. You can enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded beach right out front, or sit poolside at the newly remodeled pool and jacuzzi! After soaking up the sun all day, plan to relax on your private lanai with sunsets you won't soon forget!
This unit accommodates up to 6 guests with a Primary Bedroom having a King bed, the Guest Bedroom offering two twin beds which can also be made into a King, and a very comfortable Sofa Bed in the living room! This fully air-conditioned unit also offers two full Baths, which have been remodeled with granite counters and tiled flooring! The kitchen is also fully stocked for your use and features exquisite Koa Wood Cabinetry.
The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property is a non-smoking property.
When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on the property after 11:59 pm.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
Important Notice: Tile Installation Project at Polo Beach Association
From August 19th to Mid-November, there will be a tile installation project for floors 2 & 3. Expect loud and excessive noise during your stay.
LOUD NOISE: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
The first week of demolition noise will be particularly excessive. The project will continue Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, until completion. As with all construction delays/extensions may be needed.

Great location

Great location not so big as most condo buildings, nice and quiet. It’s great to be able to walk across the sand and be in the water, it has a wonderful pool and amenities.

Great time

Had a great time at this property. The reviews are very accurate... even though it's a little dated it's extremely clean and well appointed making the stay very nice! The pull-out couch has a really nice mattress, unlike hotels, so that was very functional for our teen. The Property Management Group good to resolve issues. We really like how this property connects to the walking path along the ocean. Overall property grounds and pool kept immaculately!

Fantastic

This was my 16th visit to Unit 502. As usual the condo was perfect. I spent 3 weeks and am ready to go back. Everything I could possibly need was within a short 5 minute drive. The CBI team was so helpful when I needed anything but I rarely needed anything. Couldn't want a more relaxed, clean and beautiful unit.

Outstanding Unit
We have stayed at a number of Polo Beach Club units and 502 was right at the top. It had it all - from the great view to the interior furnishings it was a well appointed unit that didn't lack anything from cookware to beach chairs. We instantly felt at home and we'll be back.

Spectacular Views & Dream Location

We loved the Polo Beach 502 and it fantastic view. We saw the whales jumping from the balcony already in the morning. The balcony is perfect oriented, the kitchen very well stocked, everything was very clean, we had enough towel, beds were comfortable and we appreciate very much the private beach and the pool and the Wailea path. The property is very well maintained and the PB 502 very well managed. Good communication and quick response as well as small gifts by arriving. Only the living room furniture could be improved (a little old). We spend dream family holidays. Thanks so much .

Fantastic two weeks. I try and visit Maui twice a year and always stay in unit 502. It is perfect,,,great views, close to everything you could want. Well furnished and always a great stay. Even though it wasn't needed, in my opinion, the owners have upgraded with a new oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, new carpet and mattress on the master bed. I have already scheduled 3 weeks in 2023.

We had a great stay in this unit, our second time, and check-in and check-out procedures were improved since last time, with no need to check in at the CBIsland offices, which was appreciated, due to Covid. The unit had everything we needed, and obvious care has been taken to keep the unit up to date. We just love this place!

Great location
We loved snorkeling in front of Polo Club and Four Seasons. We used the pool every day and appreciated the umbrellas. Nice balcony view. Bed was just OK and some appliances could use updating. The three of us had a nice time.

Great location, great apartment, great stay. Very clean and tidy, well set up.
Our only slight negative was that we did find the aircon fairly noisy - maybe a service might sort that out?
We saw turtles in the water immediately out the front of apartment - at that stage would have loved to have had a pair of ‘apartment snorkel & mask set’ to be able to grab from upstairs - just a suggestion!

We love the location and have returned several times. The condo is well equipped making it easy to take advantage of the BBQ area . Matt our contact person at the Polo Beach Club was great to work with and attentive to all of our questions and needs.
