The first level of this spacious condo features a sunken living room complete with convertible queen sofa sleeper, Smart TV, and surround sound for your enjoyment.

The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything any home chef would need. Large eat-up breakfast bar with plenty of counter space. No one will mind cooking with these amazing views! Dining area with seating for 6.

The second level consists of two en suite bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private lanai! Views, Views, Views! Amazing Ocean views are found throughout this spectacular townhome. The first primary suite showcases a King bed, flat-screen TV, full bath with Shower, and private lanai. There is a single convertible sleeper for the younger guests. Take advantage of the telescope and do a little star gazing. The second primary suite offers two twin beds, that can be converted to a king upon request, full bath with shower, and private lanai!

AC throughout to stay cool anytime of year. Wailea Ekahi no longer allows private grills but they offer a beautiful gas grilling area at the community Pavilion.

Located in the heart of Wailea, this complex offers 4 pools, including a large beachfront pool and a beautifully remodeled pavilion equipped with barbecue grills. Additionally, there are 4 other grilling stations throughout the property for your convenience! You also have direct beach access onto popular Keawakapu Beach, a beautiful beach that is perfect for beach walks and family beach days! Head to the left to access the world-famous Wailea Beach Path, or head to the right for sunset cocktails at the nearby restaurants! It can't get much better than this! Walk along the beach path to The Shops at Wailea & Wailea Tennis Club as well as five of the most prestigious hotels and spas on Maui are a few minutes’ walk along the promenade. New Fitness Center. The facility is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the Beach Pavilion, there are 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells ranging from 1-50 lbs, and a few other accessories that provide a full body workout. You must be 18 or over, sign a waiver of release, and no swim attire is permitted. Close-toed athletic shoes are required and ask that users dress appropriately.
