This condo comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home.
The tasteful and well-thought-out furnishings truly embrace the Hawaiiana spirit. Catch up on your favorite shows via upgraded high-speed internet and three Smart TVs, including the large wall-mounted flat-screen in the living room. Blackout curtains in the living area make use of the upgraded sleeper sofa even more comfortable for sleeping up to six guests. The kitchen is updated with stainless appliances, slab granite countertops, and everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals al fresco on the lanai.
This spacious 2-bedroom / 2-bath floor plan is perfect for families and groups alike! The Primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully renovated walk-in shower with two separate showerheads, including a rain shower. The secondary Primary also has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and has two extra-long twin beds that can be converted upon request into a true king-size bed.
The Grand Champions have lush beautiful landscaping with resort-style amenities that include two pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ, and Security.

Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Unit 138. The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The bedrooms are roomy with very comfortable beds and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The kitchen has just recently been beautifully updated and has everything you will need for cooking. There is a nice deck off the back of the condo where we enjoyed relaxing breakfasts and dinners. The location is great. A short walk to shopping and restaurants as well as many choices for walks along the beach. When we weren't down at the beach we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. An awesome vacation spot we will definitely be back!

Perfect Condo

Absolutely lovely condo. Both bedrooms were very large and had a bathroom connected to them, large living area and a nice sized kitchen/dining area. Super convenient to beach, shopping, and dining. We drove all over the island and the location in Wailea was wonderful. Five star experience.

Quiet retreat

Stellar Condo for Family with 3 Teens

You can't go wrong renting this condo no matter the Maui experience you're after. Our family of five rented GR138 for two weeks and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Wailea has a less "touristy" feel than Kihei or Lahaina. The condo was clean, spacious, and quiet. We never felt crowded even with the 5 of us. We liked being on the second floor due to the vaulted ceiling and the sunrise views over the mountains right from the bed. You could see sunsets too, but we often went to a beach to see sunsets. Wailea Beach Walk was our favorite. The grounds were immaculate and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable. We recommend stopping at Costco right when you get off the plane for food, then pick up cheap water shoes, sunblock and the rest of your groceries at Walmart. We are picky about our drinking water, but the water at the condo was great. The property provides some laundry pods and coffee to get you started but you will need to bring/buy laundry detergent, storage baggies, coffee and coffee filters, shampoo and conditioner, shower soap, I highly recommend The Snorkel Store in Lahaina for snorkel gear, boogie boards, and umbrella rental. The property provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. Between The Snorkel Store map and the book "Maui Revealed," getting around was very easy. Our favorite beaches for snorkeling were Po'olenalena and Kapalua. Our favorite boogie board beach was D.T. Fleming. Favorite coffee place: Akamai Coffee. Best Gift Shop: Maui Ocean Center. I highly suggest the site The Hawaiian Vacation for tips and tricks. I bought their Wayfinder Itinerary.

Three night stay
Comfortable space in every way. The deck looks over beautiful flowering trees. The kitchen has all the tools you'll need for cooking. (However the local grocery store can easily be more expensive than a restaurant.) The beds were comfortable. Stylish decor.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities
The condo was beautiful and had all the necessary amenities and then some. There are window air conditioning units in each bedroom and the living room. They worked great in cooling the condo. You get a slight view of the ocean and of upcountry from the lanai. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Condo for your Maui Getaway

My family and I stayed at Grand Champions 138 for six nights. My husband and 3 children (ages 14, 12, 8) had plenty of space in this 2 bedroom 2 bath. The unit is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The decor and furniture is so pleasing and there are beautiful art pieces all around the condo.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well appointed with everything you may need. Tons of bath towels, beach towels, and extra toiletries in case you forgot something. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Even the pullout sofa bed was very comfortable for my daughter. The balcony and washer dryer is great to have and you will find beach chairs that you can use too.
The condo is located very conveniently in Wailea close to many restaurants and shops. We walked to the Shops of Wailea twice or you can take the 3 minute drive to the shops. Wailea beach is about a 4 minute drive and many resorts with great restaurants are minutes away.
I would highly recommend Grand Champions 138 for your Maui vacation needs especially for families who need more space than a small hotel room. It was perfect for my family of 5 in every way. Clean, spacious, comfortable, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, beautifully decorated, and great location at a reasonable price. You can’t ask for much more than that! Don’t hesitate to book this property for your trip to paradise!

Amazing spot + location

We loved staying here! The unit is incredibly nice and updated (AC's in the bedrooms, updated bathrooms and w/d + laundry) and the location is perfect. We could walk down to the Wailea shops and the beaches, restaurants, etc. our hosts were very communicative as well - could not have asked for a better stay !

If you're looking for the secret of Wailea; look no further. Monkey pod less than a mile away? Sure. Golf? You're on the course. Secluded beach? 10 minute walk. Beautiful Wailea escape with a wonderful furnished apartment. Hosts responsive and nice. Don't skip breakfast and sunrise on the porch (yes, coffee maker around). Mahalo!

A wonderful condo nestled in a well maintained community
The condo has everything you would need for a vacation home. Updated bathrooms were a delight. The amenities were all very good. You do get a glimpse of the ocean from the lanai, however the sunrises are beautiful to view from the lanai. The property was well maintained. It's a great place to stay away from the crowds yet near to the exclusive beaches and the 5 star resorts. Highly recommend this condo if you are looking to stay in Wailea.

Great Location, Everything you need for an awesome vacation!

We loved staying at this wonderful condo. There so many advantages to staying at this property. 1. It is a perfect location. You can walk to shops and restaurants and take morning walks past all of the large resorts. You can also walk or take a super short drive to great beaches. It is also close to Kihei where many restaurants and a Safeway are located. And to top it all off you can walk to Monkeypod for the best mai tais on the island! 2. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the dishes and spices that you will need to prepare a delicious meal. 3. The condo is well decorated and is like a home away from home. They provide all of the bathroom and beach towels that are needed for a good stay. 4. The Grand Champions facilities are really well kept. You have access to a BBQ and there are various pools to choose from. 5. This condo is a great value for your money. You will not find a better place to stay in Wailea. I highly recommend staying at this condo.

Accommodations were perfect for our week long get away! The home was clean, fully stocked with what we needed and made for comfortable relaxing between our daily beach visits and excursions. We love staying in Wailea and especially at the Grand Champions. Easy walks to beaches and easily accessible to main roads for trips around the island.

Grand Champions 138 is the BEST rental/value in the Wailea Area!

We loved our stay at Grand Champions 138. The condo is well maintained and very comfortable. The master bath shower is amazing! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need to make a fabulous meal. The grounds at Grand Champions are great and its wonderful to end a day grilling your dinner by the pool. The condo is also very centrally located within a short walk to all the major resorts in Wailea and the mall in Wailea. It is also a walk or very short drive to an amazing beach. If you are looking for a comfortable and well stocked condo, this condo is definitely for you! One of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. We HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Wailea area.
