Renovated 1 Bedroom 2 Bathroom! Kick back and relax on your own private lanai and take in wonderful garden, fairway, and partial ocean views. Feel the wonderful trade winds and take in the aroma of the beautiful Plumeria trees and Hawaiian foliage. This spacious one-bedroom unit in the Grand Champions Villas comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home.

The Primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom! The Primary bathroom is recently renovated with beautiful granite countertops and a newly redesigned walk-in shower. Family and friends can feel at home with their own pull-out sofa, TV area, and renovated guest bathroom with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. Ground floor access makes trips to and from the beach, golf course, tennis courts, and pool a breeze!

Location! Location! Location! The Grand Champions has lush beautiful landscaping and amenities include 2 pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ, and Security. This central Wailea location makes it favorable as you can walk to tennis, Shops at Wailea, casual to fine restaurants, world's top beaches, and five-star hotels.

Parking available on property

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Upcoming remodel in unit #138. The remodel has been approved for replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops, and kitchen and entry tile flooring. Replace all appliances. Construction noise may be heard during this renovation. This remodel will begin on 5/01 and will be completed on 06/15/23.

Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

My favorite place to stay in Maui! With its unbeatable location, impeccable cleanliness, and tasteful decor, this haven was the epitome of relaxation and luxury. The location of the condo is perfect. There are numerous beaches very close, especially my favorite, Ulua Beach. <br/>The upscale Wailea Shopping Village is within walking distance for those who enjoy shopping. You can indulge in some retail therapy, dine at fine restaurants, or savor a refreshing ice cream while enjoying the ocean views.<br/>The interior design is a true testament to the art of tropical living. Bright, airy, and filled with natural light, the condo exudes an inviting warmth that instantly puts you at ease. The decor is a harmonious blend of modern sophistication and Hawaiian charm with tasteful artwork.<br/>The living room is spacious and cozy, boasting plush seating where you can relax and unwind. Home away from home. Quiet, clean, had everything we needed. <br/>The lanai every evening was the perfect for book reading and a cocktail. <br/>My only suggestion would be carpet replaced in hallway and bedroom. <br/>We will be back! Mahalo!

We were extremely happy with the property. It was beautifully decorated, had wonderful views, was spacious with many thoughtful amenities and had a comfortable bed. It was quiet, the grounds were beautifully maintained. Great location- we could walk to the beach, and were close to many great restaurants. Just a few minor issues of one cabinet hinge under the kitchen sink was broken, the Tommy Bahama beach chair didn't close, and the ice machine had a block of ice that was difficult to manage. The air conditioning was OK, but we didn't really need it much. All in all we would not hesitate to stay there again on our next visit to Maui.

The apartment was great - it exceeded our expectations from the listing. It was very clean and offered plenty of extra towels/blankets. The beach towels and chairs were an added bonus. The apartment was close to a few coffee shops, a grocery store and a number of restaurants. The lanai was private and a perfect place to relax. The check-in and check-out process was also seamless!

GC unit 141 was a wonderful home base for our vacation; very convenient to all of our favorite places in Wailea and a truly beautiful setting. The unit was clean, well-equipped, and felt recently updated. The GC staff was also very friendly. We've stayed at several different properties in Wailea, and this ranks near the top. Hope to be back soon, and hope this unit is available again! Thanks for a great stay.

We like this place. The location is great. The bed is good. This is the first year we used AC. And we noted new air conditioners. Great laundry in the unit. Nice bedding. Nothing wrong that wasn't addressed immediately by the managment company. Lots of good restaurants. Go and explore and find them. Thats the fun.

This condo was great! Great location within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Wailea. The Wailea tennis facility is just below the units. Clean and spacious and such a better option than one of the overpriced hotels in the area, with much more room to spread out. Loved it! Super easy check-in and check-out.

I had an excellent experience staying at GC for 1 week in mid-September. Weather was a little warmer than normal, but it's Hawaii-only goodness. Great location, can walk to shopping, golf, and beach.

This was a nice place, sort of on the golf course, if you peered sideways, but had a nice (small) private deck that we used a lot. AC worked great (we used it at night, its super hot in july!) and all the items we needed in the kitchen. The place was super quiet, and no road noise or sounds from other units were ever heard, lovely!

We stayed at 141 Grand champions condo. The condition of the condo was impeccable. The unit was very clean. It has a nice Lanai and good view to the garden and partial view of the mountain. The rental company is very good and highly recommend CBIP.

The owner renovated this place in summer 2017 and in january 2018 it was all new. Still looks good. Most importantly the bed was super. TV's (were three) were good and there was netflix and so many channels. Good pots. Good cutlery and stemware. Thanks

My brother got married at the Fairmont hotel just down the street from this condo. For what my parents paid for one night in one of the Fairmomt Villas I paid the same price at this condo for five days!! And in my opinion this condo was more spacious and nicer than the villa where my family stayed. The condo was clean, great location and my wife and I loved having a glass of wine on the lanai. I highly recommend this condo and will be using it again the next time I am on Maui.

Champions Condo 141 was amazing! Great veiws from balcony of the golf courses, comfy bed and extremely clean. Location was great to get all places throughout Maui, plus a lot of stores were walking distances as was the Stores of Grand Wailea. The owners also placed a lot of effort on the beach theme throughout

The experience of staying at Grand Champions 141 was great. Love the spacious kitchen and the living room, we were able to make breakfast and dinner just like home. The whole place was quiet and we were well rested. Even though the place isn't right next to the beach, it is only 5 to 10 minutes drive from the beach. We liked the place a lot and will definitely to stay again at the Grand Champions 141.

Spacious condo for a couple or a family travelling with an infant. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and couch. Well equipped kitchen. Staff is responsive if you have any question or issue. Only little downside: no system that would be easy to connect to a phone or MP3 player in order to play some music.

We stayed at the Grand Champions 141 for 8 days and found it beautifully decorated, comfortable and well located for our fam of triplets. It had everything we needed to explore Wailea (tho a proper grocery store is a drive to Kihei, which was fine/more going on there). We stayed on the other side of the island (Kaanapali) for a week, so this was a chance to see what we preferred. This side of the island is much more posh and polished. Beautiful, but almost too perfect and low key for my rambunctious trio. The Grand Champions pools screamed "Don't bring your kids here" with its "No splashing, no this, no that" signs. But I found the staff/grounds people and security helpful and welcoming. No hushing or side-eyes, tho my kiddos were aware of the standards expected. Lotts of coming and going with vacay rentals in the complex - but high caliber of maintenance and security. Used the well kept and clean BBQ grills. Beaches are awesome and close by, hotel hopping something to do. GC 141 was a quiet refuge. Walking trails nearby along the golf course made for easy treks. I would stay again for a short stay, but not sure with my kiddos. Could see this location perfect for my parents tho.
