Kahana Reef is a quaint oceanfront property centrally located in Kahana. This property is a guest favorite year after year. On-property amenities include an oceanfront pool, BBQ's, lounging, and of course, the breathtaking views! Restaurants, markets, shopping, and golfing all within minutes!
As you enter Kahana Reef 205, you are drawn to the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open to your private Ocean view lanai overlooking the tranquil pool. With outdoor seating for four, enjoy your peaceful morning coffee while relaxing to the soothing sounds of the waves. Or dine alfresco with the backdrop of a memorable Maui sunset.
The cozy living area is a great place to kick up your feet after a fun-filled day on Maui. Complete with a flat-screen smart TV. There is a queen-size Murphy bed to comfortably sleep 2 additional guests.
With views from the kitchen, no one will mind cooking in this condo! Fully equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. Complete with an eat-up breakfast bar, enjoy conversing while whipping up a meal.
Drift off to sleep in this beautifully decorated primary bedroom. Complete with a king bed and flat-screen Smart TV.
The bath offers a shower/tub combo.

Amazing Waterfront View in Kahana!

-We loved waking up to the amazing water views every morning! The unit was well appointed and decorated nicely. -Our daughter enjoyed the wall/murphy bed, but it was a bit cumbersome to takedown & setup each day, so we ended up leaving it down the whole time. There was a lil bit of room to maneuver around the bed & couch so it wasn't too much an issue. -There is no A/C, so we ended up keeping the doors open (slider & front door) to get a breezeway. We did ask for a key to the security front door to lock it from outside so we could continue to get the breeze even though we weren't in there with the front door open. We came on one of the hottest weeks (in August) so we used every fan they had, it took a lot to get used to the humidity & the heat, (I'm from the desert & I live on A/C there). We also had the bedroom windows open to get more air but the drawback was hearing cars start up and people moving & talking while going/coming to other condos at early morning & late nights.-The unit did supply these items: 4 beach chairs, beach towels, paper towels & toilet paper for a couple days, some binoculars, 1 coffee sampler for coffee maker, soap for each sink, dishwasher pods, as well as leftover products from previous guests like: Pam spray, spices, oil, etc - so check room before going shopping. -The Lanai has a bar table and 4 bar seats which was great for eating & viewing the ocean (& the pool right in front). There were times I wished it had a couple of lounge chairs to relax on. We ended up using a couple of the beach chairs on the lanai to sit back and relax on, especially to watch the sunset or the stars at night.Although you have an amazing ocean view, there is no direct beach access. You have to walk, via the street, to a close-by beach area. The seawall does allow for some great turtle-eating watching at low tide, usually in the morning!-The complex has a W/D laundromat, so they are not in your room. Only drawback is it's only open until 7 or 7:30pm and then it's locked up. We are usually coming back to our condo at night so that's a little inconvenient for putting a load in and waiting for it to dry!!All in all a nice, a well kept complex that we would come back to, but just in the winter/spring months to enjoy cooler breezes. Piece of Paradise

What a great place to call home while visiting Maui. My wife and I had a wonderful time. The ocean filled with Whale activity right off the deck. Anything that you might need is right there. From the pool to bbq you couldn’t ask for more. We started talking about our next trip to Kahana Reef before we even left the island. Mahalo

We'll be back!

Cozy unit perfect for 2. Well appointed w/o clutter. No AC, but fans and breezes kept us quite comfortable. Kahana Reef grounds were clean with adequate parking. Coin laundry was easy to use. Location was quiet vs. the Kaanapali crowds. The lanai view was wonderful: whales breaching, turtles nearby and about as close to the ocean as you can get. Had a great time and hope to return next year! Mahalo--

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way: location, amenities, hosts!This was our first time visiting Maui so we had no idea where the best place to stay would be. Turns out, this was it! There was 3 of us traveling: my mother, my husband and me. My husband and I slept in the bedroom and my mother took the trundle bed in the living room. These beds were super comfortable to our surprise! The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay, including beach towels and beach chairs, which came in handy for our beach trips! The WiFi was fast and we were able to stream our favorite channels on the bedroom and living room televisions. We found this location to be perfect! Minutes away from Ka’anapali Beach, Whaler’s Village, Napili Bay, Nakalele Blowhole and so much more! We even had Maui Brewing Company within walking distance and an amazing vegan restaurant, A’A Roots, minutes away!The views from our balcony were breathtaking as you can see other islands, lots of sea turtles, surfers to the left and unobstructed views of the sunsets. Absolutely stunning. There is even a monocular scope and binoculars provided that we really enjoyed as we got up close views of the turtles and birds. Kahana Reef provided us the perfect ambiance for romantic dinners on our balcony and quiet walks on the beach that you can access easily from the property. We were far enough away from the main tourist locations to feel as if we had our own secluded beach yet close enough to everything we needed!! We will definitely be coming back and we will be right back at Kahana Reef 205!

Perfect destination

Me and my family stayed here at kahana reef 205 for 5 nights. It was such a beautiful and fun experience that we will always remember. Not only is it near napili beach which is so clear and blue, it is also near these really good restaurants. The condo itself is amazing it has a perfect view of the ocean and the other islands. It also has a lot of necessary utilities. The beds were so comfortable and the vibes are amazing. Right next to the condo is the pool which is so easy to access and you get a beautiful view of the ocean which you get to spot a lot of crabs and sea turtles. When we are to come again we will choose Kahana Reef 205.

Maui Memories

We had an awesome stay at Kahana Reef 205! We found it to be the perfect location to explore Maui, enjoy incredible ocean views and have a clean and comfortable home base for our adventures. There were three of us in our party--my husband and I and our 16-year old daughter and the condo was perfect for our needs with private bedroom and murphy bed in the living area that was easy to use and worked great for our daughter. Enjoying meals on the lanai overlooking the ocean was heavenly! Accessing activity and entertainment days was so easy -- everything was a short drive away. We really enjoyed our time here and will not hesitate to reserve again when we are in Maui!

Great Place to stay in Maui

We stayed at Kahana Reef 205 for 9 nights and we're very happy with the amenities and beautiful view of the ocean. The Murphy bed was one of the reasons we chose this place. It allowed my grown daughter to have a queen-size bed without having to sleep on a sofa bed. It was a new mattress and very comfortable. The furniture was simple and updated. The only thing we had a problem with was the blinds in the bedroom. They did not open easily and were missing a few slats, so they didn't close all the way. Luckily I brought an eye mask, so that wasn't too much of a problem. Also, the bathtub drain was somewhat clogged. I had to pull out someone else's hair to help it drain better, but I think the clog was deeper down. Those were the only reasons for the two 4s. It was in a great location and within walking distance of a few stores. This was our second time staying and Kahana Reef and for the price, you can't beat it!

AWESOME 205

West Kahana Reef 205WOW!!! Spectacular views. Be it whale, dolphin or turtle watching from our lanai in 205. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy every night. Very comfortably furnished through out the condo. We found the Murphy bed to be a hidden gem. Secluded just enough making it a very quiet atmosphere. Just around the corner you will find anything need you might need. The management team remarkable. They checked in on us making sure our stay was great...and it was. Returning March 2023.

Perfect Place To Stay

My family of 4 had the most amazing stay at Kahana Reef 205 in June. This condo was very clean, comfy & perfectly located for us. Right down the front steps of our building & out to the reef was the absolute most amazing snorkeling we have ever experienced! Swimming with turtles & so many tropical fish each day during low tide was a dream come true. We bought all snorkeling gear at Walmart. Our favorite places to eat were happy hour at Maui Brewing Co. & China Boat which are both right by the condo. This condo has a great pool & bbq right out back & no matter where you are, it’s the best view anywhere on Maui. Never had a problem grabbing a parking spot either. My son’s graduation trip was the best & when we come back, we will definitely stay in 205 again. Host was always available with anything I needed.

Incredible Property and Location

My wife and I stayed at this property for five days in October of 2021 for our honeymoon, and loved absolutely every minute of our trip. Check-in was easy and convenient. The host‘s directions were clear and informative. The rooms were clean, tastefully appointed, and well laid-out. The location can’t be beat. Whether you’re going to Maui Brewing ( a quick 5 minute walk away), one of the many beaches or resorts nearby, or taking a long drive on the Road to Hana, the location is a great home base for exploring the entire island. The pool is clean and relaxing for those who want a change of pace from all of the beaches Maui has to offer. Finally, I highly recommend sleeping on the pullout couch at least one night, to see the sunrise and wake up to the sound of the ocean waves. 5 stars for my entire stay, and I can’t wait to return.

This felt like being on display and meant listening to other's conversations while having to keep ours quiet. CB was helpful in all aspects of the rental process with good information and quick responses to any questions.

Top Notch View!

We had a lovely stay in January! We watched sea turtles and humpback whales from our lanai daily. There was an awesome little beach for us to swim and do a little snorkeling. My sons loved ending the day with a swim in the pool at sunset, such beautiful sunsets! Oh and my husband was impressed with the quality of the knives and cookware in the kitchen. Thank you for helping to make our vacation special!

A home away from home!!

My wife and I stayed in 205 at Kahana Reef and loved our stay there. The apartment was clean with breathtaking views. While it does not have an air conditioner (something we were doubtful about), but the ventilation is so good that cool air flows through the house all the time and we didn’t need an AC at all. They had fans for us too which helped a lot. The kitchen has all the utilities but could be better stocked with some more essentials. The only issue was the pool as it was small and deep and needed reservations likely due to covid restrictions. Laundry is not in-unit, but is present at the property, works fine and is always available. Balcony has a direct pool and ocean view and we loved spending time there. The bedroom was comfortable and cozy. Parking was always available. I highly recommend this place if planning to stay in Maui and would love to re-book this place on my future trips.

Awesome Views!

The views from the balcony and the living area are amazing. Well maintained and clean apartment. There was no AC but with the fans and the balcony door open we were good and never had an issue. We would definitely stay again if we get a chance.

Amazing view and great modern unit
Love this unit! One of the best feature is the ocean front view, and amazing sunsets! The unit was clean and nicely remodeled. Fully stocked with kitchen accessories and the Murphy bed was perfect. Tiled floors made it easy to clean. The property itself was great, easy access to the beach and the pool was cleaned and maintained everyday. Also best highlight was the Turtles just swim right up to the sea wall.
