Welcome to Kamaole Nalu 402 - This beachfront fourth-floor condo with an elevator has been freshly painted throughout and features two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps five. Enjoy the prime beachfront location with beautiful views of the ocean and steps away to toes in the sand at Kamaole One Beach! As you enter 402 open floor plan, you are welcomed by the Pacific blue ocean views off your private lanai. This two-bedroom/two-bath unit comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home. Enjoy the bright and spacious feel of the modern decor in this tastefully designed condo with updated furnishings and luxury laminate flooring throughout.

The living room offers a comfortable sofa and a chair while relaxing and watching the large flat screen Smart TV. You and your guests will love the airy and spacious living room with the large windows and sliding glass door to the lanai. Dine al fresco on your private lanai with oceanfront sunset views or watching and listening to the peaceful ocean waves. Enjoy your morning coffee with the southern views from your private lanai, making for beautiful morning exposure as the sun rises over majestic Haleakala.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances with spacious granite counters, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove top with oven, as well as cooking and eating utensils for the chef of the family to create delicious meals with ocean views! Dining area for four and bonus seating for three at the granite bar top.

The primary bedroom suite offers incredible ocean views with a comfortable King-sized bed with luxurious linens, two nightstands, and a closet to provide the space to unpack and feel at home. There is also a large flat-screen Smart TV to help you unwind and relax or fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves. Primary ensuite bathroom featuring a large granite vanity and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom offers one Queen size and one Twin size bed with luxurious linens. This room is also equipped with a Smart TV, a dresser, and closet. The guest ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and granite vanity sink. This condo stays cool with the ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room, no AC. For added convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer as well as complimentary high-speed internet with Wifi, beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and a cooler.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Hawaii was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the warm, welcoming ambiance of the house. The property was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other's company.

Great location for a fantastic stay with our family of 5. Comfortable space and beds with a good stock of towels, beach and kitchen items and parking. Love the location near many good places to eat, including Coconuts, snorkeling gear rentals and shaved ice and not too far from a variety of fun options like IO Valley, Paia, boat trips out of the harbor, Makena Beach, .... For our family of 5, we could have used a bit more shower supplies, TP and the hot water is used up very quickly. We would definitely rent it again.

Overall a good unit in this building. Great beach. <br/>A bit noisy and upon arrival our floors very dirty.<br/>Mgmt company insisted they “were” clean but dust must have settled prior to our arrival (?). In any case, mgmt should probably be rectify for future guests.

Over all the rental was fine. It would have been nice since we were there for two weeks if someone had poked their head in the door and asked if we needed any supplies. We left on the 19th and on the 18th we couldn't get in because the lock combination had been changed. As we were trying to call the emergency number. which wasn't answering, someone walked by who had some sort of authority and got us in with a new code.

The condo 402 at Kamaole is great. The view is a little bit obstructed by the building on the left but you still have an amazing ocean view from the kitchen and the balcony. The table on the balcony is too large for the space and the chairs too high in our humble opinion. The kitchen was well furnished, the beds are comfortable. Only issue was the shower, if you take simultaneously showers the hot water runs out but I don't mind taking cold showers. Otherwise, the space is great, the A/C is convenient on some hot days, the location is outstanding, you are 100 feet away from an amazing beach and plenty of great restaurants across the streets. Safeway is only 2 miles away.

This is SUCH a great apartment for a family vacation! Superb location - VERY close to a beautiful beach with gentle waves and even for snorkeling to see colorful fish (plus you can listen to the waves as you fall asleep) and plenty of restaurants (and coffee!) and grocery stores nearby. The washer/dryer in the unit was a HUGE bonus - we packed lighter since we could do laundry there. And I loved the colorful little clothespin-clips so I could dry bathing suits on the lanai. We loved the abundance of extra beach and bath towels and extra pillows and linens in the apartment too. Comfy couch, lots of seating, well-appointed kitchen (thank you for dish-towels!), beach chairs, comfy beds too. And it's a little thing, but I'm so glad the floor isn't tile - the laminate wood is so much nicer underfoot. We would definitely stay again, anytime. Just a few tiny suggestions: there wasn't enough hand-soap included and no supply to refill the dispensers; we could have used salt & pepper shakers several times; the sponge in the sink was stinky, I threw it away the first day; it would be great to have some sort of stick-vacuum to do quick sweeps of the inevitable sand that gets everywhere; a few office supplies (scissors, tape, a notepad) would be useful. <br/><br/>Some of our favorites: Peace Love Shave Ice!! (get it with Mac ice cream!); Coconuts Fish Cafe (fish & chips and fish tacos!); Good coffee at Cafe @ La Plage, and Beach Street (NOT so great coffee/service at Lava Java); fab breakfast at Papa'aina (french toast!!) in Lahaina

Our family of 5 stayed in this unit in December 2021. It is a great location in Kihei right on the ocean between two beautiful beaches - Kamaole I and II. The building is designed so that every unit has unobstructed ocean views as shown in the photos. You can walk right out of the building onto the beach. Fantastic location! The unit is clean with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked and has an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Bedrooms are spacious and the master has floor to ceiling windows. The unit does not have AC but has ceiling and floor fans that help the ocean breeze cool the unit. Parking was always available in the lot. We highly recommend this condo!
