This beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath condo is conveniently located right up the street from dining, shopping and favorite beaches. New updates including New AC throughout and gorgeous new furnishings help make B108 the perfect home base for your Maui Vacation of a lifetime!

Dual lanais, one off the living area and one off of the primary bedroom both lead out to a grassy area. Main patio has seating for 5 for dining al fresco under the stars. Very private and tucked amongst the tropical island foliage. Catch glimpses of the orange and pink hues from sunset each night.

Large living room is quite spacious and features new in 2023 furnishings including cozy sleeper sofa, large Smart TV and tasteful island decor. Bar seating for 3 is perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out on an island adventure. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and all cooking and service needs to whip up meals at home.

Both bedrooms offer plush queen beds, ceiling fans and TV's. Primary bedroom has access to lanai and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate vanity area for getting beach ready. Guest bathroom is conveniently just outside the living area as well as the guest bedroom and also has walk-in shower and full vanity area.

Additional amenities include washer and dryer in unit, beach towels and beach chairs for use during your stay.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Kihei Ali'i Kai is located in the heart of South Maui in Sunny Kihei! Kihei is known for its year-round sunny and warm weather! This incredible location is a short walk to popular Kamaole 1 Beach Park where you can enjoy a fun-filled day of snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding and more! Restaurants and shops are located just at the end of the street. Enjoy everything South Maui has to offer!

The Kihei Ali'i Kai is a wonderful property located just across the street from Kamaole I Beach and just a few blocks from Kamaole II Beach. This property is moments from shops, activities and restaurants including Caf La Plage, Caf Olei, Maui Thai Bistro and South Shore Grindz. A short drive away, you'll find 3 championship golf courses. The property amenities include a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue grills and new tennis and shuffleboard courts for use during your stay. It is less than 2 blocks to local favorite Kamaole Beach #1 which has lifeguards and bathrooms. Grab a few groceries on walk back at the local health food store (Hawaiian Moons) or the ABC convenience store.

Free parking on site, outdoor showers for rinsing off after coming back from the beach, nearby restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast and even snorkel and beach gear rentals all located right next door. What more could you need to create Maui memories to last a lifetime?

This unit is ground floor but there are stairs throughout the property.

Overall

We loved our stay and we would return again. Upon checking in, we discovered a small welcome gift consisting of local treats, coffee and cleaning supplies for the first few days. The rooms were all very clean and spacious. The main living area had a sectional sofa perfect for lounging around. The kitchen has stocked with everything you might need for any kind of meal. The front patio was outstanding. Perfect for relaxing or having a meal. It also overlooks Haleakala, which is perfect for watching the sunrise. The beds were a bit on the hard side and the mattress covers made them a bit uncomfortable at first. But, the newly added AC units were an excellent addition to an already amazing stay. Loved it.
