Experience true paradise and stunning ocean views from the lanai as you sip on your morning coffee! Stroll along the world famous Wailea Beach Path, enjoy fantastic snorkeling at uncrowded Polo Beach or unwind and sunbathe at the ocean front pool and jacuzzi.

This immaculate 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom accommodation is a slice of heaven. This unit features beautiful and tasteful furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout, and a fabulous lanai to watch the sunset and take in the beauty of Maui.

This unit accommodates up to six guests and features a king-sized bed in the Primary Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom which can also be made into a King, and a very comfortable sleeper sofa bed in the living area. The Primary Bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, and there is also a second full guest bathroom. There is central air conditioning and wireless internet access throughout.

The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

Starting December 1st, when you arrive on the property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on the property after 11:59 pm.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Important Notice: Tile Installation Project at Polo Beach Association
From August 19th to Mid-November, there will be a tile installation project for floors 2 & 3. Expect loud and excessive noise during your stay.
LOUD NOISE: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
The first week of demolition noise will be particularly excessive. The project will continue Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, until completion. As with all construction delays/extensions may be needed.

A beautiful place to spend our time in Maui! The views and the meticulous tropical grounds made our days a pleasure and very relaxing. My husband has some mobility issues and uses a walker, so this ground floor unit was perfect. There were only two stairs inside the unit, if we used the main entrance, but most times we were able to access via the lanai doors. There is ample room within the whole condo, without rearranging furniture. The pool and grounds were easily accessible; there's a paved sloped path with handrails and a step to access the beach, which helped make his time more enjoyable. A couple of items that we were disappointed with - the kitchen was not adequately equipped, as mentioned in an earlier review (from 2022). We enjoy making our own meals but this condo lacked a number of basic items (a FULL kitchen utensil set, scissors, proper coffee machine, bbq utensils, etc.). Also, housekeeping services are not offered, even though we were there for almost 3 weeks, we had to wash our own towels and sheets; also, a proper vacuum & broom to clean the floor once in a while would be helpful. This didn't ruin our trip, but considering the amount we paid, these items seem to be relatively inexpensive and easy to help make future trips more enjoyable.

Our family of four truly enjoyed this condo. The ground floor location makes it so easily accessible to the beach and pool/jacuzzi. Polo Beach is a hidden gem. Both the condo and condo complex were clean and well appointed. When we needed something fixed the management was very quick to respond. All around great stay!

Love, love, love our stay!! <br/><br/>Only complaint, 10:00 am is way too early to try and vacate. Trying to pack, clean and the flights are later, kind ruins last day. It seems like a planned crew could be in and out in less than four hours, ready for next guest.

The ground floor location was great with amazing sunsets from our patio. The beach in front is one of the best on the island. I wish that the kitchen were better equipped. There were very few dishes, cooking and serving pieces which made it challenging to cook. We had a negative experience where CBIP changed our key code the day before we were supposed to check out leaving us locked out of our unit the night before leaving. We could not find anyone on property to help us and it took almost 30 minutes to locate the emergency number. CBIP could do a better job of making this number accessible especially after hours.

Our experience was beyond awesome. The location of this condo was phenomenal. We were literally steps away from the beach and the pool area. Everything needed for the beach was right there at our disposal. The condo was so nice and clean. The staff at the facility was very nice and the people Caldwell Banker realty were amazing too. We hope to be able to come back to this same complex again.

This is an amazing condo! Just steps from the beach with a lush green lawn right outside the door for the kids to play on. This condo is meticulously maintained and was clean and comfortable. Plenty of great restaurants and shops close by makes for an unforgettable vacation.

Everything was wonderful. It was spotless, it had all the basics ready and available. There's an incredible view to walk out to. The beds are actually comfortable! The 1 tiniest gripe is the water pressure in the master bathroom is pretty weak but it's just fine in the second shower.

We had the best time in the Condo! The management company was very responsive in providing entrance access, some supplies as we needed them and even extra cleaning service. They are a phone call away. The property's location cant be better, with the secluded beautiful beach steps away from the patio, great neighbors in the building.Overall 5 star place and service. We will be coming back. I recommend booking with them directly!

Our family loved this corner oceanfront Condo. Being on the ground floor with a seven year old was wonderful. All you could see outside was blue skies, deep blue ocean waves and a vivid green lawn. Pure luxury.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in 107 Polo Beach Club. The unit was well equipped and had everything we needed. Being on the ground floor was a bonus. The beach is literally right at your front door with easy access down a short ramp and through a gate. The pool and hot tub were very much appreciated in the afternoon after a day in the ocean. I would highly recommend this unit but especially to anyone with children.

it was awesome! Ground floor, grass area seemingly to yourself, ocean view, super clean nice place. the screen door broke and management had someone looking at it within 30 minutes and repaired by that day. great spot for our family, 2 boys 2.5 years old and 6 months old
