Makena Surf is an exclusive oceanfront property in World Famous Wailea-Makena! Makena Surf is located a short five-minute drive from all of the restaurants and shops in Wailea but offers the seclusion and privacy from all of the resort traffic!

Unit F-201 accommodates up to 6 guests with a King bed in the Primary bedroom, 2 full-sized beds in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath end unit has additional windows facing South & South West with spectacular Molokini and Makena coastline ocean views. Slide open the Fleetwood pocket doors to create a seamless indoor-outdoor feeling during your stay. The lanai faces West and overlooks a beautiful lawn area and a white sandy beach. The sunsets here are spectacular year-round! Enjoy al fresco dining for up to 6, a gas grill, and two loungers for soaking up the sun. When you are ready to cool down, this unit is fully air-conditioned with central A/C!

Enjoy a well-equipped and fully stocked gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Enjoy snacks at the breakfast bar while the chef prepares dinner. The grand dining area offers seating for six people and a view to die for. The living room has a large comfortable sofa sleeper to relax on while watching movies on the brand new 58-inch Smart TV. Mix up an afternoon sip at the bonus wet bar. The spacious living area opens to an additional family room with ocean views to spare.

The primary bedroom features a King bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom with granite countertops, new cabinets, and a large walk-in shower. The guest room has two comfortable full-size beds with a Smart TV and a bathroom just feet away with a walk-in shower. New washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and cable TV in each room are offered complimentary, along with beach chairs and beach towels for your convenience.

Located on a very secluded, uncrowded beach, this property sits directly on Wedding Beach. This stunning property offers 2 luxury pools with 2 hot tubs to choose from and BBQ areas for outdoor grilling. Don't miss the beautiful herb gardens available to guests to have their farm-to-table dining experiences in the comfort of their condo! On-property amenities also include four tennis courts, a fitness center, ample free parking, gated entry, 24-hour security, and the convenience of being only minutes to golf, tennis, groceries, fine dining, and world-class shopping.

South Pool Closure:
Starting from June 19th, the South Pool will undergo an extensive maintenance period. During this period, the South Pool will be closed to ensure necessary repairs and improvements are made. However, we are pleased to announce that the North Pool will be open for use during this time.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

We have been to Makena Surf several times before, but this was our first time in this unit. This premium condo overlooks a small cove with some great snorkeling (several tour groups stop by the area). The condo is spacious and well-appointed. Makena Surf has some great amenities and direct access to a large beach. The kitchen has the basics but is not equipped to prepare more complex meals. We had a minor glitch with the property codes provided that we resolved quickly. As a corner unit, the lanai lacks the privacy of some of the other units. All-in-all we had a wonderful time.

The condo really does have spectacular views (sunsets, beaches, offshore islands, lava rocks, etc.), and is in an amazing location. The facilities in Makena Surf are nice, with pools, beach access, exercise facilities and grills. The beach right underneath the condo, accessed through a short walking path, is one of the famous “turtle beaches” on Maui, with amazing snorkeling. Our only issues were with the mattress on the pull-out coach (needs to be replaced - old and lumpy) and with the water dispenser in the refrigerator (leaked). We called the management company to fix the latter, but they did not send a maintenance person before we checked out 2 days later. Overall, though, the condo was beautiful and contributed to a tremendous vacation in Maui.

Our family of four with a 15 and 17 yo loved this stay! Snorkeling is fabulous around the rocks off the beaches next to the property- just a small walk. In fact everyday we saw your companies drop off snorkelers to the cove. The grounds of Mākena Surf are lush and beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked, laundry detergent was provided, along with beach towels and lots of beach chairs to use for your stay. There is a Keuirg/carafe coffee maker. The master bath shower is huge! Only downside on that is our kids used it too so we ended up sharing one shower when there were two available- ha. Keep in mind this property is pretty far south on the island. It is close to shops of Wailea - about 10 min. <br/><br/>Coming in at night is tough as it’s hard to tell where all the buildings are located. Follow the path to the right around the back of the office. I wish there had been signs pointing out where bldgs are located.

Very clean. Best stocked vacation rental, plenty of everything available. View is amazing. Location perfect for getting away close enough to what is needed but still far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.

This is the perfect place to stay when in Maui. Perfect location, close to resorts and fantastic restaurants. The accommodation is well maintained and very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

Overall great stay. End/corner Condo location is awesome with extra views. Condo is reasonably well stocked for play and cooking. You'll need your own spices and oils and such as this one has nothing more than salt/pepper. And you may want to rent decent beach umbrella, boogie board and a beach wagon as this condo doesn't have any of that. All interactions with property management we excellent.

First the management staff was very helpful and thorough with the rental process and instructions for the condo. When we first walked in the view is breathtaking and we spent many enjoyable times morning and evening on the lanai.<br/>The bedrooms were very comfortable and decorated very nicely. Spacious bathrooms. Having the laundry was a bonus. Well appointed kitchen and amenities. <br/>We were able to enjoy our time with the family at the condo and visit the sights of Maui.<br/>We had one issue with 2 cabinet doors with a hinge issue...management was very responsive and it was fixed promptly.<br/>The condo complex grounds are well maintained with mature plants and trees. The walkways are lit and perfect for an evening stroll. Our daughters especially enjoyed snorkeling at the beach in the early mornings.<br/>All in all it was a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this property again.

We had an excellent time despite less than ideal weather and a technical issue with the wifi that took 3 days to resolve. The property management team at CBIP was outstanding to deal with. Real pros. <br/><br/>The furniture is a little dated but clean and comfortable. We will be back for sure.

Great location and fantastic property. This was our second stay at Makena Surf complex. Our previous stay was a luxurious ground floor unit in Building E but since we love snorkeling and spent most of our water time at the smaller beach we decided to give F201 a try and what a great decision. The second floor offered more privacy and the views were amazing. We’ve already booked the same unit for a return trip this fall. The only criticism we have is the deck lounges were sub-par but other than that everything about the unit was perfect for us.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful Maui escape for a few weeks in December. The condo was perfectly positioned for beautiful views of Molokini and sunsets each night. Kids loved alternating between the pools/hot tubs and the 2 beaches on either side of us. The snorkeling was amazing with beautiful coral, turtles galore, thriving fish, and we even saw a cool ray gliding through the coral. We rented equipment for the stay, and did Boogie boarding in the waves in fun evenings, and Stand up paddleboarding on calm mornings. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for my husband and I to work remotely as well as our teens to do remote schooling. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay, especially in this wacky 2020.

My wife, 5-month-old daughter and I spent 2 weeks at @ this Maena Surfg property in October 2019. The grounds, facility, unit, and view were beyond our expectations. <br/><br/>We originally booked the unit for only 1 week but after falling in love with the view and surrounding area we decided to extend our stay and cancel other reservations. <br/><br/>The unit is fantastic with an exceptional view. Everything you need (kitchen, bath, etc.) is available in the unit. The appliances are hospitality items are top-notch. <br/><br/>We're looking forward to returning to this unit in the near future.
