Palms at Wailea 1904 is a nicely updated and well-located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the beautiful area of Wailea. This condo is the perfect getaway for families or couples traveling together. It features a private lanai with lush garden views, making it a great spot to spend your days lounging with a good book or dining al fresco with seating for six. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living.

The living area is open and inviting, providing a comfortable space to gather and share your day's adventures. You can also cozy up with your favorite movie on the large sectional that offers a queen sleeper. The living area is complete with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and split AC.

The kitchen has been beautifully updated and is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a flat-top stove. It also features ample counter space, plate ware, and utensils for the inspired home chef. Enjoy dining indoors with seating for six.

The charming guest bedroom adds a tropical touch with its beautiful linens and a cozy queen bed. For a comfortable night's sleep, it is equipped with ceiling fans and split AC. The spacious guest bath is conveniently located adjacent to the guest bedroom and offers a luxurious tiled shower.

The primary bedroom is perfect for a restful night's sleep, featuring a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, split AC, and Hawaiian-inspired linens. The ensuite bath offers a spa-like feel with a large vanity and a luxurious shower.

A stackable washer/dryer is an added convenience, allowing for lighter packing during your stay.

Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished condo offers comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to relax while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. You can relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi dip after the sun sets and enjoy the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just minutes away. Within walking distance, you'll find some of the world's top beaches, as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are just a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, there are amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

Please note that while every effort is made to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that differ from the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may even improve.
We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

Well Equipped Condo, Easy Walk to the Beach

This unit was even better than advertised. The condo appears to have been recently updated and has a spacious primary bedroom with private bathroom. There is ample closet space, the beds are comfortable, and the unit is situated away from both the pool and the road, making for a quiet and relaxing stay. The kitchen is very well stocked including a blender for making sunset cocktails, a large refrigerator/freezer that makes ice cubes as quickly as you can use them, a small rice cooker, and an oven/range that works really well (once technologically challenged me figured out which buttons to push). The unit is a 10 minute walk one of south Maui’s largest and most beautiful beaches and the hosts provide both beach chairs and coolers to pack your lunch. It’s also a short drive (or 15 minute walk) from shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to visit Maui.

This was a wonderful unit. We loved the open feeling and all of the windows. The unit was well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishes. The lanai and pool were awesome!

The rental experience was perfect. The property was ready ahead of time, was very clean, fully equipped (kitchen, bedding, beach gears). The property management was very responsive when needed. The Palms at Wailea is very well located, 10 minutes from beautiful Keawakapu beach and the Shops at Wailea. We would definitely return to this property, and most definitely recommend it. My vacation rental started off completely BAD the rental that I reserved in June of 2022 was nothing like I envisioned. When we got to the property and went to our unit we were shocked to see construction crews using our parking space as a staging area. The condo was having the roof replaced with scaffolding over the walk east to a unit with no roof!! I'm paying $500 a day for this!!!<br/>I called your office and spoke with Jeremiah who was at first a bit unhelpful. This changed after a rather serious conversation with me. <br/>Long story short, Jeremiah made up for it by placing us at The Palms. What a wonderful place. Beautiful grounds perfect unit and nice on site staff. We were there for my daughter's wedding and having that place was perfect for our stay.

We had a great stay at the Palms. The condo was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The location was excellent with a beautiful beach for morning walks and swims about a ten minute walk away. We saw turtles swimming and sunning on the beach. Great place and we had no issues. Thank you for having us!

My family (3 kids, 2 parents, 1 grandma) had a perfect stay here. The three kids had a great time sleeping in the living room and the bedrooms were a great size for the adults. The kitchen was stocked well with supplies, the place was very clean, and the location was perfect! In between all the great beaches in Wailea and the beaches, restaurants, and shops in Kihei. We loved every minute!
