The guest room is situated at the front of the property, with a guest bathroom in the hallway. The convenience of a washer and dryer is also available for your use. The primary ensuite boasts an ocean view, sliding doors to the lanai, and Japanese sliding doors for added privacy. The lanai itself offers a full ocean view and ample seating, making it the perfect spot to soak up the sun with a cup of fresh Kona coffee or enjoy dinner at sunset.

Outstanding Vacation Spot

Unit is clean and comfy. Kitchen has every amenity needed, bedrooms are large with comfy beds, but the lanai is the crown jewel of this unit! Turtles in the tide pools below us, whales and spinner dolphins within eyesight as we relaxed here every day. Highly recommend this spot!!

Kona Nalu in Kailua Kona

This is a lovely condo in an excellent location. It was clean and well furnished, except there should be a tea kettle in the kitchen. It’s a spacious condo. We spent most of our time on the beautiful lanai during the day. At night we had trouble reading because the lighting in the living room is inadequate.

Beautiful Escape

We were in recovery, relaxation mode and this was the right place to do it. Spectacular view and lanai to enjoy it from. Convenient access to Kailua and activities on the south coast. Comfortable bed and excellent space in the condo. Short drive to Kailua most nights for dinner. Foster's Kitchen and On The Rocks are top of the list.

Awesome Vacation Rental

This was a perfect rental for two couples to share. The condo was very comfortable, but we spent most of our time out on the balcony. The view was beautiful! The only issue I had was no AC, but we were provided with multiple fans so all was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Ocean View Apartment

Großes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit fantastischem Meerblick und großer Balkon-Terrasse. Schlafen mit Meeresrauschen - was gibt es Schöneres! Die Lage ist gut, nicht direkt im quirligen Kona, aber nahe genug, damit man schnell dort zum Einkaufen und bei den Restaurants ist. Der kleine Magic Sand Beach ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Anlage ist nicht super neu, es gibt keine AC, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist für Hawaii okay und der direkte Meerblick entscheidend. Würde wieder dort buchen.

Wonderful oceanside location

The condo is right on the pounding surf-- great for sleeping and whale watching yet easy to get to town and around. Bike/walking path right out front for early morning exercise. Quiet and friendly building.

Great view!

Great view, great location! Junelle was great to work with and wonderful with communication! She was very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I enjoyed our stay!! I gave the rating of a four for properties condition below not because we were dissatisfied at all with the property, but I do think some updates to decor and furniture making it more current would likely attract more customers in the future. Additionally, adding an air conditioner would also an attractive feature when booking a vacation, especially during summer months. With that said, we adjusted and adapted just fine to the natural air and utilization of fans during your stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience during our first trip in Hawaii! ��

Great location, great ocean front view, we did not want to leave

The first thing we were drawn to at this little piece of paradise is the large lanai with the breath-taking ocean only 30 feet away. Breakfast, late-afternoon appetizers / drinks, and relaxing dinners at sunset were just what my wife and I needed after all of 2020. The view from the lanai far surpasses any restaurant ocean view that we tried. We frequently saw sea turtles in the tide pools out front and schools of dolphins mid morning - while having our coffee. Cool ocean breezes brought the fresh ocean air inside, and the ceiling fans in each room keep us very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to be located just 2 miles south of downtown Kona on Alii Drive. The nearby area offers really fun options for exploring the ocean, shopping, and restaurants; and the whole island is a great place for touring botanical gardens, volcanoes, coffee farms, zip lining and sandy beaches. The Big Island has a true Aloha vibe! To our liking there were major shopping venues for food supplies within 5 miles, and it is a very short distance from another favorite - Da Poke Shack. We enjoyed abundant local produce available at a nearby farmers market in downtown Kona. We found the kitchen to be fully furnished with appliances, cookware and utensils.We will be back!
