Upon entry, you are welcomed by the tasteful style and beach-chic vibe. The chef's kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all the gadgets any home chef would need. Relax at the bar seating while you keep your chef company or help with dinner.

The living area has a great open layout of the living room, dining area, kitchen, and wrap-around lanai. Have a sit-down dinner at the farm-style table while you listen to the waves crash. Listen to some Hawaii music on the whole-house Google Home audio system. In the evenings, you can relax on the couch and watch your favorite movie on the smart TV while enjoying the brand-new central AC.

Conveniently located across the street from Magics Beach Grill, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magics Beach Shack or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.

You will enjoy the nooks of this home and the spaces to relax with a book or watch the palm trees sway. The wrap-around, direct ocean-view lanai has ample seating with great spots to chill. The primary ensuite has a king bed, smart TV, cable, plus a desk for a friendly workspace. The white noise machine and central AC will help you sleep like a baby. The main room has a private entrance to the lanai as well. Feel like a queen or king in the plush linens and private space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head. Plus, a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This home is fully stocked with bathroom amenities, kitchen needs, and beach gear. The house even has fully stocked office supplies for those who need to do some work while on vacation. Enjoy this incredible unit and go back refreshed but wanting to return.

- There are a few steps up to the elevator from the ground floor and from the elevator to the unit.

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

We had such a wonderful Big Island vacation, this condo has it all!! The renovation was done with an eye on open floor plan which highlights the incredible view and outdoor living space. The wrap around balcony for lounging, enjoying a great book, soaking up some rays, savoring a meal, and conversing could not be more perfect. We were even treated to a few whale sightings during our stay. The interior is designed with a large kitchen and dining area including all the tools and appliances you could imagine, comfortable seating and beds, plenty of storage including anything you might want or need during your vacation! We loved everything about it, thank you!!

Fantastic Stay

We loved this place. It has everything you need including an incredible view. The beach is right across the street which is so great. We would certainly rent this place again. Property manager was in touch with us so we knew if we had an issue we could contact them.

Perfect vacation spot

We loved staying directly across from the spectacular beach. The lanai is outstanding! We enjoyed coffee on the comfy couches watching the ocean and boogie boarders. The condo is beautiful, with everything you could possibly need. Very easy access, great location to the Kailua-Kona area, exceptional quality of furnishings. The beds were great and the condo had every amenities. I felt very well cared for. Will absolutely stay here again.

Big Iland White Sands Village #301

We were very pleased with our stay in this condo. It was fully remodeled in the last 3 years and there is even a book in the living room that shows the before and after pictures. As some of the other reviews mentioned, there is noise from the road below when sitting on the lanai but it is largely overcome by the ocean sounds and almost disappears if you go inside and close the doors. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to the island.

It's all in the details and this place covered every one!

Beautifully remodeled, an amazing location but the what made this stay stand out was the unexpected thoughtfulness in every little detail. From the extra shower rod with little hooks and laminated instructions to hang swimwear, and real quality bathroom amenities (not garbage hotel stuff) to the endless sizes and options for beach toys/body boards, water shoes, chairs, I can't even list it all! Sound machines, blankets, quality bedding. I could go on and on. I would have never expected these things to be that important but it made our stay so much better and more comfortable and we didn't have to go out and buy things we couldn't fly back with. Thank you for the most relaxing week!

We were very pleased with the location and condition of the condo. We had great ocean views and were impressed with the amenities available at the condo. It is well decorated and maintained. The noise didn't bother us at all - while inside the condo we couldn't hear it at all. We'd stay there again!

Beachside Bliss

Had a fantastic stay in the most perfect location. The apartment was super clean and extremely well stocked with pretty much everything you could want and more. The owners have done a fabulous job renovating the inside and out and there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the amazing views. With super quick and easy beach access and the pool set between the apartments the location was ideal. I would happily return and spend more time here.

Beautifully designed and decorated unit

This condo is a great unit. Overall they did an amazing job with the design. Loved it! They have everything you need and more. The welcome basket was a nice touch as well! The view of the ocean is awesome but the beach below can be loud at times. I will say it all got quiet around 10pm, but before that it was entertaining to see everyone coming and going and it can be noisy. We did have 3 different maintenance issues we brought to their attention the first day and they did not address them until 15 minutes before we checked out on the last day. It would have been nice if those were addressed while we were there as it did cause some inconvenience.

Extraordinar!

Great location!, updated, clean, exceptionally equipped with interior and exterior items(New washer & dryer, kitchen items, spices, large pantry, trash bags, dish washer pods, cleaning supplies, towels, coolers, beach chairs & floats, patio furniture, etc.). We used the patio high bar every day to watch beach goers and to relax. This rental is beautifully decorated and was a joy to stay in for the week. The Magic Sands Beach clean & a delight to see each morning! This rental was designed to make your stay stress free- all you need to do is go grocery shopping for food and they will take care of the rest!

Exceeded Expectations!

I am in love with this unit. The owners did a complete remodel and it is stunning! The place feels clean, fresh and the decor is beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and then some! The location is also fantastic with the beach right across the street, and a great restaurant right on the water thats a 1 minute walk from the property. The views are just like the pictures show, and the interior is even better in person. I can't wait to return and stay here again!

Very nice-by report

Unfortunately our planned stay had to be changed as my wife sustained a severe ankle injury hiking in Kauai a few days before our planned arrival at White Sands. Our adult son was able to use the condo while the two of us stayed at a wheelchair-friendly resort instead. He said the place was perfectly located, very nicely equipped and recently refurbished. Unfortunately the multiple sets of stairs to get into it made it a no-go for the two of us. Perhaps next time (and we’ll skip the dicey hiking. The management service was very helpful in making the right choice as to changing our plans; they even sent same day photos of the pathway (including stairs) getting from parking lot to condo door.
Wish we could have stayed 5here.

Amazing ocean front home

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. They thought of everything in this beautiful home. We sat out on the balcony each evening and watched the breathtaking Hawaii sunsets. Our only problem was - the trip was too short!
