While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
Upcoming remodel in unit #138. The remodel has been approved for replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops and kitchen and entry tile flooring. Replace all appliances. Construction noise may be heard during this renovation. This remodel will begin on 5/01 and will be completed on 06/15/23.
Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

The property is located very close to Wailea beach, which was our favorite beach on the island. It would be a very long walk from the property, so I definitely recommend driving. There was always parking available in the lot so driving to the beach wasn't an issue.
The property matched the pictures. It's plenty big, the shower stayed hot for both of our showers, the A/C kept the room chilled nicely (don't get a place without A/C), and the bed was big and comfortable. It was hot and not too breezy, so we did not get to use the lanai as much as i expected.
