The lanai overlooks a beautiful garden, mountain views, peek-a-boo ocean, and partial fairway views. The ground floor makes this unit easily accessible from the parking area. The Grand Champions has lush, beautiful landscaping, and amenities include two pools, a Jacuzzi, BBQ, and security.
This beautifully appointed villa is situated on the fairway of Wailea's elite Blue Golf Course, allowing you to take advantage of special golf and tennis rates offered to Wailea guests. This central Wailea location makes it favorable, as you can walk to Wailea Tennis Club, the famous "Joe's Bar & Grill," the Shops at Wailea, casual to fine restaurants, the world's top beaches, and five-star hotels.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, please note that there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that differ from the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may even improve.
Upcoming Remodel in Unit #138: The remodel has been approved for replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops, and kitchen and entry tile flooring, as well as replacing all appliances. Construction noise may be heard during this renovation. The remodel will begin on 5/01 and will be completed on 06/15/23.
Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

Nice place to stay!

This was a great place for our family to stay. It was comfortable and so great to have a kitchen and washer/dryer. It was also close to so many things to do. We had a few issues with dishwasher and cable TV but they came very quickly to fix it. They had beach towels and chairs which were also nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Maui Family Vacation - 3 Week Stay

Our family planned a 3 week vacation in Maui and as everyone knows one of the things that makes your stay a positive or negative experience is your housing.
This location was fantastic and working with the property owner was also a positive experience.
The location is in the beautiful area of Wailea and the home was fully stocked with what you would expect for this area.
I will keep this short and sweet but will definitely say that this is a great place to stay and would book it again if given the opportunity.

Beautiful condo!

This was my fourth time renting a condo in Maui and the first time I've been impressed. What you see in the pictures is what you get, no surprises. The property is gorgeous and well-maintained. The office staff was amazing and the gentleman that patrolled the property was very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay here again and again. If I had to make one negative comment, it would be to replace the pillows in the bedrooms. They are a bit worn out.

A terrific place to stay with an excellent location!!

We stayed on Maui for a week in this condo as our "base camp". It was perfect for our vacation with our family of four (2 grown kids). It was clean, roomy, comfortable, air-conditioned. The kitchen had most everything we needed for we cooked a lot (our kids have food allergies). We liked the location and the surroundings were beautiful. The complaints are very minor. The shower in the master bedroom could use a shower curtain (it was just open to the rest of the bathroom) and we didn't really like the slatted doors because light and sound can travel. But these are minor complaints. We set up a makeshift shower curtain. We would still stay there again. Overall, we really enjoyed the place and would recommend it to others!

Cozy Spot
I loved our perfectly-sized condo in the heart of Wailua. With access to all the resort areas it was perfect for the accompanying wedding festivities of which we were a part, but still felt secluded and private. It would be perfect with a family of up to 5 or 6 or 2 couples. Guest relations were accommodating of needed equipment and nice touches of kitchen-wares, linens, totes and few treats made it extra special. Just be sure to build in time for taxi or uber rides to leave wailua, as these can be scarce in busy months in this area!

Yes! There were just a few minor things. It was a little stale when we first arrived. We ran the air and burned some candles to cover. A couple of the cabinets needed repair but outside of that it is exactly as advertised. The kitchen was fully functional, the location is great, and the facilities are wonderful.

There was no problem with facilities and security.
Some points to be worried about were that there were not enough toilet paper, so an additional purchase was required.
During the stay, one of the two pools and jacuzzi was closed for maintenance, causing the remaining pools to become very crowded.
Location is was good, but the view from the room was not so good.
Overall I was very satisfied and wanted to use it again.

Fantastic vacation rental
The unit was very clean, area very quiet, and had easy access to a shopping center and the beach. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Grand Champions as a vacation rental.

Good Place to Stay

We love the Grand Champions as a place to stay in Maui. We have stayed in several different units in the complex and this one was fine but had a few minor maintenance issues, which is the reason for 4 stars on the property's general condition. The unit was very clean and ready to move in, and the management company was very responsive to our requests. They appreciated the information we provided on the maintenance problems and I am confident these minor issues will be resolved. I value their promptness and professionalism and will absolutely use this management company for future vacation rentals in Wailea.
