Welcome to Makena Surf B305! This unit is all about LOCATION and VIEWS! Makena is located a short five-minute drive from all of the restaurants and shops in Wailea but offers the seclusion and privacy from all of the resort traffic! Makena Surf is one of the best-kept secrets on South Maui, from its stunning beauty to world-class beaches and snorkeling; this resort has it all. This unit is located in the premier building at Makena Surf, the only building situated directly in front of Wedding Beach and Secret Beach. Incredible views in every direction, including Lanai, West Maui, Kahoolawe, and Molokini. On a clear day, you can even see the Big Island and Molokai! During the winter months, you can take in seasonal whale watching!
Slide open your pocket doors to create a seamless indoor-outdoor feeling during your stay. The lanai offers al fresco dining for four people, a gas grill, and two chaise lounges to enjoy soaking up the sun. When you are ready to cool down, this unit is fully air-conditioned! The condo is situated due West, which means stunning Maui sunsets all year!
Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with superb appliances and extensive equipment, including a state-of-the-art induction cooktop and a large microwave/convection oven. The kitchen is open to a large dining area with seating for six people. The living room features a large comfortable couch with a 47-inch LCD TV.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with a large en suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two extra-long twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request, with a guest bathroom located just off the bedroom. Both bedrooms are complete with HD TVs.
This stunning property also offers two pools with jacuzzis to choose from, one being directly behind this unit! Don't miss the beautiful herb garden available to guests to have their own farm-to-table dining experiences in the comfort of their condo! This property also offers BBQ areas for outdoor grilling, multiple tennis courts, free on-site parking, a fitness center, and 24-hour security.
South Pool Closure:
Starting from June 19th, the South Pool will undergo an extensive maintenance period. During this period, the South Pool will be closed to ensure necessary repairs and improvements are made. However, we are pleased to announce that the North Pool will be open for use during this time.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Great Unit with Amazing Views

Unbeatable Views
This condo is located on the most beautiful beach in Maui. Was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean. The leasing company was great to deal with. We will be back for sure! If I had any suggestions it would be to upgrade the microwave that doubles as your oven and upgrade the patio furniture.

Beautiful stay on the beach
Loved our view at this wonderful condo on Maui! Beautiful sunsets & whale watching on the spacious lanai were icing on the cake. Good kitchen for preparing breakfast & lunch with plenty of dishes, etc. Enjoyed the coffee & snacks on arrival, but maybe some sweetener & creamer would have been nice. Beds were comfy enough & appreciated that enough linens & paper goods were present. We had a great time! Mahalo!!

Above & Beyond!
Our rental at Makena Surf B305 was outstanding. Everything we used was clean and in working order. Just as it is pictures on-line. The grounds and beach are beautifully maintained.
CBIP Vacations LLC went above and beyond for me by mailing my driver's license to me after leaving it at Makena Surf. Thankful TSA accepted my Costco card as a valid enough ID, so I was able to make my flight. Thank you again CBIP Vacations LLC! We will be looking for your listings in the future.

A beautiful condo, Best way to visit Maui
A wonderful experience. The relaxation begins as soon as you open the door and see the ocean. the view is spectacular. So nice to be able to hear the waves while in the condo. fantastic snorkeling right off the beach. luxurious amenities and kitchen. The condo complex is excellently maintained and never crowded.

Really enjoyed our experience in this units. Place was very clean, updated and well stocked. Location was perfect. Honestly this units is located in the best building in my opinion as it is closest to the beach. Away from crowds of Wailea, but close enough to shops and restaurants. The beach is great as well Will snorkeling opportunities.

Great condo in a great location

This place is even better than the pictures. It had a great layout for a family of four, with a bathroom for each bedroom. The balcony and views were amazing...great sun in the afternoon and great sunset. We really appreciated having all the beach supplies right there, from towels to chairs to body boards for the kids. The only real drawbacks were a temperamental air conditioner and a lack of an oven in the kitchen. Otherwise, very highly recommended.

Great location, spacious unit
The condo unit is spacious and comfortable. The beach is a fairly calm beach which is good for everyone (kids and grown ups). And it’s a few minutes from big beach for bigger waves. It’s a 15 minute drive to restaurants and take out places in Kehei (where most are). The unit had a couple of issues probably because it sat empty for a good while due to Covid, but the management company was on the ball and dealt with them quickly and efficiently. As you can see by the photos, it looks down on the beach with great views of the beach and nearby islands. There’s some decent snorkeling off to the left of the beach as well. Overall, an A grade place.

The location was great. The view fantastic. Just a couple of issues that should be tended to keep the place in good shape: a) Ants coming through a crack in the grout in the Master shower (can lead to structural issues if not fixed) and b) "push out" seen coming from the cabinets above the kitchen sink from some sort of wood bore.

We had a lovely 8 days staying at Makena Surf. Great complex with a lovely pool and gorgeous beach. The apartment was very suitable for us and had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the entrance code but it was sorted out promptly and efficiently. Would most definitely recommend.

9 days in Paradise

We loved our stay in Maui at Makena Surf B305. It was right on the ocean overlooking a beautiful beach. We swam with the turtles using snorkels and fins that were available at the unit. We played tennis and pickle ball and lazed around the heated pool. We shared the unit with another couple and had most of our meals there. We made a quick stop at Costco to stock up on food and all needed kitchen items were available in the unit. All the service people that we met at the complex were extremely friendly and efficient. We made day trips to Kehei, Lahaina, Paia,and enjoyed a special lunch at Mama's Fish House. Except for a 3 1/2 hour delay at the airport on our return flight home, it was a perfect vacation.
