Bright and colorful condo across the street from Charley Young Beach and 1/2 mile from dining and shopping. This fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bath home is located on the north side of the building so no direct hot sun and features lush garden views.
This unit has an open floor plan and boasts comfortable furnishings, a lanai with garden views to take advantage of alfresco dining, a fully equipped kitchen ready to entertain, and extensive renovations throughout. Unique wood-built-in dining set can accommodate everyone, and the kitchen is equipped with all of the necessary appliances and utensils for the chef of the family. Ductless split system air conditioning has been installed in 2023 in the living area and both bedrooms. The split AC features individual control air handlers in each room to keep you cool on the days when maybe you got a little too much sun at the beach.
The Primary Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a renovated en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. The Guest Bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub combination that was remodeled in February 2019.
Pacific Shores offers a large, heated pool, a relaxing hot tub, and 4 gas grills for your enjoyment during your stay.
Located in the heart of South Kihei, Pacific Shores is central to the best activities South Maui has to offer. Just a quick stroll to nearby grocery stores, boutiques, and shops, and popular restaurants such as Three's Bar & Grill, Paia Fish Market South, and South Shore Tiki Lounge. Take advantage of some of the best snorkeling, learn to surf, or enjoy the wide variety of premier golf courses on Maui. Directly across the street from the local favorite Charley Young Beach and less than a block from Kamaole 1 Beach and Park. You'll have everything Maui is known for just a moment away.

Amazing condo

This was a great place to stay with my husband, 4 year old and 8 month old. Air conditioning and fans in all rooms were great. The condo was very child friendly and we appreciated the minimal furniture and breakable decorations. However, we had to bring our own crib as there wasn't one provided. The place felt very clean upon arrival. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and ABC store and less than 5 minute drive to foodland. The pool area was closed for renovation during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Great find!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the location was great! Beds were very comfy, kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, utensils, and nice appliances, and the washer/dryer was a nice bonus. We loved sitting out on the lanai which was quiet and looked out over beautiful tropical foliage (no parking lot views!). The air conditioning worked great and it was nice to be able to adjust it independently in the bedrooms and the main living area. We walked across the street to Charley Young beach everyday, which was a great beach, and we used the pool several times and it was decent-sized and clean. There were so many good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!*some personal recommendations- head to Maluaka Beach for great snorkeling, Sweet Hula and Beach Street Maui shave ice for great acai bowls, Yees orchard and fruit stand for amazing mangoes, and Three's Bar and Grilll for great food and drinks.

Right Across from Charley Young Beach

Excellent location near Charley Young Beach in Kihei. Property Mgt was very responsive to reported issues. They were very thoughtful in that there were 1) complimentary snacks 2) beach towels 3) laundry machine with detergent 4) a fully stocked kitchen with even tupperware. Ideally carpet in bedrooms would be replaced with non-carpet surface. Great bathrooms. Neighbors were quiet.

Loved It!!!

The rental was beautifully cleaned, had all of basics for cooking, laundry, etc. The air conditioner cooled things off quickly and the fans in the bedrooms were helpful. The beds were super comfortable. We had no issues during our stay. The pool was great and the location couldn’t be beat. Wish it had been available for my return trip in February. I highly recommend this rental.

South Kihei condo
The condo met our expectations. It was conveniently located: walking distances to the beaches, ABC store, Foodland and many food trucks all in walking-ish distance. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect place for a Maui getaway

We were so happy to stay at this house, it was truly perfect for us and actually a rare find for the two bedroom two bathroom situation. Perfect for our group of four, comfortable living quarters, well stocked. AC unit worked great, Pretty view from the balcony. Easy parking and access! Will happily stay here again

Great Spot in Kihei

Spent a week here in Aug. 2022, and had a wonderful time. Nice, clean two-bedroom condo across the street from the beach. Was a good basecamp from which to explore the rest of the island. Kitchen with all the amenities we needed to cook meals. Spent some time in the pool and hot tub as well. Very few complaints. Though not cheap, a reasonable price given the area on the island. Would recommend!

Pacific Shores Kihei Maui
Our condo was super cute and had absolutely everything we needed and more. We were half a block from the beach and in proximity to restaurants and shopping of all kinds. The pool was easy and fun for evening swims. The complex was friendly and in nice shape. Overall it was a great vacation stay and we will definitely be back!

The condo was clean. A/C was working fine but not enough to cool bedrooms. Would be great to have better beach/pool towels. In the evening fresh air not getting trough open windows in the bedroom. I love to get fresh air into the room for good sleep.

Great Stay!

The unit was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Close to the beach. Easy check-in and out. Responsive managers that texted to check-in and quickly responded. Nice pool, hot-tub, and grill area. Very happy we chose this rental.

Nice condo in a great location
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, and it was stocked with everything we needed for the week. The description was accurate. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was so convenient. There was also a nice basket of local items upon our arrival.
This condo is in a great location. It was a short walk to several beaches, restaurants and shops.
The pool was a good size and never very crowded. We did run into an issue with the code to get into the pool, but the property management company was very helpful and quickly tracked down the new code. It changes often so I recommend verifying the code found in the condo when you arrive.
The property management company was very professional and made sure we were prepared for our arrival. They also called to check in on our second day which I appreciated.

Island Life
Great location walking distance to beaches and food and shops! Easy to dry towels in dryer since you can't hang them outside to dry. One minor challenge is having the AC on and fans in both bedrooms can be a bit noisy. The bedrooms are only fan cooled so it was pretty warm in the summer but livable for us. There is AC in the main living space but it doesn't cool the bedroom. Extra beach equipment at the condo came in handy too!

Couldn't be better

The location is perfect -- a walk across the street to a lovely beach. Sidewalks allow you easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, snorkel rental shops and other conveniences. The apartment itself is as described -- comfortable and well appointed in all regards. We were a group of five -- two couples and one other adult, who slept on the sofa. Since we were all family, it worked very well. We all enjoyed our post-swim soaks in the hot tub, another unexpected extra perk. Highly recommended. We would all love to go again.

Perfect place for a Maui vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this comfortable, well-equipped unit. Each of two couples had a private bedroom and bath, but plenty of shared space in the open kitchen/living area. The location is ideal -- just a quick walk across the street to a perfect beach. Much to our surprise, we found we appreciated the hot tub following a nice swim or snorkel. Many small shops and convenient stores, accessed by sidewalk, are within an easy walk, including a great snorkel rental shop whose owners recommended great restaurants and other amenities. Maui is not that big, so Kihei was a perfect location for easy drives to all other major sites on the island. We would love the opportunity to visit this lovely place again.

Close to beautiful beaches
This condo had everything we needed. It was clean, comfy, and the check in/out process was extremely simple. We had 4 adults in the condo and it felt roomy and comfortable for all of us. It is within close walking distance to multiple swimming/surfing and snorkeling beaches as well as dining! We loved it and would absolutely stay again.

My daughter and I had a great time staying in your condo in Kihei. We had several things to celebrate after a rough year, one of which was my daughters high school graduation. We really enjoyed our time, and the condo met our needs perfectly.

Great Stay in Great Location

Perfect for our stay with two little ones. RIGHT across from one of the best beaches for kids in Maui- Charley Young. Very convenient. Came equipped with everything we needed! Loved the closets & ample storage. We definitely appreciated the washer & dryer in unit! Enjoyed the grills by the pool. Only cons would be cleanliness & the lanai. The shower in master bath needed some deep cleaning. The lanai was small & faces a fence between adjacent property. We never used it, and there were strict regulations about not putting ANYTHING on lanai ever or you would get fined due to HOA type regulations. We could not dry towels or bathing suits outside at all, which is inconvenient. But other than that it was a great stay! Thanks
