Wailea
#2104 is a spacious and recently refreshed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in Maui with fun tropical accents and cozy comfort. It offers approximately 1500 sq. ft. of living area, including a large lanai. This unit features central air conditioning for your comfort.
The primary suite boasts a king bed, a Smart TV, a glass slider to let in the ocean breezes, and a massive en suite bathroom. Enjoy the oversized luxury shower in the master suite bathroom, complete with multiple rain shower heads and bench seat for relaxing. Guest bedroom has sliding doors that can be opened to the living space or separated for privacy at night. This room is equipped with a king bed and a ceiling fan.
The living area has access to a large lanai and features huge windows that flood the space with light. You'll find a Smart TV and a sectional couch with recliners, perfect for movie nights.
#2104 offers a fully equipped kitchen, a full-sized washer and dryer, free high-speed wireless internet, and free phone calls to the mainland (U.S. & Canada). You can enjoy ocean views from the large covered lanai, surrounded by a tropical garden setting. Additional amenities include beach chairs and beach towels for your use during your stay, as well as free assigned parking.
This condo is located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, providing you with a comfortable and luxurious home base while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. Great holiday
A great property walking distance to the beach. The condo is very spacious with a lovely outlook. The beds are very comfortable. There is some road noise on the lanai but inside the condo is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful experience

We typically stay in hotels when in Maui and we’re not sure what to expect. The unit worked very well for us and provided access to everything we planned to do while there. This is a very nice unit and we would certainly rebook in the future

Overall, a wonderful experience. Fantastic location, great view, kitchen was well-appointed, and the few requests we made to management were responded to promptly and satisfactorily. Suggest upgrading some of the chairs.

Comfortable Stay

Great stay with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Will definitely plan to stay again on my next trip. If you have trouble with stairs, I would not recommend, otherwise book with confidence.

A piece of heaven
FANTASTIC! This condo is so well laid out with a beautiful picture window that takes in the sunset. We didn't use the second bedroom, but were able to open it up and enjoy the garden view of palm trees and greenery. I really appreciate a well stocked kitchen. This place had everything that you might need to entertain and cook. The rental agency that books this unit is very competent and excellent at communicating to make sure we were looked after. The deck area was a bit small and did not have a lounge chair. The angle of the sun did make this deck very warm in the afternoon. All in all I loved this place and would be more than happy to stay here again

Home Away from Home
Very nice, clean and comfortable condo near the ocean and with all the amenities we needed! The condo location was near local shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and we appreciate the beach chairs, snorkels, towels, etc. provided by the owners. Nearby pool and hot tub was nice and relaxing for our kids.

Sunset and ocean views wonderful! Master bath design bizarre

What we loved: The view and the sunsets! The layout was open with lots of bright sunlight. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and easy to access. The beach supplies in the master were wonderful to have available to us. Some suggestions: the AC unit never succeeded in cooling down the master bedroom. The bathroom layout in the master was bizarre and annoying. No privacy and the bathtub only served as a table to stack belongings on. You might consider replacing the mattress in the master as I found myself sleeping in a crevasse. The twin beds in the second bedroom are not suitable for adults - they are very small, clearly meant for children. You might mention this in the description of the condo. Our family had a wonderful stay at The Palms. Thank you for your hospitality!

Palms @ Wailea 2104

The Palms @ Wailea are in a great location. This unit is BIG. You have a gorgeous, beautiful view from the living room - although you are not right on the beach, you can see the ocean from the huge picture window facing west and it's only a short 5 minute walk to the beach itself. Internet is fast and works great. Thoughtful touches are host-provided beach chairs, boogie board, umbrella. They also provide everything you need to cook and eat in if you want. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning having coffee - very peaceful, had a great view west. There are some great little beaches both to the south and the north of you - within 2-4 miles. Great value for a condo this close to the beach and this big with your own parking spot.

Maui Stay, Wailea location.

One day we didn’t have water after returning from the beach but it was because of a water main break. It was fixed by the time we returned in the evening.
Great supply of dishes and glasses.
Found it lacking as far as barbecue utensils and most frying pans were quite scratched.
Barbecue was a small Weber but it worked okay for four of us.
We left Glad Wrap, Foil and tongs.
There was AC in the main area but really didn’t cool the master bedroom as much.
Afternoon sun really warmed up the bedroom. It got a lot of afternoon sun.
Several portable fans and the unit does have ceiling fans.
The toilet area in the Main bedroom was quite a tight space.
We had parking issues due to tree trimming in parking lot.
Renovations were going on in the condo below us our last three days or so. Table saw and miter saw on the patio directly below our lanais.Creating noise and sawdust. the condo below us had recently been purchased by new owners so that would explain the renovations.
Overall it was quite a comfortable space to return to after a day of adventuring. Large sitting room window offered a very nice view while you were sitting on the couch.

Beautiful Maui condo
Beautifully decorated and spacious Wailea condo. This is a great base from which to explore the beauty and sights of south Maui. Only a 10-12 minute walk to spectacular Keawakapu Beach. The unit could use a few updates (a touchpad front door lock would be a great improvement), but it is very well equipped and served us well. Note that there is some road noise on the lanai, but this was never an issue in the evening. Also, many stairs to reach the front door and a long hill climb to reach the pool - not issues for us but would not be suitable for anyone with mobility challenges.

Wonderful family holiday
Our apartment was perfect for our family of Grandma, Poppa, Mum, Dad and 21 month old toddler as it was spacious, great views and comfortable. The locality meant that we could easily return for the toddler day sleep and enjoy our surrounds. Poor accommodation can spoil a holiday. This accommodation enhanced our time away leaving us reluctant to leave.

A very pleasant stay in a very convenient location
Great experience at 2104 @ The Palms. Property was in great shape. Owners are obviously very good at maintaining most aspects of the unit. The Palms concierge was very helpful as well. A must stay in Wailea.

Beautiful Maui condo in Wailea
Superb Maui getaway. Well equipped and beautifully decorated condo close to beach access. Traffic noise on the lanai can occasionally be bothersome but not an issue after dark. Convenient reserved parking spot right out front, but access to the unit requires descending and then ascending many stairs so not recommended for anyone with mobility challenges. Grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the pool area is gorgeous, albeit a substantial climb up to the upper portion of the complex.
