You will marvel at the exquisite furnishings and decor at Polo Beach Club 805.
As you enter, you are greeted by the sophisticated style of this beautiful ocean front condo.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful white counters, plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need.
As you settle into the living area, you can relax to the soothing sound of the ocean. There is a large sectional with plenty of seating for the whole family. Enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV.
There is a dining area with seating for four and an eat-up bar for additional seating.
The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors allow for seamless indoor/outdoor enjoyment. The private grand lanai offers plenty of space to enjoy your favorite beverage and lounge. Gaze off at the mesmerizing views of Molokini, Kaho'olawe, and the West Maui mountains.
Your primary bedroom offers gorgeous ocean views and access to the private lanai. There is a king bed with luxurious linens, flat screen TV, and ensuite bath.
The primary bath offers a nice vanity area, walk-in tiled shower, and plenty of closet space.
Your guest bedroom is beautifully decorated, with two queen beds, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. The guest bath is located conveniently just off the guest bedroom.
Full-size washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.
Central AC throughout makes this condo comfortable all year round.
The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.
Starting December 1st, when you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59 pm.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Loved our stay at #805!!

The views from this unit are stunning! The unit was also very clean and comfortable. We loved everything about it. Renting a 2 bedroom unit allowed my husband, 3 teens and I to spread out and not be cramped in hotel rooms. We enjoyed having a kitchen to have breakfast and coffee in the morning while enjoying it on the patio while listening to the ocean waves crash in. If we vacation to Maui again, this is the unit we will stay in! Mahalo!

Our stay was incredible. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to include pantry staples, snacks, beach chairs, and towels for the beach and pool. The unit was clean and the view was incredible. We will be booking with Polo Bech and Coldwell Rentals for our future stay. The only feedback I have to offer is a booklet with some instructions on how to work some of the things in the unit like the shades. It wasn’t difficult to figure out but written instructions along with printed instructions for check-out would be wonderful. Also, a bathroom located near the pool area would also be a positive improvement suggestion for Polo Beach. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations.

Great Stay!

Our second time at Polo Beach Club--we really enjoyed Unit 805! Great views and well equipped, this was a perfect stay in paradise. A few specifics on the unit--there are plenty of dishes, cutlery etc, but not much in the way of spices, condiments etc that you sometimes end up with when staying at one of these units. So, if you plan to do any cooking (beyond simple recipes) you might need to pick some things up. The unit includes two coolers and 4 beach chairs. If you need umbrellas, boogie boards etc just check with CBI, you can rent them and they will deliver to your unit (will be there waiting when you arrive, and just leave them when you are done--very convenient). We had an issue one day with the A/C, but with one phone call it was corrected in a couple of hours. We will definitely be back and appreciate CBI managing the unit well!

Family Vacation at Polo Beach

We came to Maui with our whole family, 10 of us, grandparents, parents, grandchildren and had an amazing time. We rented three units at the Polo Beach Club, all oceanfront. There is no better value on the island for the location and amenities available. We will definitely be back again and again!

Perfect location and incredible view!

this is a very well maintained and equipped condo in a perfect location in wailea. it has uninterrupted gorgeous views of the beach, ocean, and sunsets from the huge west facing balcony. right on the beach, even though the beach is public, it never got too crowded and it felt like a privagte beach. the beach is sandy and, unlioke many beache s in hawaii, it is smooth and sandy wading out into the water. you can enjoy the waves without worrying about rocks underfoot. an easy stroll to nearby resorts for cocktails and dinners, though the klitchen has all you need - even a good blender for frozen cocktails to enjoy while you watch the sun set from the balcony!
the unit could use a little updating, but it is very comfortably furnished, including beach chairs.
kudos to coldwell bankers management, as well. an issue arose during our stay which was taken care to our satisdfaction. they seemed to really want us to enjoy our time in their property.

Yearly trip to Maui

I have rented multiple units at Polo Beach Club, the location in my opinion is the best on the island. I have rented 805 many years ago. The view is amazing. The unit was clean, and well equipped. The unit needs updating, also needs a new mattress in the master bedroom. We asked for a late check out since our flight didn't leave until 7pm. We were given a free 1 hour late check out, but to stay until 2pm they wanted $700.00. I can see $350, but $700 is a little too much. We used the free hour to clean, take out trash, wipe down all surfaces, and do laundry. So not much for the cleaning crew to finish. Over all we had a great time, and will visit again next year.

Amazing Views, Comfortable Space, Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed condo. The oceanfront views are amazing. The condo was mostly clean (my son found a couple of socks - not his - under his bed) and very comfortable. The kitchen appeared well-supplied, though we did minimal cooking. The free parking and keyless entry were great. Note that the blinds in the master let in a good bit of light, so we were up with the sun most days. I do wish more shampoo, conditioner and soap had been supplied since we had a 9-night stay; had to purchase more. But otherwise, we were happy here and would stay again.

Direct ocean front with the islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini, Lanai, and West Maui spread before our eyes...surreal! Like a private beach, with few guests, seemed like a slice of heaven. The apartment was well appointed. A first aid kit, however, is needed in the unit. Loved our stay. Returning in October this year!Responsive property management. Mahalo!

The condo couldn't have been in a better location. Right on the beach, you can watch the surf and sunsets from the balcony. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. Operating the television was a bit complicated at times but we got the hang of it. We will definitely be back!

Best views and great price

This unit is really spectacular for the views and price. The customer service was great. The unit was clean and stocked with everything needed. There views are the best in the complex and inside is fully renovated. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Beach access to polo beach was a plus. Extra beach chairs and towels were provided and underground on-site parking. This is a great place for families and much better than a resort. Pool was quiet and beach was not overly crowded. It was perfect !

Amazing ocean front luxury
We loved our two week stay here and want to come back one day for more! First of all Polo Beach Club, regardless of which condo/property manager you stay with, is amazing due to its uncrowded property, easy access beach, and accessability to the actual resorts nearby if you want to walk to dinner or drinks (we stayed in a lower unit years before). This particular unit is even more gorgeous and has an insane penthouse-level view.

Great view, great time at Polo Beach
Everyone was very helpful, from the Polo Beach staff to the CBIP staff. Everything was as advertised. Have stayed here before and will be back. Right on the beach and near restaurants.

Gorgeous beachside condo

805 Polo Beach is perfect for a beach side vacation. This two bedroom condo is comfortable for two couples or a family of four. The kitchen is fully stocked and the lani large enough for dining outside. The outside grill makes the perfect steak. A coffee maker, coffee beans and filters are provided, but you'll need to bring things like olive oil, spices and aluminum foil. The beach chairs and boogie board are a plus. My only complaint is the wind whistles through the sliding doors when they're closed but we had them open most the time so it wasn't an issue. It also looks down on a fairly busy beach so you will get noise from kids and dogs playing in the water. That said, it was a peaceful location, with beautiful grounds and all the amenities needed.
