Enjoy the 224 sq ft lanai to relax and take in the views of Lanai, the West Maui mountains, the ocean and 34 acres of private lush tropical gardens. All you hear are birds. This peaceful setting is our perfect home to relax and unwind after a day of adventuring around Maui. Enjoy grilling on the BBQs and al fresco dining, while taking in the sunset. We love this most.

The condo features an updated kitchen, a new sub-zero refrigerator and a well-equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom features a new luxury Stearns and Foster King bed with remote control adjusting, private access to the lanai, and an updated ensuite bathroom in matching maple. Enjoy the primary rain shower with turtle mosaic art. The spacious living room features a comfortable hotel collection queen sofa bed, perfect for families and couples. The second updated bathroom is located to the side for complete privacy for guests. The unit comes with a washer and dryer making it easy for longer stays. The condo has beautiful art throughout.

Each unit at Ekahi is unique, this is our Maui home. Being upstairs means no elephants on your head, serene light throughout, pleasant breezes, and views of Maui for miles.

Located in the heart of Wailea, Ekahi offers 4 swimming pools set in beautiful gardens, including a large beachfront pool and pavilion for sunsets and beachfront dining. The pavilion provides direct access onto Keawakapu Beach, with no roads to cross or worry about where to park. Ulua and the world famous Wailea beaches are short walks along the beach path.

Further along, the beach path takes you to the Wailea Shops & Tennis Club and five of the most prestigious hotels of Wailea. You can enjoy the sunset, see whales in season, access beach activities such as snorkeling or paddle boarding, and stroll to dinner and back along the lighted promenade.

We provide complimentary air conditioning, wireless internet, cable TV with Roku, coolers, beach towels and beach chairs for fun at the beach. Resort fees, parking, internet and cable and onsite fitness center are all included in the price!

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve. Ekahi no longer permits barbecues on lanais. Absolutely Perfect Vacation

We could\'ve have asked for more. The staff and owners were very welcoming and helpful. The Condo was beautiful and spacious. Everything worked well. There was a sea view. There were turtles and many fish in the sea directly outside the resort. I would definitely book this Condo again .

Island residential paradise!

My week at this perfect location was carefree, relaxing, and peaceful beyond my imagination. The condo is spacious, comfortable, casual, and tastefully appointed for island living. We ate in every evening so as to enjoy the beautiful lanai and stunning sunsets right from our dinner table. The walks to the beach were lovely, making it simple to take along snorkeling equipment, lunch goodies (taking advantage of the beautifully equipped common kitchen at the beach and poolside pavilion), or simply taking mile walks on soft sand with lapping waves. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I cannot wait to return!

Clean and spacious

We have stayed several times in Ekahi Village. Our stay in 47E was great. The condo was clean and had a big lanai with beautiful views of the property. Bed was comfy and the towels were soft. It is a bit of a hike from condo to the beach, but it wasn't bad and we got our steps in. 🙂

Another happy Hawaiian vacation at 47E, this time for a month! It worked perfectly for an extended stay. We could really spread out and felt 100% comfortable. Great that it has a desk. Love the Hawaiian print and bamboo furniture. The lanai is very spacious; whole unit flows well. There is an airiness created by the large windows/sliders, high ceiling, and expansive garden view that embraces nature.
Great for walking each day. Beach today? Sidewalks above the beach? Nearby shopping? We settled into a lovely relaxing rhythm. Even tried the pickle ball court!

Ekahi 47 E Wailea

We really enjoyed our stay at 47E.
The property was as described , spacious and sparkly clean upon arrival.
Nice outside deck with peekaboo of water. The management answered any questions quickly.
I would recommend this unit which was quiet, and bit of a walk to main pool.
Nearby pool was vey nice as well.
Enjoyed Monkeypod, and if you drive to Lahaina, be sure to go to Star Noodle.

Great Condo

This unit was quiet, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The management company was easy to work with. We enjoyed the remodeled new pavilion by the large pool. Although barbecues are no longer allowed on lanais at Ekahi there are 2 conveniently located near the condo.

Ekahi 47E

This property was located in the upper portion of the Ekahi Village complex. The unit was easy to access with the entry information provided by CBIP. The unit was clean and well equipped. Upstairs unit with a good view and close to pool.
The only issue with this unit was the carpet in the hallway by the second bathroom and washer/dryer was very worn and some water stains.

Good Maui Getaway

Nice 2nd floor condo on best part of the island! Close to many of Wailea's wonderful beaches. What we really enjoyed most was our morning coffee on the lanai listening to birds and overlooking the beautiful grounds. Spacious enough for 2 people -- I would say the "sleeps 4" in description relays to 2 children, as the only other "bed" was an air mattress. King bed was comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with appliances, etc. We asked for a tea kettle and coffee grinder (before our arrival) and they provided those. Nice refrigerator, but be aware no filtered water (but you can get it at the walkable Beach Pavilion.) There are no BBQ grills at the units: you have to use the ones scattered around the village -- ours was fairly convenient, but it's a walk down the strairs across the grass to cook. (Kind of strange). Although 4 beach chairs were provided, 2 were pretty old (and HEAVY) and the other 2 were tattered & tired. We were very surprised that a beach umbrella was not provided - Every unit we have rented on any island has had a full compliment of beach amenities... I would say this one was light on that. And when we asked about the umbrella, were told we "could rent one from CBIP"! All-in-all, a well-furnished and nicely decorated clean unit, but the structure itself could use a little TLC (re-caulk around counters, pest control: *There was a significant ant infestation in Master Bath on Day 2 that could have been dealt with in a more timely manner*, hanging kitchen window rubber trim). We would consider staying again, but with the mentioned updates 🙂

Perfect condo!

What a perfect vacation venue in every way! The condo was easy to find, quiet, and thoughtfully appointed for an ocean vacation. The lanai is quite large, serves as another room, and affords a beautifully peaceful reason to eat outdoors. The location of the condo defines convenience: easy parking, ready access to roads in all island directions, quiet surrounds, and a pleasant walk to the beach for daily snorkeling. I never like to cook on vacations, but given the inviting and comfortable amenities of the condo, we found great takeout food to eat "at home" on the lanai. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I can't wait to return.

Fabulous Rental!

We've stayed at Ekahi Village several times, in many different condo units. We LOVED 47E. It is spacious, clean, and fabulously appointed. We were so comfortable during this stay. Quick jaunt to the beach, less than 5 minutes. Beautiful grounds and views! You won't regret staying here! We look forward to going back again! Only request would be to change the check-out time to 11am instead of 10am; 11 am is common throughout many other units in Ekahi Village and makes for an easier morning. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

CB responded quickly to a need for a minor repair in the unit and was a pleasure to work with in general. The barbecue is no longer located on deck but is conveniently located nearby. As a result, the deck is even more spacious now; love it! The gardens seem to get even more beautiful. Rate for next year along with increase in tax rate amount to nearly 20%, so hope that doesn't happen each year. Appreciate the discount for long term stays.

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

What a gorgeous place! My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and we highly recommend it to anyone coming to Maui! The condo was beautiful and full of every amenity we wanted. Perfect! In every way.

We stayed in 47E this summer. Two adults, two teens. The foldout bed is super comfortable and the condo has everything you could possibly need. Full kitchen, great appliances, excellent location. The porch is wonderful and the two lounges made for great afternoon napping.
We give five stars...and would highly recommend it!

Wonderful location

we loved our stay in this unit! Not only was it beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked and the bed was super comfortable. The walk to the beach pool, the only one heated, was about 7 minutes and not a big issue with us. The property was quiet and the beach in front of property is now my favorite beach, soft sand, no coral when walking out in water and gentle waves. The beach pavillion is amazing, plenty of room to sit, lounge, full kitchen, grills, private shower and changing room in restroom in addition to the showers for rinsing off sand as you walk up from beach. If I ever make it back to Maui this is where I will choose to stay again!

Love this condo

We have now rented this unit twice. In the six years since we last rented it, a few things have changed. The layout of the lanai is different and we didn't like it as much, the nice ceiling fan and light on the lanai no longer work, but it is a minor thing. We still loved every minute in this perfect location, well equipped unit. Ekahi is a great place to stay and on our next visit to Maui we will again see if 47E is available.

The bed on the lanai was owned by the previous owners for their children and they kept it for their grandchildren. Thank you for letting us know about the ceiling fan and light on the lanai. We have investigated this and both are working properly, but found that the switch is a bit hidden and have labeled the switches for future guests. Great Location

The rental was located near the beach. Ideal for sunrise and sunset walks. Very comfortable space with full kitchen. Great views, very quiet well maintained property. Lots of construction on beach pavilion but there were 4 pools away from noise. Great place for a gay couple to celebrate their 40th anniversary. Thanks

Ekahi Village is a great place to call home with beautiful grounds. Ekahi 47E's description was accurate. The unit is clean, updated & quiet. There is more than enough room for a couple. The kitchen is a cook's dream--including sharp knives! We enjoyed eating meals on the lanai with a view of the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. The bed is comfortable and the bath towels are plentiful and as luxurious as any found in a first class hotel. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach bags and a cool chest. The owners have stocked their condo very well for guests. One of the pools is nearby and can be seen from the lanai. Island Rentals went beyond our expectations as a rental agency. Even before we arrived, we were advised that the internet/cable was not working and that a service person would be on site to take care of the problem. We enjoyed driving to Ulua beach (a one minute drive). We had no issues with parking there but we were there by 9AM. Dinner at Mama's Fish House was the highlight of our restaurant visits. We would highly recommend Ekahi 47E, Ekahi Village and Island Rentals and would not hesitate to return.

Perfect Place to Relax

This unit is fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. We ate breakfast on the lanai every morning. There are shops and restaurants close enough to walk to. The beach is beautiful, and the pools are great. We will return!

Lovely condo, great value

Nicely appointed condo with lovely view of gardens/greenbelt area. Quiet and clean. Only recommendation would be quieter/newer a/c units. These are older wall units that are extremely loud especially when trying to sleep.

Excellent place, enjoyed every minute and right now planning the next stay in the 47E. It’s really the gem! There are still room for small fixing.
If I can suggest, the screen on the balcony door should be fixed as well as leaking water in the bathroom toilet (this with the shower). Regards.Andrew

Beautiful condo!

We traveled to Maui in March with two 11-year olds. Condo was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed except a sun umbrella and board game (please add!!!) Cooler, ice packs, drying rack, pool toys, plenty of towels, and dried goods in pantry. Condo property gorgeous and quite. Queen sofa bed super comfortable.

You cannot see the beach from balcony but the tropical landscape gorgeous.

We loved pool by beach (the only one that was heated).

The beach is a downhill 10 minute walk.

The beach at condo has every warning possible: dangerous break, sudden drop off, waves on ledge, strong currents.......

Although very beautiful , This is not a gentle beach for small children or inexperienced ocean swimmers. If you just want to play on a huge Sandy Beach this is the place .

We hoped to snorkel at beach but surf too high and strong to allow for beginners ( I am a former scuba diver and found the current strong ).

This beach is the most beautiful in Wailea in my opinion. Walking distance to shops at Wailea ( they have many free shows including hula ). One beach down a one and a half mile paved beach path through all the expensive resorts that is very worth walking .

There is Safeway in Kihei just minutes from the condo.

The main reason we bought it was the peace and quiet provided by the lush garden, bird tunes, and the easy walk to the beach…. and the ability to BBQ on the lanai. We’re glad that you enjoyed the comfortable beds, stocked larder, and beach supplies. We will certainly add children’s board games, and the beach umbrella is a great idea. We will add one to the inventory.Keawakapu Beach is indeed beautiful and is constantly rated one of the top beaches on Maui /. It does have the standard beach warnings most beaches on Hawaii list. It is usually great for snorkeling in the morning and for beginner boogie boarding in the afternoon. It sounds that you may have encountered some unusual wind and wave patterns, so hopefully next time it will be better for you. The coral at the Ekahi end of the beach is wonderful and regularly has a variety of fish and at least one rather large turtle.Mahalo!

Perfect in Every Way!

OMGosh! If you’re looking for a place to stay while visiting Maui, this is it! My husband and I can’t stop raving to our friends and family about this property. The description of the property was spot on. The condo was clean (spotless) the quality of furnishings and amenities were outstanding, the view spectacular, and it was located just a couple minutes walk to one of the three pools on the property. A variety of restaurants are close by so you’ll have a lot to choose from (our fav was Sansei Seafood Restaurant & Sushi Bar). We were more than satisfied with the property and it’s offerings and plan to make Wailea Ekahi 47E a continued vacation spot!

Beautiful stay in paradise!

Condo was great - very clean & well stocked & good location to the pool. The lanai had nice furniture & BBque, spent a lot of time out there, as it never got direct sun and enjoyed the trade winds. Would definitely return!

All we hoped for

This condo is beautiful - lovely furnishings and an amazingly well-equipped kitchen set in gorgeous grounds. The unit is a short walk from one of the property's 3 swimming pools though the beach pavilion and large pool are some ways away. We particularly appreciated that the pools near the condos are designated quiet areas with parents and children urged to use the larger pool at the beach pavilion. Everywhere you looked, the gardens were filled with hibiscus, birds of paradise, ginger flowers and all sorts of perfectly groomed tropical plants. We loved our stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish.

Comfortable stay in a beautiful location

Great location - access to the beach was a 5-minute walk through the property and the grounds are gorgeous. The bed was comfortable, and the condo was well-stocked with towels, beach chairs, basic kitchen supplies, etc. We had four guests and it was very convenient to have two bathrooms. The sofa bed was not comfortable and we wound up using an air mattress rather than the sofa bed. Overall had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Beautiful condo!

We stayed here at the end of a 2 week trip to Maui. This was the 3rd condo we stayed in and loved it! It was furnished and outfitted with everything you would ever need. Loved having 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. It is a few steps to the quiet pool. A bit of a walk to the beach. I drove to beach instead. This is a large complex. The grounds were lovely and well maintained.

Kick back and relax.

We had the most relaxing holiday at Wailea Ekahi Village. 47E is beautiful and had everything we needed for our 7 night stay. The walk down to the beach and family pool area, through the manicured tropical gardens was easy but a bit of a work out walking back up. Wailea Village is an easy walk to the shopping precinct and a short drive to Kihei. We highly recommend 47E for a quiet, relaxing Maui holiday.
