Conveniently located on the ground floor, you can soak in the ocean view while relaxing on a chaise lounge chair on the lanai while watching the sunset! The large private lanai off of the living area has an adjacent lawn area. The lanai offers plenty of outdoor seating to watch the incredible sunset! Privacy sunscreens help to keep it cool and make the space your own little oasis on Maui.
This tropical 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo offers a beautiful space to relax and enjoy your Maui vacation with the family, or just as a couple looking for a getaway. The condo offers a split system AC in all rooms.
The primary bedroom showcases a King bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a private door. The 2nd primary also features an en suite bath as well as a King that can be converted to 2 Twins upon request! Both primary bedrooms have their own private lanais perfect for your morning coffee or sips while stargazing.
When you think of Hawaii you imagine awe-inspiring views, amazing sunsets and the natural beauty of the wild Blue Pacific. These sights are a daily pleasure from the comfort of your own private lanai and living area! You may also see Whales during the Winter season too!

Lovely location and views, but a few issues
The grounds are lovely and the property is generally well maintained and feels private. Views from it are wonderful. It's a lower-floor unit, so we knew to expect upstairs noise and weren't bothered by it. We had a very good stay in lots of ways, with a few issues. WiFi quality was frequently poor, which made working tough. The kitchen was not well stocked and because there aren't many of them, the community barbecues were always in use when we wanted them. My questions to the management company by email as we were arriving were ignored. When I called to ask why there was no gym despite one being listed in "amenities" along with parking and a pool, I received a bizarre explanation that I should have understood that meant there are private fitness centers in Wailea, which I could (somehow) independently convince to give me a short-term membership. Then a promised callback to confirm whether I had any other options never came.

Maui Waliea Vacation
the house was great but the address only lead you to the office if you use goggle map. The house was great and had a great patio with ocean view. The only thing wasn't supplied on the first night was coffee. Everything else was awesome. Thanks for a great stay
Aloha Andraina, We have to admit some of the larger complexes are for lack of a better word "complex" to find via Google Maps. We do try to provide details arrival instructions via email. I know from personal experience traveling to Hawaii is lengthy and tiring and can be hassling to look through emails. It is our standard to provide a small bag of complimentary coffee. Our shippment was delayed due to production issues and arrived on the day you checked out. We do hope host you again soon. Our Hawaii get away

Our experience was great. Unit was clean with a beautiful view. I had a maintenance problem and it was taken care of right away. The only downside, there wasn't a grill for the condo, we had to walk a ways to get to one, but we managed
Aloha Troy, Maui County changed their fire code which restricted many units from having grills on the lanai. While there are some exception it is few and far between. Maui paradise

We loved our stay in this unit. It was perfect for our family of 4 adults and a baby. Being on the ground floor was ideal with the stroller and baby. The lanai was lovely and we spent much of our time lounging on the grass and deck and eating on the table on the patio. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beach chairs and toys were an added bonus. The property was very well maintained and we enjoyed the amenities including the pool and outdoor bbqs and picnic areas.

Maui Summer
1405 was out home away from home for a week! This condo had all of the kitchen equipment, serving platters, etc for the meal we chose to have in. The space was clean and very well kept. A wonderful place next the the most beautiful beaches in Maui!

Great location and property

Great location, amazing views from the living room/lanai and very well-maintained property. Within easy walking distance to Monkeypod Kitchen (make a reservation or be prepared to wait!), a nice Italian/pizza restaurant and a coffee shop/breakfast place (Akamai coffee). Just a few minutes' drive to several great beaches, and the pool is only steps away in case you don't want to deal with sand... We had a great vacation.

We did not need an alarm clock in the morning due to the children's footsteps. The lamp in the dining area constantly swayed while the children ran. Not ideal if you've had a late night of good times. You will not be able to sleep in if a family with children is staying upstairs. It will be a gamble!

Lovely condo tucked away in a perfect Wailea location. Very quiet and peaceful, especially in the evenings. Paved walking trails through tropical landscaped grounds leading you to great shopping, restaurants and beaches. The unit has been tastefully furnished with stylish furniture, comfy beds and some beautiful local art. Quiet air conditioning has been installed that keeps the entire unit cool. Cannot say enough about how well stocked this condo is...from kitchen supplies, fluffy spa-like towels, lawn chairs and washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets. The owners have thought of all the comforts of home. We loved this piece of paradise and highly recommend it.

We were very impressed with 1405. This was our third visit to Ekolu and this was the best appointed of the three. The home was in excellent condition and had more than enough of everything we wanted. On the downside, it was a little too close to the pool and we could hear every word spoken and every kid's yell.
We would however stay here again but understand the rent will be significantly higher next year.

Wailea Wedding and Advventure Stay

Attended a beautiful wedding above the Wailea Green golf course. Spent the following week exploring. Location was great for hiking to the beach and the general area with much to see and do. Great coffee shops and resturants, plus bars with fantastic Mai Tai. Great drive to Haleakala and the Forest Preserve.Thanks to the Godfreys for making this available

Would highly recommend this condo. Quiet peaceful setting where we watched sunrise and sunsets each day. Immaculate condition and tasteful furnishings. Lots of extra amenities. Great location for walking . Shopping and restaurants and beaches all within walking distance. Wonderful spot!!

Breakfast with a view

The condo was very comfortable. It had all the amenities one needed including beach towels, washer, dryer, blender for those margaritas and both AC and ceiling fans. Breakfast we enjoyed outside under cover with the most gorgeous view of the ocean. The pool is only a few feet away and the ambience of the place is wonderful. The patio string lights are great and we enjoyed seeing some beautiful sunsets from the patio. The condo is about a 20 min walk to Wailea Shops. There is a cafe closer if you didn't want to go down to the shops. You are elevated so the walk back from either the cafe or shops is uphill but very doable. MonkeyPod is up the road. Though book in advance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back next time we visit.

Great family stay in a quiet location.
Good property for a family vacation with children in a convenient location with easy access South Maui beaches and food. The unit is a bit older but has a good floor plan and is well stocked. The complex is quiet and close to the pool. Beautiful partial water view from the lanai and grass beyond. We did have to contact the property management regarding cleanliness and to make a repair to the screen door and they were easy to work with and very responsive. The one minor knock is that the owner provided beach chairs and umbrella are in poor shape and should be replaced. Overall the unit is a good value and close to everything by car. We snorkeled and swam with sea turtles galore at Po'olenalena Beach and enjoyed Stand Up Paddling at Makena Landing and would recommend those activities if you want to get away from the Wailea Beach crowd. The fish tacos at Coconuts in Kihei put MonkeyPod to shame without the long lines. Will likely return here again for a future stay.

15 days in paradise

We worked and schooled remotely for a few days. We were concerned about Internet speed before.booking but the WIFI was great, we had no problem with video conferencing. We loved the outdoor space and the close proximity to the pool. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was clean, well stocked and organized. A couple of items I wished the condo had: a full body mirror, a light cordless vacuum, and more electric outlets by the bedside. Condo management was friendly and helpful, we were able to request additional cleaning for a fee which we were happy to have during our long stay. Definitely recommend it and coming back soon.

My stay in Paradise

I am familiar with the property as this is the seventh year I have stayed in this unit. The location in great and it is just above the Mauka pool. I also know people who live in this complex full time. I have recommended this unit to others in the past. However be aware that the unit above has new owners who stay up late and have heavy footsteps.

Beautiful views
Wailea Ekolu is a beautiful location, with a great view! We had a great two week stay. There are a lot of good restaurants and shopping nearby some within walking distance. Lots of nice beaches not too far away as well. The condo itself was very well equipped , anything you needed. Nice decor, very comfy. The pool was quite close which was great. Nice appliances and a gas barbecue which was a great improvement from the electric grill we had last time. This was our 3rd visit to unit 1405 and hopefully not our last. We discovered a market at the shops of Wailea that was great for all kinds of food readymade, even prime rib! Prices were fairly reasonable too. Thanks for everything Dan
