Ideal spot for families

Perfect place in perfect location

What a beautiful property! From the unbeatable views of the Pacific Ocean, to the lush surroundings of the Elua community, we were often struck by how beautiful everything was. The gate house guard knew we were coming and had a sticker for our rental car, and a welcome letter. There was an additional welcome letter inside the unit, along with detailed instructions and a few snacks and some Hawaiian drinks left on the counter for our arrival. We had an amazing stay with our two kids, and wished we were staying much much longer. It was the perfect place in the perfect location. Being steps from the beach was wonderful, and we were even able to walk to dinner or a luau at the nearby hotels. The proximity to the Shops at Wailea is a wonderful bonus. We were grateful for the pool towels for use at the community pool, and loved that we could hear the waves while enjoying the sun there. I anticipate we’ll return soon, and hope for a longer stay. Thank you for being great hosts!

Clean, Comfortable, and Beautiful Views!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Our party was two adults/two children. CB Island Vacations was on point in their description of the property. The views are absolutely stunning. The property had everything we needed. Our immediate impression was the attention to detail — it was clean and organized. The microwave and refrigerator were spotless. We cannot reiterate how clean the unit was. The towels were neatly pocket folded. The unit had L’Occitane grooming products for our stay. We were welcomed with a gift basket by CBIV with several local delicacies. Again, these were wonderful touches — like a five-star resort. The accommodations were so comfortable. The second bedroom was two twin beds, perfect for our kids. It, too, had a TV — a perk made that made the room their own! The second bedroom offered walkout to the lanai, so it also had an incredible view of the water. Both bathrooms had double-vanities so everyone had their own sink and space. The unit had plenty of closet hangers and space for clothing. We had more than enough plates, silverware, utensils, glassware for enjoying meals. The unit is so open and inviting. The unit had beach chairs, sand toys — even coolers — for any walks down to the beach. This property is very secure. It is gated and the two pools are accessed by code. We visited the one closest to the beach. The main pool is adjacent to the beach so you feel as if you are at the beach listening and watching the waves. The unit is also in a great location. It’s a short walk (mere minutes) to the beach and walking path along Wailea. We will undoubtedly be staying here again. Lastly, please note that we visited during the fires. While the property was unaffected, we want to praise the CBIV team for their communication and proactive outreach.

Second time to Elua 2305
Very nice unit, clean and great view! The TV remote didn’t work even though the property managers came over to assist. Safe didn’t work at all but property managers gave us the key. Kind of a hassle cause if my husband wasn’t around with the key, I could not get into the safe. My suggestion to all owners is go with the type of bedding that hotels do. Don’t buy a fancy comforter, most travelers prefer sheets with light comforter between them. Feels much cleaner

Perfect Home Base in Wailea

Perfectly situated, amazing views and extremely well maintained, this was a top notch rental in a quiet and comfortable complex. Renovations were fantastic and everything was thoughtfully furnished and well appointed for our family of four. The beach is a colorful and lush three minute walk and the pool just a minute more. The community quiet hours made evenings post-sunset even more special. In Wailea, but a quick drive to work the fun in Kihei and Lahaina. Highly recommend.

Best view in Wailea

Our family rented 2 units in Wailea Elua that were very near each other so had a unique opportunity to make comparisons. This was also our 2nd time staying in Wailea Elua. We chose 2305 for the stunning views and grassy area. It's a little further from the main pool than some, but the quiet serenity and fabulous view was worth the few extra steps.
Our stay started a little rocky as we had evening check in and when we arrived, the unit was dark and hot. The large patio doors had been left wide open. We were mainly concerned about bugs and the like - with a slight concern that someone was in the unit. It all checked out okay however the AC had a difficult time catching up especially in the master bedroom. We did find a few dead roaches in the morning which probably indicated that the unit had been treated.
The other unit that we rent was cheaper and more well set up as far as kitchen utensils, beach toys and it even had an umbrella. Unit 2305 had everything you absolutely need but was lacking some basics. A simple pair of kitchen scissors and some sharp knives would be great. The worst was that the floor was absolutely filthy and there wasn't even a mop or broom to clean it. We had to borrow from the other unit and scrub the floor a few times to make it clean enough to be bare foot on. There was a stick vacuum but still no way to scrub the floor other than on our hands and knees which is not how you want to start a vacation. Even the bedding in the master bedroom was not fresh and had to be laundered right away.
The washer and dryer were great and again the large patio and view was excellent. It was nice to have beach towels - albeit fairly worn out ones. Again, the comparison with the other rental left ours feeling rather worn. But with a little better housekeeping, this unit can't be beat! We truly enjoyed our stay and would book again if these minor issues are addressed.

Great Place to Stay in Wailea!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this unit and would love to again. We would have rebooked for next year at the end of our stay, but the increase of price for next year is out of reach for us. That was too bad.

Perfect
This was a perfect rental. Location was perfect, it was super clean, had all the bells and whistles needed for cooking/grilling, just a super place to relax and hangout. Don't hesitate to book!

Beautiful location with great views

My family had a wonderful stay. The condo is immaculately clean and well furnished. Our favorite part of our vacation was sitting on the lanai in the early mornings and evenings enjoying the beautiful views especially the sunsets. The beach out front offered great snorkeling with minimal shore break so the kiddos felt at ease in the water. The only downside was that the main pool has “quiet hours” from 4-6pm everyday which are prime hours for the kiddos wanting some reprieve from the sun and trying to keep them quiet is sometimes challenging.

While not ocean front - one feels the privacy based on the property”s location within the complex .
We vacationed with another couple - only advice or thought would be to upgrade the second bedroom to one queen bed - for the unit and atmosphere is geared to adults!

9 days in Paradise

We had 9 beautiful days in this fabulous condo property and felt so spoiled with beautiful accommodations, breathtaking views, and superb accommodations. The view from the patio on this unit is a slice of heaven and so good for the soul. Everything is sparkling and new in this recently renovated unit, and we enjoyed every minute. It's such a great location too, with the Shops at Wailea just a couple driveways down. We had fun watching the Pickle Ball matches that were ongoing here for the active set, the unmatched sunset views, and we even celebrated St Patrick's Day here. It was everything we needed to feel relaxed and refreshed. Only downside was we eventually had to leave.

Amazing vacation stay!
This condo has fabulous views, is newly and beautifully renovated. It has all the amenities one could ask for including ceiling fans in the bathrooms! Our favourite was barbecuing and eating our meals on the large lanai and sitting on comfortable lounge chairs after dark watching the stars. It is very quiet and peaceful with the sound of birds and the ocean. The lanai gets lots of sun but has shaded areas to keep cool. It has a beautiful swimming pool next to the ocean walk and the property is also conveniently located to many restaurants and shopping.

Immaculate Condo

Surprisingly, the condo was even better in person! It was like brand new! Fully stocked kitchen and even beach chairs & umbrellas were provided. The total property was gorgeous as well and secure with 24-hour gated security.

Perfection
A beautiful condo, beautiful views, beautiful beach with great snorkelling. Condo was very well equipped, with everything you need to cook, as well as beach furniture and a washer dryer. The lanai is the standout feature looking out over the immaculate grounds of Wailea Elua to the palm trees and ocean.

Wailea Paradise

We were fortunate to have rented this unit just after an extensive remodel and it was put into the rental pool for the first time in November 2018. Nearly everything in the condo was new and the new dcor was very tastefully done. Two walls of the living area opened up to a large Lanai that overlooked a beautiful botanical garden with an unobstructed view of the blue pacific just 200 yards or so in the background. The Elua property is very quiet and peaceful yet right in the heart of Wailea. It is a very short walk to all the shops at Wailea and was barefoot distance to the beach and great snorkeling. The common areas included two separate pool areas (family and adult), pickle ball court and group BBQ areas. Cant wait to go back.

Ideal Maui vacation spot!

We were thrilled to return to this property once again. Elua is beautiful and #2305 is ideal! A great remodel with large indoor & outdoor space. The extensive supplies in the kitchen, as well as beach items made it comfortable and wanting for nothing during our 2 week stay. View is great too! Love this place! We’ll be back.
